About this apartment rental
Beautiful 3 Bedroom condo---walk right out to the beach. Patio at end of complex and private. Big open concept kitchen, living room and dining room. Not many rentals in the building with 3 full bathrooms. Perfect for large family vacations, ladies weekend getaway or 3 couples wanting to catch the wineries. Cannot go wrong with this condo.
Over 35 wineries within a 30 minute drive and even a shuttle service that will pick you up at the front door with prior reservations.
The famous Geneva on the Lake Strip with Eddie's Grill and Madsen Donuts is just a 5 minute drive. Bridge Street in Ashtabula Harbor is 15 minutes away and home to great restaurants like Briquettes, Rennicks, HilMaks and Bascules.
An hours drive to Cleveland and the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame, Guardians, Cavaliers and Browns games and the Cleveland Science Center. And less than 3 hours to Cedar Point or Niagara Falls.

Effective May 31, 2019
Rule #1 Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No behavior that is an unreasonable nuisance or unreasonable annoyance to other occupants will be tolerated.
Rule #2 Basket Carts and Hand Trucks (which are convertible to flat dolly) are provided for your convenience. Immediately after use, please return the carts/hand trucks to their original place next to the elevator in the lobby so that they will be available to other renters and unit owners.
Rule #3 Bikes may not be parked in the hallways but must be parked in outside bike racks or in condominium units.
Rule #4 No items shall be thrown from balconies. Due to falling risk, no items shall be hung or laid on balcony rails.
Rule #5 Each condominium is permitted to use no more than two parking spaces during peak season (from May 1 to Sept 30). Each vehicle must fit in a single parking space. Jet ski trailers, boat trailers, etc. must fit within a single parking space and be included within the two-space maximum per condominium. All spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. Only non-commercial vehicles are permitted to park overnight.
Rule #6 Smoking within common areas inside of the building is prohibited. If smoking outside the building, you must provide your own ashtrays or other appropriate means of disposing of cigarette butts.
Rule #7 Under no circumstance should trash be left outside of unit door; make sure all trash is bagged, tied, and placed inside the dumpster. Posted trash rules must be followed.
Rule #8 Posted Beach rules must be followed.
For your safety:
*No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk - beware of strong undertow.
*Do not climb or jump on pier or break walls.
*No glass of any kind allowed in the beach area. Plastic containers or cans only.
*The lake is dangerous and can be lethal - please respect it.
Please respect our investment and be considerate of others:
*Wash all sand from yourself, and children and beach toys at the beach wash station.
*Clean up trash when leaving beach.
*Do not leave beach chairs in water. Return them to beach near south rocks.
*Respect our neighborhood property. LEV property line ends at rocks on both sides.
Rule #9 Posted Pool Rules must be followed.
For your safety:
*No lifeguard on duty swim at own risk.
*No unsupervised swimming.
*No diving. Diving may result in permanent injury or death.
*No running, jumping, dunking or horseplay in or around the pool
*No glass in pool area.
*Tight fitting rubber pants over diapers or swim diapers are required on persons using the pool who are incontinent and/or not toilet trained.
Rule #10 HOA provided grills and fire pits cannot be moved from the designated locations. Fires must be extinguished after use. HOA provided grills must be wiped down after use. Only electric grills and heaters permitted on balconies and patios.

We stayed in Lake Erie Vista condos on a girls trip to Geneva on the lake. The location of the condo is excellent with beautiful, breathtaking views of Lake Erie. The condo was the perfect size for the five of us. We loved that it was first floor with direct access to the lakefront. We had a couple of issues with items that were supposed to be in the unit and we’re not however, the manager, Debbie quickly remedied that. Definitely enjoy the weekend.

The unit was clean and well furnished. Loved the view & direct beach access. Debbie was great - answered all questions promptly & provided info to make our stay enjoyable. Will absolutely stay here again!

Overall we had a wonderful stay and would do it again. The manager, Debbie, was always available and provided everything needed.
The only downside was the mattresses. Everyone found them a little uncomfortable. Might be time to upgrade them.

We needed a quick nearby getaway and this was great for our needs. Perfect for our kids to have the lake and pool right there! And I enjoyed the location being far enough away from the main strip area so it wasn’t so busy around us.

Annual girls trip. We usually stay in cottages elsewhere which has been great but wanted to try something different where and this place offered that. All 8 of us was able to be together in the same place. We wish we had done it sooner.

Perfect place for friends of 41 years to meet and explore the area. Visited covered bridges, and a winery. Enjoyed each others company in the spacious condo and on the deck with a stunning view of the lake.

The 3 bedroom 3 bath condo was perfect for our girls trip to Geneva on the Lake.
It was beautiful, comfortable and very relaxing.
Debbie was very helpful and responsive to our needs. I also highly recommend the shuttle that she manages! All of the accommodations were perfect Thanks Debbie

Excellent!
Our stay was amazing. This was my second time renting this condo. It's open and airy, and we loved being able to walk out to the beach from the patio doors.
The manager, Debbie, was wonderful! She was extremely prompt at replying when I texted her. She was very helpful from booking our stay to checking out.
I gave this condo 5 stars but I would do 10 stars!

Wine weekend
Stunning sunset views over lake! This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo was perfect for our group. Spacious kitchen & living room led out to large patio with easy access to beach area. Our host Debbie was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with as we planned our trip to visit local wineries. I would definitely stay here again!

Girls trip
Beautiful property for a weekend getaway with the girls. We enjoyed sipping coffee on the patio overlooking the lake in the mornings, and sitting on the beach chairs listening to the waves in the evenings. The wineries in between were great as well! Debbie was very helpful when I had questions when planning the trip.

Our group of 10 had a great stay at this property. We had plenty of room. Debbie went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Her suggestion of this property was perfect for our group. The first floor condo had easy access to the beach, plenty of room to eat together and was clean. We look forward to visiting again.

This was an amazing place to stay!
This condo was beautiful! It was clean, it is open and airy, with plenty of space to hang out. The view of the beach was awesome! We loved sitting on the porch watching the waves roll in and listening to them. We took the kids down to the beach every day. It was a little rocky, but we made do and had fun digging in the sand and skipping the rocks in the lake. There were plenty of nice chairs on the beach to sit in. And the beach was spotless! Not a piece of garbage anywhere. This place is very well maintained and I highly recommend it.
