Don’t feel like going to the beach? Not a problem, the Tropical like settings with hot spa and a gorgeous heated pool (extra fee for heating) with a play zone for kids will make your vacation unforgettable. All pool features are conveniently operated from a remote control.
Sleeping accommodations include a master bedroom with king bed and private bath, an additional bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with two twin beds. This place is amazing! What an amazing location. You are close to everything and a short drive to Busch Gardens. The pool and spa hits the spot after a long day, or even if you just want to skip the beach and hang in for an afternoon. The kitchen is ready for any kind of cooking you want to do with all the pots and pans you need. The driveway gate adds a sense of security if you have young kids. Be sure to appreciate the mature landscaping in the backyard, as it will be a highlight as you are relaxing in the pool.

Sergey was an amazing, and very accommodating host. His place was perfect - very clean, everything was easy to figure out (like how to turn on the hot tub) we could eat inside or outside- in a comfy screened in dining area. There were even beach toys for the kids, a cooler and chairs we could easily borrow for a short ride to the beach. Sergey was quick to respond, and there were no issues. Highly recommend!!

This place was so amazing and perfect for our family vacation! The pool and hottub were our favorites, so relaxing, followed by a game of cards and chilling at night, in the screened patio! The landscape was picture perfect, and the kids loved finding small lizards. The house and garage were very clean, spacious, and had lots of extras, like dishsoap, laundry detergent, and garbage bags, just to name a few! The yard was private and enclosed, so we felt safe, and the neighborhood was very nice as well. We were able to access groceries, restraunts and the beach with a very short drive. Sergey was awesome to work with and we would definitely book again!

We stayed with two older teenage children. Everyone was able to spread out and have their own space, but easily come together for meals and hanging out at the pool and watching movies. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with everyone. Tons of great beaches were very close, along with restaurants shopping and other entertainment. Great experience!

We’ve stayed in four different places in Sarasota so far and this has by far been our favorite! We asked Sergey to have the pool at 82° and that was no problem. The hot tub was great on the cool nights. When the air conditioning didn’t work one morning, Sergey was there that day to fix it. Would be happy to stay here again.

Great stay. Location is in an older, not fancy neighborhood, but quiet and safe. Convenient to Siesta Key and grocery store. Home is totally enclosed by fence for privacy. Very clean and Sergey, the host, responds immediately. Best thing is the pool and hot tub...awesome!!

We literally stumbled upon Sergey's house and feel so lucky. The house is perfect. Clean and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen has everything you will need. The lanai is private and comfortable. The entire yard is enclosed by privacy fence - even a gate across the garage entrance! And then there's the pool. It's terrific. Sergey, I don't want to say more - we want to keep your place a secret so we can rent from you again! But you are such a great host, we want you to prosper. So if you are reading this and are in search of the perfect home, in the perfect location, near every service, restaurant and beach, you just found it.

My stay at Sergey's place was very comfortable and relaxing. The house is a great location to grocery store and just minutes to Siesta Key! The pool was wonderful, loved having breakfast by the pool or in the lanai. The master bed was very comfortable. You have all the amenities that you need. Love the idea of having a garage with openers to park out of the sun! Would highly recommend and definitely stay again!

This property was AMAZING. Loved the private pool and hot tube and private garage. The owner, Sergei was very attentive and answered any question I ask within minutes. I will definitely be back to stay again. You are very close to a Publix but the Detwillers farmers market had everything you need for your grocery needs. It is right around the corner. Very inexpensive. We loved every bit of this property and Siesta Key.

Great home full of space. Host has thought of everything. The pool & hot tub were great! From afternoon cool off to late night swim. Every morning 2 bunnies would greet us on the patio. The kids loved the lizards living in the tropical plants outside!! Location is great. Going to Siesta Beach ,Lido Key & Mangrove Tunnels was only minutes to drive. Every afternoon we spent time back at the house, swimming & even grilling out. We hope to stay again!! Also I gotta say the beds were so comfortable & the couches too! Nice cool AC throughout. I appreciate how affordable this listing is. It's so close to everything & it makes a great vacay home for a family of 6 !

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was very clean, close to just about everything, especially the beaches and the pool and hot tub were great!! The provided beach chairs, cooler and towels were great to have since we flew in from Texas. We enjoyed all of our meals in the indoor patio, plenty of dinnerware for outside, the pool was a perfect 87*F without being heated, the yards were beautiful and well taken care of, the gate was damaged from the hurricane but we were still able to pull it closed manually for privacy and security. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

This property is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, yet so close to everything. It is a mere 20 minute drive to the airport and many of the attractions, such as Mote Aquarium, the Jungle Garden and Ringling Museum plus very easy access to the beautiful Siesta Beach. The home was very clean and kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. However, the most outstanding feature of the property has to be the pool and spa. We spent hours and hours everyday in the pool with our young grandkids and then relaxed in the spa later in the day. It is a beautiful property and we would definitely come back again.

Able to get to beach, Siesta Key village, local restaurants, airport, etc. very easily. Quiet neighborhood. Home was kept very well. Will definitely consider a return. Really enjoyed the whole trip as a result of those many great facets. Suggestion: repair lock on sliding door to pool and have locks screen doors high so that young children can't reach them. Also it's time to replace one of the sofa's, whose wear and tear is hidden by a cover meant for pets.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Loved the fact that it was tucked away from the busy parts of Sarasota, yet minutes to all resources we needed. Visited several area beaches in morning and headed back to pool by lunch so we could enjoy the palm tree shade by the pool. Many family evenings spent in the hot tub. Check in was a breeze and Sergey was very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend Cayusa Brewery, which is a 5 minute drive. Always have different food trucks and Mouthole was our favorite. Can't wait to return !

Excellent property, perfect for the four of us that stayed the weekend! The backyard was by far my favorite part with the pool and hot tub, I believe I spent the majority of the weekend there. Sergey the host was incredibly responsive before and during our stay. While you are a drive away from the beach, it’s a very short drive.
