The Property:
This is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom duplex home with 2500 square feet. Many 4-Bedroom homes have less square footage than this property! Not only is this property large, it has been lovingly updated and maintained over time. The quality really is top notch, as is the style and architecture. The main space has 16 foot high vaulted ceilings and an open layout from the kitchen across the dining and living area to the bar. The floor to ceiling, wood burning stone fireplace and heated hardwood floors combine with comfy upscale furniture to create a cozy and welcoming place to relax. Large windows and sliding doors offer the option to let in natural light, and the lack of neighboring homes means you'll have plenty of privacy even with the shades and drapes wide open. The wet bar is an ideal spot for entertainment, and allows you to leave the kitchen to the chef. Speaking of chefs, if you like to cook, you're in for a treat! This kitchen is is much more than "fully equipped." It is designed with beauty and functionality in mind. Features include a professional wolf range and oven with a pot filler and hood vent that matches the cabinetry, solid quartz counters and backsplash. The fridge is a large sub zero, and the drawers and cabinets provide storage for all your food items as well as many "little extras," such as the crock pot, air fryer, keurig, blender, and most any utensil or cooking gadget you could want.
The bedrooms offer privacy and a bed setup that works very well for groups of 6. Whether your group is 3 couples or includes singles or kids, this home will work for you. Bedrooms 1 and 2 both have King beds, while bedroom 3 has a new sectional sofa that sets up as a "super Queen". This is not your average "sleeper sofa." This is a high end sectional that becomes a platform bed with a memory foam mattress. This third bedroom also has a dedicated workstation for those who might need to work remotely. All 3 bedrooms include a large HDTV and a dedicated bathroom.
The primary master is upstairs. This large bedroom easily accommodates the King bed, large bedside tables, and dresser. There's also a swivel chair that's ideal for watching TV or reading. The master bathroom includes a walk in closet, 2 sinks, plenty of counter space, a water closet for the toilet, a large free standing tub, and walk in shower. Back downstairs, bedroom 2 also has ample space for its King bed, the bedside tables, an armoire, as well as floating clothing storage. This room also has a wall mounted HDTV, walk in closet, and bay window with a window seat. Within this bedroom you'll find another spacious bathroom which features a lovely and large granite counter with undermounted sink and a nice sized shower. Bedroom 3 has the aforementioned deluxe super Queen sleeper sofa, the office/worstation, another wall mounted HDTV, dresser and closet. Its full bathroom is across the hall but has the largest counter of all the bathrooms - plenty of space here even for a couple of ladies to share. Dial-A-Ride Private Shuttle Service:
Skiers and snowboarders will love how easy it is to hit the slopes. There is direct access from the home to Arrowhead, Bachelor Gulch, and Beaver Creek. When you go into the heated garage to put on your boots, call the Dial A Ride shuttle. Within a few minutes, sometimes before you're even ready, they'll be in front of the garage, waiting to deliver you to the Arrow Bahn Express lift. It's only a half a mile, so you have a very short ride to and from the slopes, and some choose to walk it. Being a gated community, traffic is light, the road is basically flat, and it is a great way to warm up your legs before hopping on the lift. Just walk west on Sawatch Drive, turn left on Arrowhead Circle, and you're there. Whether you choose to walk or use the Dial A Ride shuttle, this location is very convenient, private, and safe.

The property is located on Sawatch Road, within the private gated community at the base of Arrowhead. Additionally, the home is located on hole 11 of the Country Club of the Rockies, a Jack Nicklaus signature links style golf course. If you want to try snowshoeing, cross country skiing, or skate skiing, there are groomed trails right out the back door in the winter. You'll also have direct access to the Arrow Bahn Express Lift, which delivers you to the Upper Beaver Creek Mountain Express Lift. The home is at just 7400 feet in elevation. With the top of Beaver Creek at 11,440, you'll have over 4000 vertical feet and thousands of acres to explore. When you're not skiing, the location has more to love. In addition to golf, the community is home to numerous hiking and biking trails, as well as a playground for kids. Just outside of the community, you have the Eagle River, in case you'd like to try your hand at some world class fly fishing. This residential community is situated right in between the towns of Avon and Edwards, so there are lots of shops and restaurants to visit. Planning to head over to Vail for the day or night,, no problem, it's only 15 minutes away. Driving and parking is easy, and there are public transportation options too.

