Here’s a premium townhome in a quiet (yet close to everything) setting. You and your group will love it! It’s about a 3-minute walk to the “Skyway Skiway” ski run. From there, you can ski down to the BreckConnect Gondola for easy access to Peak 7 and Peak 8. Of course, you can ski back down the Skiway and walk to the house for lunch or après ski relaxing!
This nicely maintained 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom premium townhome has plenty of room for up to 11 people. You’ll love the mountain views, too! The spacious living area feature big windows overlooking the town and surrounding mountains, as well as a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV.
The kitchen features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range) and comes stocked with everything needed to whip up meals and snacks. There’s a dining table that seats six and just outside on the deck there’s a gas grill and your own private hot tub!
There’s a one-car garage (plus parking for another car in the driveway) and a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. Other amenities include Wi-Fi throughout the home and basic toiletries. Summit Mountain Rentals provides all linens and each of our homes is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also on call 24/7 to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible.

We stayed at the Woods 123 Townhome during a beautiful summer week and the amenities of the townhome made it even better! The porches, hot tub, and proximity to downtown were great. The rental was very clean, comfortable, and spacious.

We had 8 adults staying here for a ski trip. The proximity to the ski run to get to Gondola 1 was great-just walk to the end of the street and ski down. The place itself was well equipped and very clean. Having 3 bathrooms was very helpful but the common area was a little tight for 8 people but worked out fine. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely consider staying here again.

We got caught up in the airline cancellations and had to drive ,making us one day late for our reservation. I was aware of the policies but had hoped to receive a bit of a rebate. The ski rental shop, the transportation van from Denver, and the airlines all gave us some money for the unused day. Two of our group never got to Colorado because of the airlines. It was out of our control that we missed a day. Our experience was excellent when we arrived.

We visited Breckenridge for the first time to celebrate a birthday. The house is exactly as pictured, comfortable, and well stocked. The hot tub was perfect! EXCELLENT location. Super close to the gondola lift, grocery store, and other places to get supplies. The manager was very responsive and took good care of us. We'll stay again!

The woods complex was a great stay. It's close to the shops, the 4 o'clock ski run, and the gondola. The place was the right amount of space for the seven of us. Some of the HOA rules were a lil over the top - no outside lights after 10pm and no smoking of any kind (even outside) - but otherwise it was really awesome! I would come back but leave the cigars at home next time.

We had a group of 9 with plenty of room to sleep and relax with everyone. The walk to restaurants and shops was easy and convenient. We visited in late summer so no skiing but hiking and nature walks were close by as well.

We had a group of 9 people and the place was awesome! Plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked. So convenient to the gondola and skiing right back to the end of the street is an added bonus! It was also so close to town that we walked down every evening for festivities and didn't need to Uber once! Highly recommend and would definitely rent the same unit again. But, just get a teflon pan for the scrambled eggs! Ha!

Never again
I was very dissatisfied with the property. We ski every year. This is the third visit to Breckenridge. For this property was by far the worst experience we've ever had. The main issue is the cleanliness of the property.
There were dust webs hanging from the ceiling. Dust was visible everywhere. Furthermore underneath the beds it appears it had not been cleaned in years there was a layer of dust and dust balls that were thickened and adherent to the floor. It was disgusting. There were multiple other smaller issues that I won't go into detail over, Because this was the overwhelming issue.

Great location. You can ski back home which is invaluable. Lots of room for 8 adults. Comfy living room and big kitchen. Only issues was one frying pan only and pillows could use a replacement. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect family condo in wonderful location
Loved the condo...roomy, nice decor, clean, new appliances. We will definitely sty here again. The staff at Summit Mountain Rentals were super too!

Lots of room for our large family to spread out. Some minor issues with an upstairs shower and the living room fireplace that were fixed by maintenance.

Beautiful home and great location
We really enjoyed our stay at this property! We chose it because of its convenient location. It was close enough to town for our teenagers to be able to go into Breckenridge without needing a vehicle. Access to the gondolas is in walking distance from the home.

Perfect Breck House
My family stayed in this house for my wedding trip and it was amazing. The gondolas are right across the street and downtown couldn’t be closer. The home was clean and a perfect place for us to stay. We will definitely be back someday!

This was a very great rental with lots of room. We never skied down to the gondola in the morning but skied back to the condo in the afternoon via 4 O’Clock run then left on the gondola access run and it was very nice. This his puts you at the top of the neighborhood and then there a a short three minute walk downhill to the house (or of there is fresh powder you can ski down!). The only downside is the hot tub is a smaller 3/4 person hot tub for a house that sleeps this many guests but it sure has a nice view from the hot tub when coming off the slopes in the afternoon. We would rent this house or one in this neighborhood again!
