Almost perfect!

_Great location near trams and metro direct to CBD. _Room was spectacular with amazing view. _Nice balcony to enjoy the view. _Very quiet. _Great facilities (gym, spa, restaurant, ...). _The giant comfortable bed!

_I would have loved to have dishes in the room (though there are a microwave and a kettle in the room). _I would have loved for the aircon not to be centralised, I want to control the temperature in the room which I think is fair to ask.

The balcony door I had didn’t lock, I didn’t feel safe being a solo woman traveler so I went down to tell my concerns to the reception late at night but there was 3 guys standing there laughing so I just left and stayed at my friends

Will pack our own supplies if there is a next-time. Otherwise very handy to our proposed venue.

Difficult to find entry gate in heavy rain, ended up at The Novatel next-door, at first.......Not much signage prior ? Our room was on Level 7 so glorious view of Melbourne from our bed, especially at night when the weather cleared a bit. Bit sorry about the lack of dining / breakfast, other than to walk back, next-door to the Novatel. Only vending machine on weekend ?

There was No breakfast / No meals. Cafeteria was CLOSED for the weekend. Told to walk next door to Novatel to their restaurant ??? We had Twisties for dinner !!! "Welcome Pack" = toiletries & 4x sachets coffee (for 2 pax) NO tea bags & 2 ONLY sugar strips = 1 teaspoon between 2 !!! & NO MILK. No milk at all, or extra sugar available on site. We were told to go out to buy for ourselves - just great after driving 5 hours in pouring rain & unsure where to go !!! Odd ideas about "hospitality" ??? All Tax Deductible provisions after all ?

- wunderschöne Zimmer - Gemeinschaftsküche vorhanden - perfekt zum Arbeiten - Aldi gleich in der Nähe(schöner Spaziergang) - 45 min mit Öffi in die Stadt

- wenig Ausstattung in Gemeinschaftsküche - schmutzig und lieblis in der Gemeinschaftsküche

Very unsatisfactory stay, unfortunately had residents/guests ??? outside my room from 11pm-2am bring very loud & disrespectful. Had to get security sent up…..even after this, no didn’t stop. I had a very broken sleep. Complained at checkout, to be told to contact bookings.com, not the properties issue. service since from both the property & bookings.com has been just as bad as my sleep . I ve spent the week, being ping ponged between both businesses trying to escalate to get a refund Not happy at all with neither company, not taking responsibility and finding a resolution

Expensive. Way too far from Melbourne. 32 stops on the tram. Almost 1 hr.

Friendliness of the staff. Security.

It was very clean and the premises / facilities and staff were great. The location was perfect for me and the parking was very reasonably priced. The a/c worked beautifully on a few really hot days .. perfect 👌

The fridge in my room was too small and it’s a shame they don’t provide any cutlery or cups/glasses etc. The room space is very tight .. but set up well to make the most of the limited area.

Expensive for a two night stay

Great gym and pool, comfy bed

No amenities or kitchen equipment. Soap should be provided as a minimum. There were no plates bowls etc, for a 2 night stay it’s unreasonable to require guests to bring these themselves. A private room in a hostel would be cheaper and the facility better equipped.

reception流程跟有病似的早上check out排老长的队你要deposit 可以理解解除预授权也好返现也罢一点儿效率没有的填一张不合时宜的表格谁是能把你马桶搬走还是把你噪音震天响的冰箱搬走？还要排队填表让reception 的员工上楼转圈完再退押金停车费25刀一晚上等他checkout又花5刀半夜隔壁屋子party到凌晨两点隔音不好阳台门不知道怎么打开一会儿好用一会儿不好用的

Don't be fooled by the photos, this place is not worth the money they are charging.

They have a good gym and some space downstairs for working. There is a main road nearby to get a taxi.

We were put into the wrong room. We paid top amount and got a room that was barely big enough for the bed, definitely nothing like what was described in the photos. Additionally, there were dead bugs and dust on the duvet when we arrived. It was so bad that we left, we are currently fighting it out with the hotel staff to get a full refund since we consider this pretty blatant false advertising.

Modern and clean studios but far from CBD

The studio was great, there was a gym and a swimming pool. Very clean and modern.

The common kitchen was empty regarding cutlery or plates or bowls so it was quite difficult to cook with nothing. The location is okay if you have a car but not very convenient if your using public transports, between 45 min to more than 1 hour to get to central Melbourne.

The Indian receptionist boy on the night of 1st Jan was so rude. Came and started asking me whether i am staying in the hotel and I have an ID to prove it. Ruined my entire experience of the hotel. Made me feel like an intruder rather than a guest. Please spend some money and train your staff properly on basic customer service

I didn’t realise there wouldn’t be any kitchen utensils, I think this needs to be either included or mentioned to bring your own. Same with no toiletry supplies like soap & toilet paper

Superb

The room was very comfortable to stay for a single person. Everything; kitchen, bathroom, and bed are satisfied. The city view was good, some rooms see the night view of the city center directly.

I was first confused about the next property, Novotel. because two accommodations are in the same place. I first parked my car in the ground parking, but I have advised only the outside parking for Co-living and I moved immediately.

A Great Place to Live Together! In Preston, Melbourne!

We enjoyed the cleanliness of our room & the rest of the hotel, the facilities were great, big gym, nice pool, they also put on get togethers in the bar or activities to try. The staff were great they sorted out any needs or requests quickly, we highly recommend staying here🙂

There was only shared kitchens, but you can make a cuppa in your room, the food around Preston is so good that you probably will want to eat out alot!

Convinced location for my business Cosy room with clean facilities.

Noise from the next room and hole ways. Banging doors and talking loud on the phone get through the walls so you could hear confidant noises till late night . Staff are willing to help you but always say call straight away, but meanwhile, it stops. So there is no solution to fix other than educating people when they check in.
