Beautiful hotel, great staff, overpriced

The property was very close to Kemba which is where our concert was. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous with the modern decor.

The room we stayed in 301, must have had a sewer line going down the wall next to the bed because we could constantly hear flushing which was a bit annoying. The valet did not lock our truck, however the staff waved our fee because of it. Just double check that your vehicle is locked up. The comforter that was on our bed had a brown stain which was off putting. The breakfast on the rooftop was entirely too expensive for what they offered.

Lousy hotel, dirty and we were treated badly.

The room smelled musty and dirty, like a dirty clothing hamper. The staff downstairs wasn’t friendly. We went up to eat in the restaurant and no one came to take an order until we finally tracked them down to get coffee, then we waited more - then they asked us to move “because it was reserved” even though our table was directly in front of the woman that was at the front hospitality desk and were there for half an hour. Lousy service, though maybe it’s because we were older because younger people were being served. My husband is an attorney and we were there for a convention.

Nice until the end when there was damage to our vehicle and are now stuck with the damages

Very beautiful hotel and very comfortable rooms

Our vehicle got damaged while parked in valet parking. The valet parked our truck on Friday evening when we got there and brought our truck to us when we were leaving on Sunday morning. There are white scuff marks and scratches on the driver side of our black truck. The valet guy took pictures and said the manager would get ahold of us. He never did. So I called and left messages with whoever answered for valet MULTIPLE times and we NEVER got a call back. So frustrating! We live out of state which makes it more difficult! So disappointed.

Friendly staff, ease of use of vallet, excellent roof top Lumin bar/resturant, and close to the hospital location

I wasnt given that you had to ask for cleaning daily so was surprised first night that when I returned my room was dirty/

Pleasant

Beds were very comfy , beautiful and clean room .

Absolutely hated being right next to the highway. Booked this room over 3 months in advance.Way to noisy . Wanted to return I’m August so I talked with manager upon check out and told him about what I was unhappy with . Didn’t seem very concerned .

Overall, very good.

It was very clean - which is my number one make or break with hotels. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I also liked that there were actual full sized soaps in the shower. Lastly, I appreciated the smart TV in the rooms so I could watch something other than cable.

I was confused about the breakfast... like if it came with the room or was free. When I asked the staff said it was $20 a day. That didn't really make sense to me because most hotels have an included breakfast, so with the price of the room I assumed it was included.
