Welcome to our "Comal River Retreat" a spacious two bedroom/ two bath, newly furnished and updated condo located in the Camp Warnacke Condo complex on the Comal River. This condo is perfectly located at the last private exit on the Comal River and near the New Braunfels downtown area. It’s a great place to float down the river, visit Schlitterbahn, relax by the pool/ hot tub, or sample and experience all of the shops and restaurants this area has to offer. Life is better on the river!

The condo was pretty clean. Some more attention could be paid to the finer details. The complex’s property is nice and having access to the river a plus. Parking is limited during busy times. It was super easy to get places to shop or eat. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the river.

The bathroom had BLACK MOLD ALL IN THE SHOWER. I’ve taken pictures of it if you would like to see. I didn’t even get a you guys Sorry. Got a thank you for letting me know. To me that is not how you run a business. I worked in PALMER HOUSE IN CHICAGO AND RETIRED FROM HILTON after 41 years and cleanness is the number one thing guest want when staying somewhere. I had to send 2 hours cleaning the shower so that I could use the shower. Let’s face it you would not have welcomed this and neither do I. I will pass this on to anyone that is thinking about staying with you. Very disappointed. Thank you for your time and I know this will be put under the table with nothing done. You showed me all you care about is getting your money for the property . Nothing else

We fell in LOVE! What a perfect stay. The perfect condo with the most spectacular view of the Comal. We even saw a mother deer with her baby one night and a fox! Karen is the best hostess and ensured that everything was communicated before our stay. We had no issues and only wish we had booked a month’s stay. My 9yr old wants to buy this as his first home when he grows up. :) The condo has the most comfortable beds and amazing shower water pressure. We could not ask for more and cannot wait to return!

This was our fifth time to stay in this complex but first in this unit. This was the best unit we have stayed in. Everything was great! The house is decorated nicely with comfortable furniture and beds and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Easy short walk to the river access made carrying tubes and things easy. We had an awesome trip. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Condo was updated beautifully, had a wonderful river view, and easy entrance into the river. Walking distance to Schlitterbahn was very convenient for our family of four. Host was great and responsive. We had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

The condo is spacious, comfortable and has everything you need to to enjoy your trip. Great view of the Comal from the patio as well as the living room. Karen was a great host!! Will definitely recommend to friends and hope to stay again myself !

Everyone enjoyed themselves. It was nice to be able to look out and see the river. Karen was very responsive to all our questions and helpful because we were afraid the river was low. But she assured us that it was floatable and put our minds at ease.

This condo is close to everything. Our favorite thing was sitting on the back porch watching the tubers go by on the Comal. Our family of six fit perfectly. Karen was a great host.

This was my first time to NB and what a nice trip it was. The condo had an amazing view of the Comal and the unit was extremely clean and perfect for our stay. Although the weather was too cold to enjoy the rivers, we found plenty of things to keep us busy during our 5 day stay. I will definitely keep this unit in mind for my next visit. Thank you!

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at the Comal river retreat! The condo was very clean ,organized and well stocked. The river view and setting was magnificent; all one could wish for to get some great rest and relaxation. Communication with the host was very professional and courteous. We would definitely enjoy another visit !

This condo was a nice size with a balcony that looks right onto the Comal. We saw deer along the river every day. It is a short walk/drive to Schliterbahn and has it’s own private river exit. Lots of great restaurants were within a 5 minute drive.

We had a wonderful time at the Comal River Retreat! The pictures of the condo don't do it justice. It is much more spacious than it looks, except for the kitchen which is just big enough. The location was very convenient to getting to both Comal and Guadalupe outfitters as well as hopping into the Comal for a quick swim. Karen was very kind and quickly responsed to my many questions. We hope to go back!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Karen’s property. It was well maintained and stocked with all we needed. We travel to the river yearly and would definitely choose to stay here again. Karen is very responsive and provides all details needed to easily check in and out. Definitely recommend to others.

Property was easy to locate, communication was clear and efficient. Location on the river was excellent and the balcony was a bonus! Only thing to note was there was hair left all over the bathroom floors and the window ledge of the master bathroom was also dirty. I imagine it’s a lack of attention to detail on the cleaning crew and perhaps the property owner just needs to check up on them! Other than that no complaints, would happily stay here again!

We enjoyed a cocktail in the evening on the balcony as we watched the kayaks and tubes go by.The only thing we did not find were beach or pool towels.
