It is a gorgeous property that is really wonderful for families. Every detail is thoughtfully planned.
A more casual evening dining option would have been welcome for families with little children.

Perfect location, private beach, great pools, great food, and incredible service! The staff were the best I’ve ever had. The spa was incredible as well !

Nice, updated rooms. Cleaning staff did good job. Loved the pool options and great beach location.
They didn't have water available (even for purchase) after midnight. The front desk person was very rude about this. I feel this is absolutely insane in a country where we aren't able to drink the tap water. The cleaning staff did not leave waters that day in our room either. Additionally, they locked us out of the room our last day because of a "miscommunication" with booking.com about the extra night we added. Luckily, I had the confirmation but they never apologized for the inconvenience and were ready to kick us out. Mind you, this was something I showed when I checked in and they told me 3 nights instead of 4 so we thought it was handled.

The resort was beautiful and the staff members were very kind. Carlos at the bellstand was very helpful and knowledgeable. I loved the spa and the photography studio services. Both were extremely professional!
I didn't like the 2k incidental fee being placed on hold upon check-in. That is the highest fee I have ever encountered. I am financially secure, so I could afford that, but how many people can? The accommodations and the food seemed very expensive to me. Lastly, in Starbucks I was served a yogurt with nuts, although I specifically disclosed to the cashier I could not have nuts due to a severe allergy. A sign should be placed on the counter regarding items that contain nuts.

The staff, the sea is swimmable which is super hard to find here in the area. The room was good.

The pools are fantastic. Everybody has accessibility from their lounge chairs. The waterfall edge is great for whale watching. plenty of beach chairs if you prefer the beach. There’s a bar at the beach is well with swings as chairs. The gardens are nice. we ate at all restaurants the food and presentation was wonderful. There’s a small store on site that has delicious gelato, as well as Starbucks coffee menu and delicious croissants! also, beer, liquor, pop, souvenirs, snacks, etc. Tried out the spa for a massage which was fantastic. They also have a steam room, so bring your bathing suit with you. as for the room, the majority have a fantastic view, whether partial or full view of the ocean, and the bathrooms are quite large.

The property, view, room, beach and pool was fantastic. Food and stay was extremely expensive (over double what we spend in cancun area). We ended up buying all inclusive package for the minimum of three days so that we did not have to think about how expensive each drink and meal was. Tax was 32%. All inclusive was an additional $360 per day per couple.

It’s location right on the Sea of Cortez is amazing.
The way they managed their restaurants hours. You had to always check what days a restaurant would be open.

Truly an amazing experience start to finish. Felt like royalty the entire time.
There was literally nothing I didn't like. It would've been helpful to have had a bit of literature about the restaurants etc in the room though!

The property is beautiful along with the beautiful rooms. Everything you need is within the property. It was always so quiet and peaceful. The staff were beyond helpful, not to mention the convenience of having COVID tests on site.

The staff were fabulous! Vella Restaurant had the best service, food and overall value of all the various restaurants we tried. Both the manager Miguel and hostess Rosario were so warm and engaging.
The entire property was so beautiful and clean. Tye location was central to everything and we felt very secure.

This property is cool hip and beautiful.
I did not like how we were approached to go to their timeshare program as soon as we arrived. I wish they did not have that going on at all. Be careful - be ready to say no - OR plan on spending hours and hours of your vacation going over their Hilton Club options. No thank you!!!!