The home has a 2 car garage, but half of the garage is set up as a heated storage area for your skis, snowboards, boots, or bikes. If you will have a trailer or RV of any sort, please contact us before booking, to confirm if it might be possible to park it onsite. This home was a perfect location for our trip to Beaver Creek. It was very well appointed and did not feel like a rental at all, very cozy. The shuttle was as described and very convenient. The check-in and checkout process was also very simple. We look forward to staying in this beautiful home again!

Although the interior substitute property (sub. was only hours prior to check-in) was very nice, it was not what I contracted for because it was not on 1 level, no direct access to outdoors, and it was a 3rd floor condo looking out on a parking lot. I was told it was the only space available. The communication with Randy was an unprofessional experience. Also, it was a less expensive property/night than the property originally contracted. VRBO has, thus far, not refunded the difference. In over a decade of fantastic experiences with VRBO, this one failed on multiple levels.

Delightful Duplex
Beautiful place with so much attention to detail...abundant amenities (music accessibility throughout - indoor and outdoor, jetted tub, bar, fireplace, hot tub, outdoor grill, firepit, etc. Lovely bedroom and bathroom layout providing privacy for all guests (3 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms) each in separate areas of the home. Open concept with multiple sliding doors for easy access in and out of the home. Attached Garage makes it convenient for unloading/loading. Stunning views and pure relaxation. Just minutes away from Vail, Colorado and great places to shop, dine or drink. Hats off to the homeowners and all others that clearly put so much love and effort into caring for this home and for their guests.

The property is high end luxury, and very comforrable. Appliances top shelf. Bar is a great place to have a beer and watch a game. Great fireplace with wood provided. Sat in the hot tub each night to watch the sunset and mountains.

Beautiful Home in the Perfect Location
This beautiful property was everything we were looking for, and then some! A few highlights to our family were the heated garage which served as a comfortable mud room, high end appliances in the spacious kitchen, heated floors throughout, gorgeous bar with comfortable seating, large hot tub located just outside the back door, prompt shuttle service from the driveway to the arrowhead ski lift, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet gated community. We will definitely stay here again, and highly recommend this property!

High quality duplex with plenty of privacy
This location exceeded my expectations in every regard. The furniture is beautiful and the hot tub was very nice to have. Beds were extremely comfortable and we loved all the games provided! The fire place was the icing on the cake! Would definitely recommend to a friend 10/10! The host was also very helpful and always available.

The property was beautiful - the "dial-a-ride" service from the driveway to the Arrow-Bahn lift was the best!When we received the day-of check-in instructions, we were surprised to learn that it was a duplex - didn't see that mentioned anywhere in the listing. We never got the heat working properly; but didn't call for help because we weren't there much. The system is just VERY complicated. The kitchen has high-end appliances but is only big enough for one cook at a time! Luckily we ate out most meals. It was a nice place to stay.

We will stay here again!
This place is the best! The hot tub was the main reason I booked and it was worth it. The view is amazing, layout is perfect and I will definitely stay here again. If this place is available on your dates don't let it slip away. Great price also! There were only four of us but would definitely fit 6 comfortably if two are okay with twin beds. Other two beds are king. Huge bathrooms. Hope this helps!

Adult Family Ski Trip
The house was very comfortable for six adults. Many great amenities that made for a wonderful trip including a wood burning fireplace, hot tub with view and ski shuttle. A few times the shuttle took 20-30 minutes to arrive, but we were there between Christmas and New Year. It was also nice to have a nicely supplied kitchen.

