if u have extra money, get a better hotel

the only great thing about this hotel is because its cheap, convenient, and easy access to the parking lot which is just infront of the hotel.

1. the foul odour of the room 2. the blanket smell like men’s body odour 3. no tv remote so i cant turn on tv 4. no aircond remote so i cant adjust the temperature 5. toilet flush is flooding when flush, and wont flush everything so have to flush several times 6. i have some itchiness and uncomfortable on the bed perhaps bed bugs

A great value for money

The price. Aircond, hot water heater, clean beds. Towel provided, soap too. The convenience offered. The location in the middle of town. Easily accessible to tourist attractions in bandar Mlaka. A ready cafe which serves freshly cooked local favourites; even sent to your room.

Its not new. But its owned by a local. Just needs to be maintained. The shower head was leaking, in the bathroom. The floors (room & toilet)cld b swept n mopped better, I guess. I kept stepping on small gravel & sand. Being a Malay, I took my shoes off walking into the room.

-hot showers -big window -bamboo plants in front of rooms -lots of restaurant nearby -can smoke just outside of the rooms (no need to get out of the premise)

-no remote control to adjust AC -little ants (maybe because of my foods) -rooms are not soundproof, (so behave boys and girls,,, or,,,, boys and boys 😅)

The best budget motel like hotel in Malacca.

The room is huge for the price and clean. The bed is super comfortable I had a very good night sleep there. Location is superb with free parking in Melaka town. You can literally walk to all main tourist hotspot in Melaka town with ease. There is Baba Nyonya food cafe at the motel the price is very reasonable and the food is awesome for the price but u have to order drinks from the hotel and it is expensive.

WiFi is only available outside the room mainly at the frontdesk lobby. Guess would definitely like to rest in the room with good WiFi connection not in the frontdesk lobby, is as if the WiFi is meant for the frontdesk worker only which is kinda bummer.

For RM40 per night for an air-conditioned private room for 2 people, this place is a bargain. It's a motel-style design.

Limited free parking space for cars, however public spaces are available nearby. Halal food outlets within walking distance are scarce, ... mostly Chinese non-halal restaurants there.

Very good

Easy fast check in, lots of parking space. To my surprise the room was spacious, clean. The bathroom was larger than i expected and clean too.

What i didnt like is the bed wasn't comfortable. You can feel the spring poking your back. Other than that, everything is perfect.
