It has a fantastic location making it easily accessible. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and having the use of a washing machine was a game changer.
Absolutely nothing.

Everything but especially the very attentive staff. They were able to accommodate our needs without hesitation and immediately!

I booked the appartment for my husband birthday. It was wonderful, very well equiped with a nice view on the white mountains.
The host was so kind and accepted that we stay a little bit longer on the departure day.
I recommend without hesitation! :)

The place is perfect. Cosy, you can tell that quality has been prioritise. The quality of the equipment is high, the design is cool, access to all streaming platforms for those wanting to watch a movie in the evening. Very Well equipped kitchen, nespresso machine with capsules at your disposal, tea, welcome chocolate. And Tom is very proactive and available for his guests. Plus the location near the car park is very convenient when you travel with a baby and lots of stuff. Perfect stay !
Couldn’t say.

Nice internet connection for working(one day on vacation I have to work).
Near to the town center and shop whit beer. Really Big parking lot. I application set for cheese fondue.
I did not receive any code for parking and had to pay full price for parking. The curtain on the window near the desk and kitchen. More sponges and tablets to the dishwasher. Nice to have a bit bigger sink

excellent standard and facilities. I most certainly enjoyed the view from the dual aspect balcony. Tom was very kind and helpful, and I would definitely come back next season.

The location is great. Near from the parking and the bus stop to the ski slope in front of the house.
Everything was well organised and ready when we arrived (thanks for the Toblerone).
The couch was not very comfortable and it would be worth changing it.
The pile of wood under the flapping tarpaulin was very noisy at night when the wind was blowing, but this is certainly temporary and we were unlucky on that one.
More than 3 tee spoons would have been great.

Great place , very cosy and charming. Easy access with code. Active and sympathetic host. Highly recommended

The apartment is very cozy and stylish (also the indirect lighting was very nice). The kitchen was complete and perfect for cooking our own meals. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well. The Chalet is located very close to the parking (Saas Fee is a car free village) which was very practical for loading and unloading the luggage.
The view from the window was a bit disappointing and there was scaffolding that was blocking part of the light and the view (we had to keep on the lights during the day). We were in Apartment 1A, probably the higher floor has nicer views and more light.
Although very cozy and stylish, the living room is small and there is ample space to put stuff like keys, wallet, phones, map or to put your drink when you relax in the sofa. Of course this is only a small detail.

This was a terrific and well-equipped cabin. Cozy and close to town, but not in the center, to allow some quiet and privacy. The place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, ideal for a single person or couple. The hosts were excellent and very communicative. There are lots of supermarkets and hikes nearby. Hope to stay again soon.

For those either in an adventure mindset or looking to relax in an alpine environment, this was a comfortable and well-taken care of apart-hotel. The on-site owners/hosts, Triin and Tom, are gracious and most accommodating - allowing us to do some little things like laundry (important after a week-plus trip) and lending a caquelon for a fondue. The apartment itself was very comfortable - well-equipped and is very cozy. It's easy to see why Saas-Fee is a winter sport haven. Even in summer, there is hiking, biking, food, shopping, sight-seeing, art and a myriad of other things immediately outside of the front door of the chalet.
Waking up with the mountain view and the peacefulness of the space was excellent.
Very minor issues - some small things as Triin and Tom continue to upgrade the chalet. The only other would be to consider opting the costs of the Saas-Fee tourism card into the price of the room rather and simply offering it to guests (offers discounts for events, parking, and attractions).

very well thought of - feels like home!

Amazing place and a very helpful owner. We liked how close this place is to the parking lot and at the same time not far from everything else. The apartment was beautifully furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a great stay.
