Rockham Bay View is a delightful semi-detached cottage located in Mortehoe, Devon. Home to three bedrooms including a double with en-suite shower room, one double and one twin, this property can sleep a total of six guests. The first floor is complete with a family bathroom, whilst downstairs there is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside has an enclosed patio area with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Rockham Bay View is an excellent cottage for those fun-filled family breaks.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed patio area with furniture. 2 Well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles and pub 0.2 miles. Please note: Some of the features within the property may vary from photos due to recent renovation. Please note: the property is accessed by two flight of steps as the house is elevated off the road
