We enjoyed everything and would come back.

Breakfast was great customer service was awesome. Didn’t get room service until second night there which didn’t bother me as I went down to the desk and was able to get some towels. Air conditioner didn’t work properly as it did not keep the room cool.

I didn’t get my stay

Nothing. Per the photo I attached, I booked for 2 nights for a mini honeymoon. When calling to confirm my arrival, I was advised that the reservation is only showing for 1 night. The rep did not care what my email said nor did he offer any help at all. My only option was to spend extra money and make a news reservation.

Disappointed with the quality of the hotel and seemed only set up for business clients so staff didn’t really try very h

Comfortable bed. The 2 female staff members that we encountered for breakfast and n evening meal were very good and helpful and seemed to be running around doing several jobs at once.

Entrance or lack of signs arriving with a car. Entrance not sign posted as at the rear of the property, so hard to find. Then you only have the concierge to ask where to go to book it, which is 2 floors up. Staff at the desk off hand and uninterested. Struggled to get the lift to go to our floor as didn’t realise we had to hold key card on the sensor for a few seconds which another guest helped us with as they had the same problem. Went to room and only one paper coffee mug so had to go back to the reception to request a second cup! Plus the paper cups were rubbish and didn’t make the drink’s taste very nice especially after several uses. Would it be so difficult for a hotel to supply some proper mugs and a kettle as every time we made a tea it tasted of coffee due the way it is set up. There is a fridge and microwave but no proper cups, spoons and milk etc! Tv quality of sound awful as kept having to turn it up and down. Ridiculous that the hotel didn’t except cash for any food or supplies.

Nos encanto el hotel, las habitaciones y el personal que nos recibió, todos muy atentos y cordiales, las instalaciones del gimnasio eran excelentes, el precio se acomodo a la calidad del lugar.

Como recomendación el alojamiento debería tener el desayuno incluido, y todo hubiera sido perfecto.

Would definitely stay again.

The room was really clean and very comfortable. The sleeper sofa was probably the best one we have ever slept on. We have three kids and usually one of them has to do rock papier scissors for who gets the sleeper this time they were all fighting to sleep on it. the room was modern the tv was really large, everything was clean. Highly recommend. Also, Valet had our car outside and waiting in no time at all.

Clean, modern, with friendly staff

Extremely clean, modern. Friendly staff throughout. Beautiful lobby. I had breakfast in the restaurant every day and it was great, try the breakfast sandwich. It came with the best "breakfast potatoes" I have ever had, it was pretty shocking that they were that good from a hotel restaurant. Comfortable bed, comfortable office and desk area, huge TV, roomy bathroom, and a nice shower. The rooftop pool was very impressive. This far exceeded any other Courtyard Marriott I have ever stayed at, and felt like it should have been a much more expensive hotel. I would go out of my way to stay here again the next time I'm in the Ft. Lauderdale area.

Kind of an odd location. The hotel is part of a brand new development which spans about a block, but the immediate surrounding area isn't great. If you have a car, this is not a big deal. Also, parking was confusing. I don't like having to pay $32/day to park and then feeling compelled to tip the valet each time I wanted to leave the property. It was not clear how to park without using the valet service.

WORST experience ever

It is accesible and close to various places in Fort Lauderdale. The valet parking staff are helpful and nice Es accesible y cercano a varios lugares en Fort Lauderdale. El staff del valet parking es amable y servicial.

I had the worst experience ever regarding: room cleaning service, problem-solving capacity, customer service, accountability, responsibility to mention some. During my entire stay the room cleaning service was NEVER done. The first time they told me it was a matter of uncoordination, I had to take my own trash and dirty towels out of the room and the laundry lady that was supposed to deliver clean towels did it almost throwing them to me. They didn’t apologize and they didn’t offer a compensation for these mistakes. The next day, the manager didn’t reach out, they just told me the room service was already coordinated for the day BUT when I got back to the hotel at night the room was just as I left it in the morning. I had to ask for it again, wait 45 minutes to have it, and AGAIN they didn’t apologize, they didn’t offer a compensation for it. I checked out and the manager NEVER reached out to explain, apologize or fix the problem. It is a DARK SPOT in my experience with Courtyard.
