The condo was clean, and in decent shape. The hot tub and wifi both worked, but Vacasa sent the wrong wifi password with the checkin instructions. Fortunately someone left a piece of paper with the correct password on the counter in the condo. We were supposed to check in at 4, but couldn't until 5:30 because someone (I think the cleaner) didn't return the key until then. There were three bulbs burned out in the kitchen, leaving it very dark. I complained to Vacasa's guest services almost immediately, but no one ever showed up with replacement bulbs. I swapped a working bulb from the hall into the kitchen myself.

Terrible checkin. Key was suppose to a keypad per instructions, ended up being at main office a mile away. After 2 trips while communicating with property manager we finally figured it out at 1 am, an hr later. Got in and there was no heat and no lighter for fire place. Never got heat but property manager did bring us a light for fire place for our 2 night stay. Internet password was wrong which never got fixed. Great location though, just terrible property management

Location in Copper’s East Village was great, 5 minute walk to everything. Access to Copper’s shuttle buses was great. Unit was as described and had everything we needed.
Lack of access to WiFi and property management was annoying but did disrupt our stay.

The hot tub was out of order but location was great. Locked myself out and management did fantastic job of helping me.

This condo was fine. It was spacious for a studio, quite clean and in better shape than some of the older copper units I've stayed in. Ski storage is in a huge closet outside of the front door to the unit so there is lots of space. The bed and linens were ok. It's an older building and not a bad walk to Super Bee. I'm not sure why it says ski-in ski-out. It is not, under any stretch of the imagination, though it isn't a bad walk to the lifts. The listing should definitely be changed. The hot tub was not working. The unit was cold due to the patio door, but that didn't bother us much. The check-in process involves going to center village to pick up keys. I'm glad I wasn't driving to Frisco, but it was a pain to try to park to pick up keys after a day of skiing as there's no place to wait nearby and parking is only available at paid or permit lots - would be easy with two drivers, but I was the sole driver. Vacasa staff are really nice and respond to texts in a timely manner. I was worried about getting into a parking spot on the morning of arrival prior to skiing, but that worked out very nicely with vacasa texting a code to enter parking lot. I didn't have access to the parking pass that day so I wrote a note for my dashboard and that seemed to work. So, it was fine, but I wouldn't rush back.

The right size for my son and I to spend a few days skiing. Quick walk to the slopes/Super Bee lift and JJ's bar. When we got there the hot water tap on the sink to the bathroom was broken off. A better description of the location of the Vacasa office and lock box would have been helpful. "Village Square East " is confusing at best. The address is in the middle of a round about. The office is just off the circle at Center village, at 1 oclock as you drive up. It is next to the Mexican restaurant. El Zacatecano, which had good food by the way. There were no instructions for lighting the fireplace, which leaked cold air a bit so it was much more pleasant having it lit. I singed my hair a little lighting it with a regular lighter, it would have been nice if the place had an extended bic lighter available . Would stay again for 1-3 people.

No garage parking and no working coffee maker when we arrived. Kitchen utensils need to be updated. Place was beautiful!

Check in was a bit of a hassle. Our condo was very clean and just as described despite the pile of wooden slats laying on the floor and the bed being on the ground. There was also a hole in the drywall in the bathroom where a towel bar had come down.

Was disappounted with communications. Messaged a week before arriving and was told would get email only 1 day before arrival date. Messaged that we were having trouble getting emails and were ignored. Check in instructions were poor. There was also broken boards from under bed stacked along the wall. Once we got into property it was a nice place and in a good location.

Overall pretty good and no non-working utilities/appliances.
Good location. Rational pricing. Relatively easy to access though the check-in instructions need re-worded as they are confusing. They muddled and mixed directions to the Vacasa office with directions to the condo.
