Ok to lay down for a few hours.
It’s at the airport.
It’s far away from the terminal’s. Takes about 15 minutes to walk to the terminals and the pedestrian paths are all obstructed or detoured by construction. Small room but you ok to lay down for a couple of hours at least.

Sad little room very close to the airport
Proximity to the airport - it is very convenient! The staff were friendly.
No one WANTS to stay in Tullamarine but even so, this stay was quite bleak. Reminded me of a room on an overnight ferry I once took from Croatia. Stained floor, exposed pipes, absolutely tiny, and an odd little shower room that felt exceptionally sad and vaguely prison-like. Next time I would spend an extra $50-$60 and stay at one of the other nicer hotels near the airport. There also is not a lift (at least not one we were made aware of), people with heavy bags or mobility issues take note.

Very basic but clean, handy location
Clean, bed was comfortable, location
Bathroom was almost too small to use, given this you had to keep the door closed to avoid smoke alarm going off - so annoying I didn’t bother using it. Also, instructions for walking there could have been better. I struggled to find it

Lovely staff close proximity to the airport and compact accommodation arrangements.
Very close to the terminals and reasonably priced. Very clean and welcoming helpful staff.
Room layout was cramped.
