This Palm Springs private retreat features a stunning backyard, making it a great place to stay for an extended family, couples, groups of friends, or golf getaways! With just the right combination of togetherness and privacy, everyone can relax in their own space. The property was recently renovated with family vacations in mind. Head outside and you'll be greeted by the panoramic mountain views, creating a perfect oasis. Indulge in the sparkling pool (which can be heated for a fee), the private hot tub, and ample outdoor seating for tanning or relaxing. Inside, you'll love the open feel this home provides while still offering fantastic privacy. The interior is also ideally suited for entertaining. The house features two living areas, one is a great conversation area, and the other with leather sofas and a large 70' TV. Gather with loved ones for board games as the chef of the group whips up a delicious meal in the gourmet kitchen!

The house offers five stylish bedrooms that are separate and spacious, smart HDTVs, the luxurious comfort of Stearns and Foster mattresses, and three modern bathrooms, with a fourth full bath in the pool house.

Sitting within walking distance of three golf courses, two foursomes will fall in love with this golfer's sanctuary! Demuth Park is a couple blocks away with pickleball, tennis, and a playground. If golf isn't your game, there is plenty to do away from the course, such as heading downtown to explore the various shops, restaurants, and attractions that this city is famous for. Take some time to check out the various celebrity homes, as Palm Springs is an epicenter of mid-century architecture.

Things to Know
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

The furniture and decor is lovely, both inside and out. We used and loved all the different pool seating areas. There were TVs in the bedrooms and family rooms, great for our various basketball, Oscar and movie watchers. There are plenty of towels, the linens feel new, and the decor is lovely. We walked the neighborhood every evening, and while it is a neighborhood in transition, we felt perfectly comfortable. We were a little skeptical when we first arrived (having come from glitzier parts of Palm Springs), but the house and neighborhood grew on us every day til we were surprised we ever had doubts. Oh, and Demuth Park is a short walk. We went over for morning free pickleball at the public courts, and drop in basketball in the afternoons at the Demuth Community Center at the other end of the park.

The property itself was great in regards to size and location for our party. Unfortunately, there were several issues, which made the stay less enjoyable as we were on the phone with management nearly every day. Upon arrival there was trash all over the front of the property from overturned trash can. We were given a code to enter the property through an electric gate, which did not work. We had to hop the fence and open manually. The shower in the casita/smaller house did not function at all (no water). The dishwasher in the main house was not draining so it could not be used. The jacuzzi never got hot, just warm. Several lightbulbs out throughout the house. Management did there best to address the above issues, the shower eventually got fixed, but the dishwasher was unable to be fixed, which resulted in a lot of hand dishwashing for our large group gathered for Thanksgiving meals. Would recommend management/owners do regular walk throughs to assure everything in working order. Would expect the property to be better maintained and functional for the price.

This was an executive retreat for 8 women. The house had plenty of space. One caveat that needs to be explained more clearly in the listing -- the house is really 2 completely separate homes. The smaller home has three bedrooms and two baths, the larger home has five bedrooms and 2 baths. We were anticipating only needing two people to share each bathroom. The fifth bathroom is actually in the pool house and ways away from bedrooms. Definitely not convenient unless you happen to be outside. Other than the inaccurate description, the property was nice and spacious for our group but not sure I'd recommend it for a non-familial group that is more used to sharing bathrooms.

Overall the house was great and the Property Management was excellent. We had a challenge getting the key which had jammed within the lock box, but upon calling, we had extra keys delivered within minutes. The house is a bit odd in terms of layout and design, but comfortably supported 5 couples.

We had a large family gathering and there was plenty of space for everyone to be together but also comfortable spaces for time apart. Our only real complaint was the casita— it was hot even with AC and the WiFi was so slow we had to use cellular instead. Minor issues were a few indoor cockroaches/crickets/mosquitos, the sofa bed was broken, the pool was dirty and murky, and the washer/dryer didn’t work well. Despite these few nuances, we’d absolutely rent again. The quality for the price was fair, especially compared to similar sized rentals in the area. There was plenty of parking, cozy beds, and the showers were dreamy. Customer service was top notch— friendly and always helpful. Thank you Vacasa for letting us use your home!

This property is in a horrible neighborhood and the property itself is rundown. We had to have the pool person and cleaning crew come out as soon as we checked in. One of the two gates did not work. The 4-5 trashcans were completely full and overflowing. Half of the pool loungers were ripped and old and discolored. The umbrellas were old and shredded. The patios were dirty. While the bedrooms are nice - the main bathroom leaks badly when you shower. The kitchen was well stocked, and the AC worked. Overall the property is not as nice as it looks in the pictures and the neighborhood is horrible. Would not return to this house.

We had a great weekend getaway for the 4th of July. The house was perfect for our large group of 11. There was plenty of space in both the indoor and outdoor spaces. We had a nice quiet relaxing time by the pool and enjoyed the tranquil desert vibe. The bbq was also a nice perk. We would definitely come back for another weekend. Also, the house was very well stocked with towels, dishes, kitchenware, and household supplies which was very much appreciated.

Great house for groups or large families We booked this house for a 40th birthday party and the house did not disappoint. It was beautiful and just as described. The pool was heated so it was PERFECT for cool mornings and evenings. The guest house is not connected directly to the main house, but that was not an issue. Highly recommend and would book again.

Truly Sunsational! There were 11 of us and we had tons of room to spare! The pool area was my favorite. I didn't want to leave the comfy chairs and those views, although the firepit in the evenings was perfect, too. Both the main house and casita are modern and beautifully furnished - there's a lot of space for gathering and the kitchens had everything we needed. I would go back in a heartbeat to enjoy more time here with good friends!
