Nice location on a Tuscany hill overlooking the vineyards and the valleys.
Big garden with lots of greenery perfect for children to explore. Our kid had a blast! Various outside spaces where you can have breakfast, lunch, etc.
The apartment is a nice combination of modern, traditional and vintage. Silvia is a great host, helpful and friendly and speaks decent english.
At check-in we received a bottle of good wine produced by the family who owns the land, which was a nice touch!
The following points are quite subjective so your experience might differ according to context.
The house is part of a wine farm so the owners will go about their day working on various things (cutting the gras, cleaning tools, fixing the tractor, etc). This can cause various loud noises that might interfere with otherwise silent relaxation moments.
The apartment we stayed in is part of an older house and is semi-underground. So there is a smell of mold mixed with old house. You get used to it after a while but it hits you every time you enter inside.
The apartment is quite dark and humid which means it's rather chilly. So beware if you stay there off-summer season. We went beginning of May and it got quite cold during the night (was OK under the blanket but still...). There is no central heating but there is airco machine which can be used to heat up the place for an extra fee of 10 eur / day.
No dishwasher.
