With beach-inspired décor and beautiful pickled hardwood floors throughout, Fleur de Lis is a family friendly three-bedroom cottage located on Seaside Avenue and just one block to the Seaside Town Center a prime Seaside Location! It is also a very short stroll to the acclaimed sugar-white sand beaches of Seaside. There are two grand porches at the front of the home, downstairs is an open air porch with outdoor dining and a lounge area and upstairs is a screened in porch with an additional seating and lounge area. With updated coastal-themed furnishings, the first floor welcomes you into an entrance foyer with a spacious living area, fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a half bath and an outdoor porch with a grill in the back. The home sits on an oversized Seaside Avenue lot with a large fenced in yard with a white picket fence.
Upstairs, the second floor includes a sitting area which is great for playing games and afternoon naps as well as, and a queen sleeper sofa to sleep two more. Also on the second floor is a bunk room with twin bunks and a twin trundle and a queen bedroom that share a hall bath. There is also a master bedroom with a king bed with a modern, private bath (shower only) with double vanities. All bedrooms have access to a the screened-in balcony porch to enjoy the great views of town and peaceful Seaside Avenue. This home has a driveway big enough for two cars comfortably. For additional options, this cottage may also be rented as a 2-bedroom cottage (Fleur de Lis 2 Lockoff) during the fall and winter.
* 5 night minimum Summer, Spring & Spring Break; 3 night minimum for Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Sat to Sat 7 night minimum Summer 2024. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

Reviews
1) the driveway access is extremely hard to get in and out of
2) the AC has to be set really low in order to get the 2nd floor cooled of even a little
3) I know your suppose to be on vacation but I like to sweep occasionally and the unit had nothing at all to tidy up with. Every other home we've stayed in at least had a broom.
4) the only other things that would have been really nice is if the linens (ie. comforters and throw blankets were cleaned a lil more often. I know the white furniture gets stained and isn't as easy to throw in the washing machine lol.