Lovely home, very convenient
The home was well appointed. Very immaculate, very comfortable.
We had an issue with the hot tub not functioning properly on our first day; it was resolved the following day.
The Dial A Ride service to Arrowhead was incredibly convenient— picked us up out in our driveway and dropped us off there at the end of the day.

Great Accommodations
This property was perfect for our ski vacation in Beaver Creek this year. The floor plan worked out well for ourselves and two adult children. All amenities were top notch including the well appointed kitchen and Wolf appliances, plus the Dial-a-Ride service was very convenient. We have rebooked for next year!

Perfect Place
Perfect for our group of 6. The hot tub was awesome after a day of skiing. It snowed everyday we were there and every day they cleared the driveway. The shuttle service to the Arrowhead lift was awesome. We used the app to order the shuttle and they were always right on time! We will be back!

Was a great house. We could enjoyed the house and the mountain. The Jacuzzi is a great relax after the ski.

We loved the house and had a wonderful time. The only negatives that we experienced were when we arrived the house was very cold and it took the entire night to warm. We would suggest that in the future the house temperature be set at a more comfortable setting ahead of time. Also the master bedroom bed is extremely uncomfortable as it is very hard and appears to be a very old mattress. We also had a leak from the upstairs shower that caused a leak down to the ceiling in the living room. The garage door also broke at one point in our stay but the management was very quick to repair and we very much appreciated that. We would absolutely stay at this property again though because of the location and the overall comfort and beauty. Thank you for helping to make our family vacation a wonderful experience

Gorgeous, Luxurious, Mountain View Property!
This gorgeous property comes with all the bells and whistles! From heated floors, Wolf appliances, separate bar, designer decor, hot tub, and spectacular views, this property certainly does not disappoint! It is well laid out, spacious, and private and my significant other and I enjoyed a cozy, romantic vacation for two with plenty of extra room. We arrived in early November and were lucky enough to experience the fall foliage and awoke one morning to a dusting of snow that lasted through the remainder of our stay! We even built a snowman in the backyard and were fortunate enough to see deer just outside our windows almost every day! The home is well equipped, the property manager is fantastic, and the owners are readily available! We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful property
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property in a special neighborhood. We had everything we needed and more. The setting was gorgeous and just walking around the neighborhood was a treat. The location made it easy to visit surrounding locations. It was also a plus not to travel a winding torturous road to access the property. The gated community lent an air of safety. The condo was furnished very comfortably and the kitchen was a cook's dream. You will have a very pleasant stay in this amenity filled CO home.

Beautiful house, beautiful location
We came here for a girls getaway and it couldn’t have been better. Beautiful home, great views, nicely appointed kitchen, comfortable main area which is surprisingly rare in ski homes. The hot tub and patio were so relaxing. The bedrooms were very nice as were the bathrooms. Everything was clean and well maintained. Loved having Sonos too. We were there in shoulder season and were able to go for a long walk throughout the community. Absolutely gorgeous! We’d come back for sure.

Beautiful home in a central location
We found this home to be a great location for many day trips: Vail, Iron Mountain Hot Springs, multiple golf courses, and hiking! All amenities of the home were thoroughly enjoyed, especially the Sonos surround sound system.

Comfortable and close to everything
Comfortable home, centrally located to everything. Responsive property manager and owners. Home is less than 7 minutes from the ski lift at Arrowhead. Dining options within 10 minutes. Enjoyed our time in Arrowhead.

Beautiful Mountain Retreat
We had a wonderful stay over the holidays. The home is beautifully appointed, the views are majestic, and both the caretaker and owners were responsive and helpful. Dial-a-ride made transportation a snap. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely beautiful home
We were lucky enough to stay in this home over Christmas 2017. It is impeccably designed and maintained, and every last detail was considered. There is a perfect spot to prepare for winter sports in the garage, and the hot tub is large, private and perfect. Our family of 6 loved it!
