The hotel was very quiet and accommodating. Only thing it was missing was a pool.

Everything the security, the space , the fact that it had a kitchen for me to cook for my family

It was not a good experience.

Location

Front door requires a key and was not automatic. Had to ask for towels. No hair dryer. No breakfast. No shampoo. Way over priced.

My stay was very relaxing. Location was perfect to where I was headed next day in the area.

Poor customer service

The common areas and my room were very clean and comfortable.

Customer service was TRASH, there was never anyone available at the desk which had a pull down window that was always closed. We couldn't even get clean towels & I had to call customer service just to figure out how to check out.

Comfortable room. Wonderful bed

Short on washcloths. Bedding was so many decades outdated and several decades old. I wouldn't have it in my house for nothing. Also, brown and green don't go together. That was not a comforter or a coverlet on my bed. Then to be charged to take out my trash? When did this start? It certainly wasn't a quality hotel when you have to take out your own trash. Didn't realize I had to leave on Thursday. Hotel was going to charge me $100+ for 1 more day.....wouldn't adjust it. I wasn't paying $169 for a pick up after yourself room

I liked the looks of how nice and updated.

The platform bed was not super comfortable, Also we were put in a room with a full kitchen but no accessories. Not even a coffee pot or cups. No staff on site after the last person checks in. No staff on site until after we check out.

Air conditioner made it cool and clammy. Hot water was Luke warm. Wood floors made easy care for you but unruly people on above floor had no respect for quiet after 10 PM.

Would not book this hotel again.

Location was good for what we needed.

Some extended hotels provided some kitchen items this hotel provided nothing. No breakfast was provided either.

location

our reservation was for a queen room with a tub we were given a handicap room with a full-size bed and no tub. When I ask the guy at the desk about it he told me there was nothing he could do about it that was all they had. We made a reservation April 1 I should’ve had the room that I reserved. When I went into the room it smelled like someone had just gone to the bathroom in there and I told him and he told me it was not his problem he doesn’t clean the rooms. They still charge me for a queen room even though we did not receive that room. We checked out the next morning and found a different hotel. I have requested a refund through guest relations and WoodSpring suites.

Not much

Met with several disclaimer forms that needed to be signed at check-in (take out your own garbage) - rather unwelcoming. Attendant took photo copied of drivers licenses - why? Although room had kitchenette facilities, there were no utensils. plates or even a cup in the room. No coffee maker. Room very sterile - uncarpeted floors. No sure of the target market for this hotel. Do not recommend.

Worst hotel ever!

Honestly nothing other than the fact they have kitchenettes. Housekeeping rarely comes by. You have to stop them and ask for stuff.

A couple weeks into my stay. My wife went to renew the room and they put of the blue told us that we would have to pay a 200 deposit for our stay. And we pay weekly so that’d be an extra 200 a week just to stay there. Not only that we have an emotion support animal and they lost our paperwork for my animal. And didn’t have any paperwork showing we were staying there. This hotel was completely unprofessional the actual manager wasn’t charging these fees and deposits but once I talked with the assistant manager when the manager was off that day I was then told I would have to pay these fees. So it seems as though someone doesn’t know how to do their job or wasnt trained correctly. Had my wife completely worked up and anxious not knowing what’s going on. Definitely don’t recommend this hotel. There is another kitchenette hotel less than 10 minutes away that is way better than this place

No frills but clean

The bed was very comfortable and it was very clean.

No coffee, shampoo, blow dryer. Got there late after sitting at the hospital all day and the front desk was locked down and about 20 guys partying in the parking lot. Just didn’t feel overly safe but had no problems.

Amazing!!!

Everything!!!!! Security in the building, cleanliness, helpful staff, beautiful room, modern look.

Wow! This place is amazing. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and so kind. I'm so happy with my stay that I won't stay anywhere else.
