Konum olarak oldukça merkezi bir yerde. Kapsüller sayesinde kişisel alanınız oluyor ve temizlik konusunda da hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadım.

Great setup with a nice living room and kitchen. The capsules were super comfortable and spacious! The blonde lady helped me check in and check out and she was very nice too. Nice hostel atmosphere, but you could close your capsule if you don’t want to talk to anyone and want more privacy. Also, you get a key to a locker with your bed number, and you get a bin in the fridge with your number as well, so everyone knows what stuff belongs to them. There was an outlet and a shelf inside to charge your phone or whatever. Definitely well thought out!
If you close the capsule door, it gets pretty hot inside, even with the little vent. I would have loved for the temperature to be colder inside the room to help with that.

personal space, location, quiet, cozy, space, free candy and sweet, clean, girl in the reception was nice! I couldn’t speak Russian and Kazakhstan, but no problem to use translate app.
Nothing. It’s not on the road, but Yandex can reach to hostel.

This is a very clean, modern hostel with excellent facilities. There is a well-equipped kitchen where you get a box with your bed number to store your food in one of the many fridges, a comfortable lounge and the dorms are made of capsules which is like a dorm bed but with a sliding door. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is clean and adequate.
Location could not be better, on the main street, barely a minute walk from the pedestrian drag where all the evening action happens.
Staff are friendly and professional even though they didn't speak English when I was there.
First, the capsules get a bit hot once your door is shut, meaning everyone seems to sleep with the door open in summer, defeating the purpose of the capsule itself.
There is no natural light in the hostel as it is underground.
Also, even though it is it is of a high quality, it is really pricey for a hostel - double the price of some of the cheapest options. There are better choices in terms of value for money in my opinion.
Last, they wouldn't keep my luggage in storage for a few days as I was leaving town temporarily, claiming they didn't have a left-luggage facility and forcing me to pay for this service at the airport. Even leaving the bag for a couple of hours before checking in was a problem. I found this disappointing as almost every hostel around the world offers this service, and I had chosen a more upmarket hostel just for this type of little extra.

- Clean, could easily extend my stay in the single room (more are available than advertised on booking)
- could store my luggage on the day I left
- Receptionists don't speak English but always ready to help through translator
- drinking water and coffee always available
- It was too warm in the single room
- I could hear people come and go in the night, very thin walls
- no daylight as hostel is in basement
- Curfew from 11pm, for me the telephone number to call after 11pm did not work.

Great location, very good staff however if you leave after 11 PM then you need to call on number to open door.
There was an old lady on reception once and she literally doesn't want us to leave and come back late. I think this is not fair, every traveller should be free to go/come at desired time.
Rest everything is great including a coziness in environment and peaceful place.
Control on time to come/go after 11 PM

There’s no air coming in from the vent in the bunk so I had to sleep with the open bunk
Staff doesn’t speak English
Curfew 11pm
Water in shower is not regulated, either extremely boiling water or cold

No window and it was too hot in the room.

Great location, friendly staff. I had a separate room with a shower, all very clean.
There is a fridge available to all guests, and a guest can get a container with a room number on it and keep products in it. Well, on my second morning I discovered that someone took a pear out of my container (I bought some fruits for breakfast). Not a big deal but still unpleasant.

The rule of the place is closing the entrance at 11pm.
If you pass the timing you might not get inside

Unexpectedly clean and cozy, great location
Capsules should have a fan to bring the air inside, it was too humid for me

it’s very clean, the location is near the city center, it’s also convenient. It’s next to the Chinese restaurant where you can order food until 12 midnight. It’s near the cinema too.
The shower water is either boiling or freezing. The shower room is also small.
If you need infos about the city, PCR test clinics, taxi fares ask the old woman receptionist she knows a lot of things and she’s helpful, warm and friendly. don’t ask the receptionist with a short hair she’s nice but she doesn’t know anything, she doesn’t know where to take PCR tests, taxi fares, tour agencies, etc.. it’s her city, has been living there for many years but doesn’t know a thing; it’s understandable if she’s a foreigner and doesn’t know a thing about the city but she’s a local. The other receptionist she’s not friendly, rude and doesn’t have manners; for example: I was resting after a long day of hiking and she knocked loudly at my capsule door and was talking loudly in Russian, not nice, was even talking angrily. She made me go to the reception to ask for money when I have already paid, she works in the hostel and doesn’t know what’s going on, who paid and who didn’t. Instead of calling the receptionist before her to ask, she instead knocked on my door loudly while I was resting. She works there and she doesn’t talk to the other receptionists that’s why she doesn’t know what’s going on.

The reception was very hospitable, nice common area with board games and open space to relax. The pod was also very good, with a comfortable bed, power outlet and light within the capsule. Space was also just nice and it was a good 3 nights stay at the hostel. Location is also 10 minutes walk from the metro.
There was only one shower, and the lockers were in the common area which was slightly inconvenient.
