Sehr einfaches Hotel mit sicherem Parkplatz. Sehr preiswert

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig auf halber Strecke zwischen México City und Oaxaca. Man kann im abgeschlossenen Innenhof sicher parken. Das Internet hat gut funktioniert.

Es ist nicht besonders sauber und das Zimmer hat keine Klimaanlage. Es ist ziemlich spartanisch, aber für eine Nacht und für den niedrigen Preis ok.

Pésimo no recomendable para nadie

Nada en absoluto, tan así que no nos quedamos ni una sola noche y no quieren regresar nos el dinero ya que el lugar no es lo que vendieron al principio, las habitaciones están en condiciones pésimas inhabitables para un huésped

La atención de la recepcionista, los cuartos en pésimas condiciones, el lugar en general, es deprimente y no está en condiciones higiénicas ni en mantenimiento básico para operar y brindar una buena atención e instalaciones a los usiarios, cancelamos y quedaron de regresarme el dinero y a la fecha ya no me contestan ni las llamadas

Comodidad de la Cama pésima

La atención del. Personal es excepcional las toallas huelen super rico muy limpias planchadas y almidonadas si requieres comida a la habitación te la llevan a tu habitación no abusan con los precios del servicio trato amable de parte del personal todo excelente en la cordialidad de parte de todo su personal

Quise pagar con tarjeta mi estancia h el impuesto era del 10 por ciento se me hace un abuso y excesivo El colchón se le salían los resortes sumamente incomoda la cama el restaurante de las instalaciones cerrado Le falta lucho mantenimiento a la habitación y al lugar el baño pésimo te bañas y todo el baño se empapa de agua en lugar de ponerle un bajate exclusivo y una división todo el baño empapado en lugar que le pongan a la regadera la cortina o unas puertas de aluminio la cortina en la entrada del baño le falta mucho mantenimiento al lugar desde la entrada.

Facilities were so bad, we had to refuse the rooms and go to another hotel.

Receptionist was kind, and understanding that the Hotel did not live up to the pictures and add posted on Booking. He was helpful in showing us the rooms, and understood that we had to refuse the rooms and go somewhere else.

Rooms were dirty, and smelly. Ambiance was NOT family friendly, and completely inapropriate for the youth group we were traveling with. Hotel has not yet refunded our booking fee.

Nothing. It was horrible. Do not stay here

I hated everything. Filled with roaches, dust on the beds. My room didn't come with a tv, then workers lied and said I asked for one with out a TV. Probably had rats. It was horrible. Had to go to another hotel and lost my money but it's fine

The owner is amazingly friendly, if you have the luck to meet her

A bit further from the centre; at about 3am a group of probably accomodated guy started partying as hell somewhere around, I was wishing there were a possibility to reprove them (not really a complaint tho)

It was OK:

The staff were very friendly. The ladies do their best to keep everything clean. The house-keeping was super good. Very clean beddings and towels. The courtyard has a very big cage with numerous birds of various species inside. There is a nice wall-painting on the entrance side of the courtyard. Simple but nice plants around the courtyard. Large space for parking if travelling by a vehicle. The room was very spacious, and everything was functional. Safe neighborhood and no traffic noise. Reasonable price.

The condition of the room, especially the bathroom was very poor. The management should invest on a major renovation. There are children running around; fun to watch them, but they are noisy, and this can get into your nerves. There are also dogs around that keep barking, especially at nights. The wi-fi was weak and interminent. Additionally, I wasn't happy to see that the gate was locked when I wanted to get some snacks from the store at 23:45. There was nobody on watch. Naturally, I could not go out. The location is not the best but not too bad; 20 min walking distance from the Zocalo.
