We did not stay because the property was not represented correctly on booking.com.

When I arrived at the location there was no reception area. A grounds keeper met us after we had been walking the property for a while. The grounds were covered in stairs that my handicapped mother could not use.

if you are planning to live a horror stay vacation this is the place to be at…. no había agua caliente. mi hijo se enfer

location is way too far away from town. no internet and you have to drive 20 min to go to the local conviniendo store

water heater never work. we couldn’t shower for 3 days in a raw. bathrooms had a horrible smell. water was coming out with dirt. worst experience ever

Would not do it again

Extremely loud party area with people blasting music. The door was barely securable, there were cobwebs on the ceiling, and there was no jacuzzi present - however the listing showed a jacuzzi. Very unstatisfied.

Nothing at all

When we arrive there were reception the pin for the door was not the correct one we have to call them so they gave us more info, and they didn't have our place the y gave us another because they didn't know we already have our place book they told me they were going to give another day free of charge wish they lie, the second day we suppose to have our original room they forgot about it it took them about an hour and half to clean it but it wasn't even clean we have to clean and disinfect dirty pillow cases, sheets spider webs and even spider we literary kill spider at night we couldn't even sleep we had our stay for 4 nights, we only stay for 3 nights because of the spider's and bed bugs really bad place to stay and it's a almost a mile and an half from the town up and down the road is really bad no cellphone service once so ever
