Hotel stupendo!!! Ci ritornerei di sicuro!!

Hotel pazzesco! La stanza era stupenda, confortevole, silenziosa e ben illuminata! Qualità superiore medio alta! Servizi eccellenti, piscina e bar sul rooftop eccezionali, compreso il servizio ristorazione! La colazione era ricca e super variegata!

nella nostra stanza non riuscivamo e regolare il climatizzatore abbassando la ventilazione o alzando la temperatura per non creare l'effetto polo! In bagno non c'era un sistema di ventilazione meccanica con conseguente umidità su tutte le superfici e pareti dopo la doccia (da migliorare).

Well-priced luxury hotel

Everything was very clean. The staff were absolutely friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious and they also have a great breakfast buffet.

Hele goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding, echt een heel fijn en mooi hotel!

Super schoon, heel nieuw en mooi ingericht, vriendelijk personeel dat goed Engels spreekt, hele fijne grote kamers, een heerlijke douche en een heerlijk bed. Faciliteiten zijn goed!

Ontbijt is redelijk duur als het niet bij de kamerprijs inbegrepen zit, in vergelijking met andere hotels. Het is daarentegen wel heel erg uitgebreid. Heerlijk brood.

Without breakfast as per hotel but booked with breakfast.

I like room cleanness.

We book the hotel from booking.com with breakfast but at the time of check in hotel satfd says it is without breakfast. How it is possible. We have no option to accept. Our experiance was very bad in terms of this price without breakfast. I will not give good review.

Superb

Everything, hotel on the smaller side but they have everything, good location , adequate pool, simple gym, great hospitality, clean and nice rooms and amenities, comfy king koil beds n fluffy big sized pillows I loved the smell of the jasmine green tea scent (my guess😁) at the isles from elevator to the rooms,

-They charge u for ice bucket brought to the room -Breakfast menu selections a bit boring for the 4 days I stayed there -One time I was using the gym there was no sports towel, I asked 3-4 times to different staffs n untill I funished like 1 hour later still no one came with the towels -The aircon in our rooms were very loud, even on the smallest wind setting -Sealent at the floor for the glass shower were blackish with mould, also the grout between the bathroom floor n wall near the floor drain was mouldy n blackish, it should had been easy to clean that

clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, good bananacake (they even Made extra for us on request), great pool, live music in the evenings

- Pillows are huge (too huge) - first night in room on 7th floor was right beneath swimming pool, there was a constant zooming noise of the installation and we woke up at 6.15 due to people entering the pool. I recommend asking for a room on another floor (the 6th was perfect for us).

I have found dirty bed sheets three times, on their Booking’s page there they say they have a Gym, but there is not, and the pool closes too soon. Breakfast wasn’t particularly good.

good value, was the only lodging that i could find that didn't stretch my budget. rooms are good and i found them to be more spacious than i expected. staff was nice and overall cleanliness of the hotel was good.

nothing particular, just don't expect a hotel that would blow your mind. this meets expectations satisfyingly

Pleasant

The rooms are clean and a decent size for what we paid.

We were told the hotel had just opened. It that were so, we found it incomprehensible that there were mould already along the bathroom grouting. We were only provided with bath towels, no hand towel or face towel, which is the standard. We had to make a request for the extra smaller towels. They advertised a gym as part of their facilities. But it was not in operation yet because according to reception again, ‘Hotel just opened’. The swimming pool is lovely, but the area around it is tiny. There were only 3 sun lounges and they were put very closed to each other. On the side of the pool where there was barely enough room to walk pass as it is, they have permanently lined up a row of tables for their buffet which they have once a week. And the pool closes at 6pm, because the ‘hotel is new (excuse for everything) and they don’t have the lifeguard for the evening’. Not that we saw anyone watching the pool during the day, unless the bartender doubles up as a lifeguard. Coffee machine at breakfast buffet needs to be fixed to dispense the cappuccino which it’s made to dispense.

The bed was comfy n the room was clean but since the hotel full we couldn't get expected room.

The staff at front desk were not really nice n not informative enough. Check in and check out experience not really nice. But other staff were nice.

Comfortable stay in hip area of Yogya

Very clean, quiet, nice staff and location. Everything you need for a short stay in Yogya. Just across the street is my favorite area in the city with restaurants and shops.
