A pleasant stay in Kingston

Breakfast was self supplied as the flat was a Air B & B....location was great as local transport rail and/or buses ....if going to Hampton Court Bus 111 is the one to catch ...same number on return....Tuesday Hampton Court CLOSED For Kew Gardens catch Bus 65 disembarking Victoria entrance...same bus number for return Very pleasant walking along the River Thames towards Teddington with coffee stops and a river pub The Boaters Inn along the way

A grab rail in the bathroom would have been handy as we senior citizens had difficulty in climbing over the bath to exit the shower....

Great location, great host, well appointed apartment.

Well located in Kingston upon Thames. Easy walking to the river, shopping centre, Sainsburys, bus stops and train station. Host was excellent as responding to questions.

Would recommend this to anyone who wants a home away from home. I will be back.

Absolutely fantastic flat. Everything works, the place is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Michael is a fantastic host. There was milk in the fridge and some nice nibbles available. Michael answered any questions I had and made me feel very welcome.

Can’t fault anything but as a foreigner I would like to have had some information in the information manual about recycling… not sure if I did it correctly.

Visiting Kingston

Lovely flat in a brilliant location in Kingston Town centre. Easy walking distance to everything in the town.

Only issue was having to chase Michael more than once for entry instructions. I thought not getting them until the day before was a bit late based on other properties I have booked.

Großzügiges Apartment mit top-Ausstattung; Schlafzimmer mit begehbarem Schrank, großer Wohnraum mit Couch und Schlafsofa und offener kompletter Küche, geschmackvoll und qualitativ hochwertig möbliert und ausgestattet (u.a. große Kühl-Gefrier-Kombi, Waschnmaschine), sehr sauber; zentrale Lage in Kingston, dennoch ruhig; kostenloser Parkplatz in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage; ist für längere Aufenthalte bequem zu nutzen, ggf. auch mit 1 (-2 kleineren) Kind(ern); der Vermieter ist telefonisch sehr auskunftfreundlich und bietet Hilfe an, wenn erforderlich. Empfehlung: unbedingt die Info des Vermieters zur Erreichung des Zugangs zur Tiefgarage beachten! Fairer Preis für die gebotene Qualität!

Wonderful stay in a conveniently located modern flat.

Nice layout for a 1 bed flat. Modern interior. Thoughtful amenities. Comfortable and feels homely.

Amazing

The property is located in a very nice part of Kingston upon Thames and shops. I had a parking space for my car which made me happy 😀 Very well equipped and the property owner was well helpful.

Business Trip Stay

The welcome was excellent, all amenities were available including local shops, restaurants, health club, etc. We had great access to the internet via TV. The apartment was clean, the kitchen had everything, the bathroom was spacious, the bedroom and wardrobe were spacious. All in all the experience has been enjoyable.

Very good

Fab location.Unit was clean and I don't want to nit pick but the cutlery was grubby.Food still on some knives.The unit needs a coffee table not a padded foot stool and as handy as it may be lots if bottles of used shower gel and toilet wipes in the bathroom should be thrown away.

Apart from the above things mentioned it is an amazing place to stay so you can shop and explore beautiful Kingston Upon Thames.

Loved everything - perfect for a couple. the apartment was bright clean just like photos. Appreciated all the little things and extras. Michael was great - responsive. Easy to locate and enter - follow instructions. Lift. Sainsbury and river 3 min walk. Absolutely loved Kingston on Thames. Def will come back. thanks Michael

The apartment is very close to all amenities. The caretaker is fantastic and plenty of cleaning products provided.

No egg cups or tea towels. No information on recycling bins or general information where to eat, drink, bus stops etc.

Perfect place to stay in Kingston

It's located in the centre of Kingston. Close to the Bentalls shopping centre. Shops , bus station ( bus to Hampton Court - 411 and 111) . And the train station - handy for London Waterloo. The Thames was a short walk away. The apartment was lovely. I highly recommend it. The host , Michael, was very welcolming.

I cannot fault anything.

Great stay in central Kingston

Great location, 2 minutes walk to all the shops and supermarkets, 5 mins walk to train station. The apartment is nice clean with car park. Living room has double size sofa bed in addition to a 3 seats sofa. perfect for couples or family of 3-4 people. Host is friendly and helpful.

Great stay, lots to do in Kingston, will be back.

We were self catering. Location is brilliant for train, bus and local shops, pubs and restaurants really top location. Milk and tea/coffee provided with biscuits on arrival, nice surprise. Good wifi, and great smart telly.

Struggled with bedroom window, would'nt close properly, so some traffic noise during night. Some saucepans need replacing.

A comfortable, quiet flat close to the town centre, river and public transport.

This flat is very close to Kingston town centre with a range of restaurants and shops, train station, bus routes and riverside walks, all within 5-10 minutes walk. I felt safe walking home at night, even though I am an elderly woman on my own. The flat itself is very comfortable, quiet and well-appointed, and there is a parking space in a basement car park. Michael was friendly and very helpful. I would go there again.

Access to the flat is at the back of the block through a confusing series of corridors, stairs, a lift, security code etc. - I was not the first guest to have phoned the host because I was lost! Access from the garage was easier. It would have been helpful to have had clearer directions on where exactly to pull up in the car off the narrow street before phoning the host for admittance. (The answer was in front of an unmarked, shuttered garage door.)

Gezellig, kompleet uitgerust. Ideaal locatie, close to supermarkt, trein and bus, town centre, river, market and restaurants. Rustig omgeving, lift available. In one word. Uitstekende!!!

A perfect home from home!

Loved our stay here. Everything we needed was there, plus the location was ideal (close to station & city centre) and the bed was super comfy. The flat had some nice welcome treats like, tea, milk and biccies and the washing machine was super handy and much used. It was clean, airy and spacious too! Michael was easily available and being met for the key exchange (along with top tips on navigating the building block) was really helpful. Having a parking space was a total lifesaver too and just added to the value and ease of the flat. We wouldn’t think twice about returning here.

A really great place to stay

The flat had all home comforts and Michael the owner was very welcoming and helpful. I could park the car in the basement car park and public transport is practically next door. The extra futon bed was ideal. Excellent location and excellent facilities. I would definitely recommend this flat.

Communication with host, facilities, cleanliness, communal security including parking, flexibility of space (two separate sleeping areas), attention to detail including good quality essentials and beautiful decor. Near to public transport, shops and places of interest.

Occasional noise from neighbours and surroundings but nothing to put us off booking again!

A great flat in a great location - near the train station and near to the river. It was secure, very clean and quiet. Michael met us promptly and was a great host.

Superb

Very helpful host who provided great accommodation. The flat was super clean and in a good location for what we wanted to do. Michael met us at the flat and provided great instructions/information on what was available locally as well as a secure parking place. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

There was a bit of external noise from traffic but this was manageable for a short stay. The flat was really comfortable but was very warm in the bedroom. The host told us about this and there was a good fan, as well as lighter bedding if needed.

Exceptional and convenient.

This is a great comfortable flat in a great location. The flat was clean and comfortable. It was close to the Thames, local shopping. A quick walk to Kingston station gave easy access to London via Waterloo which had connection to tube lines. Plenty of good restaurant's and nice pubs close by.
