Dreckiger Puff

Das Zimmer war dreckig, sah aus wie ein Puff und habe das komplett falsche Zimmer bekommen Habe ein dreckiges mit Schimmel an der Decke verwehtes sowie dreck an den Wänden verschmutztes Zimmer bekommen was ich nicht gebucht habe. Nachgefragt über WhatsApp wurde der wau wau dann ganz cool und wo ich den gezeigt habe das ich im Recht bin hat der die fresse gehalten weil der Nix mehr sagen konnte, Anzeige wurde gestern schon erstellt! Die Unterkunft liegt zentral. Schlüssel in Keybox hat gut geklappt.

Ich habe den Aufenthalt dort vorzeitig abgebrochen. Es war im Zimmer sehr kalt. Heizung gibt es nicht. Das installierte Klimagerät hat trotz Heizmodus und hoch eingestellter Temperatur nur kalte Luft erzeugt. An den Fenstern schimmelt es, worauf ich mit Reizhusten reagiert habe. Den Anbieter habe ich informiert und um einen Ausgleich gebeten - leider ohne Reaktion.

Gelungener Kurzaufenthalt zum kleinen Preis.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, was es leider mit sich bringt, dass es extrem laut ist. Dafür hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Geropark und die St. Vitus-Basilika. Uns hat es sogar zu einem kurzen Rundgang durchs Viertel gereicht. Auch positiv: An der nächsten Ecke, gleich neben dem Parkplatz, ist ein kleines Bäckerei-Café, das auch am Sonntagmorgen bereits ab 8 Uhr guten Kaffee serviert. Überdies war die Reaktionszeit des Hotelpersonals bei einem kleinen Problem mit dem Schlüssel beim Einchecken famos. Innerhalb weniger Minuten war ein sehr freundlicher, junger Mitarbeiter vor Ort, der die Sache geregelt hat.

Der Preis für das Doppelzimmer war wirklich sehr günstig und für eine Nacht war es vollkommen ok. Einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir wohl in einer ruhigeren, komfortableren Unterkunft buchen. Für Asthmatiker und Allergiker würde ich das Haus aufgrund der Feinstaub- und Sporenbelastung nicht empfehlen!

there was mild in the shower. Room doesn’t have any table, or even a glass or cup for tee. Some other guests were loud till late night.

Easy 24 hour access, walking distance from my destination. Good location, just next to a bus station.

Heater was closed, and at arrival was cold in the room and no heater in the bathroom. Survivable, and understandable but I felt bit uncomfortable.

Never, never, never again!

Nothing!!! Would not recommend.

We stood half an hour in the cold, even before we could get in. It was extremely unclean and nothing like the photos. Communication with the host was very difficult. The shower was not working correctly. The room was super cold and smelled bad. Just don`t go there!

Communication. All dealings with the staff were by 'email'. Very little support. Unable to check in as there are no facilities to do so. Access to the the key for the room was a secure box outside the property. We did not have the code for the box as we had no access to the internet as we travelled. The telephone number for the property was not answered. We checked into a hotel (£112.00) for the night where we accessed the internet and found out the information required by the staff to gain access to the property. We managed to access our room later that night. It was not a double deluxe room, no cupboards, no drawers, we had to live out of our suitcase. The dining area was a desk in the corner, there was one chair, there was not enough room for a second chair, the desk was at the bottom of the bed with insufficient space for anything. The TV was not working, we were not able access the channels as advertised. Not once did we see any member of staff or management, all dealings were via 'email' , that were not always responded to as expected. I have stayed in youth hostels with better facilities in the room.

Not happy at all 😬

Fortunately, we only had to stay 2 nights only😬

The acomodation is on the extremely busy road. Extremely small, just a bed agains the window and no other pieces of furniture. No existing communication, no reply to my requests. I requested 2 single beds. We were given one double and i had to sleep wirh my son, who is 1.90 cm wirh my head on the window sill....literally😬

Cheap with parking close to center

The place is just fine for one night: cheap, parking, a good bed, and close to center. If that's all you need.

The musty towels. They have to be boiled. The smells stays on your skin and you have to clean with soap again to get rid of the smell. We bought a towel.

We’ve enjoyed our stay, although the disadvantage mentioned.

The room was small, but has everything you need for a basic stay. The staff was friendly and easy to reach via message. Good location and overall a good bargain.

It wasn’t so clean though, walls were very dirty too. There were small easy-to-fix details which show that the property is not well maintained.

I was in the accommodation at the Geroweiher Mönchengladbach the accommodation is nice and clean and close to the center is definitely recommended will be back

The battery for the remote control was empty, but the staff provided new batteries for the remote control within minutes

I've accommodated here last year. Everything is as great as last year. During pandemic, cleaning is the most important thing as you know. Thats why everybody should choose this facility to stay. Staff's are cute. They make you feel as you are in home.
