Loved the ocean view...the bedrooms were immaculate and the amenities were great! The bathroom tubs were amazing! Two thumbs up for sloped backs in the bathtub! I would definitely come back to this location again!!

The house was fairly clean. Beds were comfy. The location and layout worked well for 6 people.
Unfortunately, we had several issues, which I will explain later.
The biggest problem is that there isn’t sufficient help for any issues, if you are unfortunate to have any at all. When we contacted customer service, they sent a request to have someone help. That “someone” texted me a bunch of questions about the appliances that I answered for an hour, then they agreed to send someone the next day and refund us for food losses and inconvenience. When I inquired after a day and added to their to do list of issues, they didn’t send any help to fix. A guy finally answered my phone call and said that due to busy season, they didn’t have quick access to technicians and he would only be able to investigate one of the problems if we really needed it. So we just dealt with all issues as though we owned the house ourselves. Assuming the only way they deal with these things is by refunding money.
We began our trip by purchasing food we would cook for the week. We prepared our first meal to find the oven never reached a temperature above 300 F, unless you preheat with the broiler set to 550 F for 45 minutes, which was highly inconvenient. We had planned to cook most of our meals but had to modify to use only stovetop and microwave.
The fridge was also barely at a cold temperature and both freezers didn’t work. We checked settings and plugs, but still no ice and a melted tub of ice cream

This home was beautiful and clean! We were very comfortable, even the sofa bed was comfortable. This house is located close to everything. Our girls trip with 3 moms and 4 kids went perfectly! The only thing that bothered us was a picture of a naked woman in my bedroom.

We have been to many rentals for vacation and this house was perfect! Great location! Beds were comfy! The only thing that would have made it better would have been to have a guest book where people could leave a message for the host and maybe a binder with information about things around town and trash schedules/recycling information etc - but otherwise- IT WAS AWESOME!!!!

This was a perfect backdrop for our "March Madness" weekend. The home has everything you need and more for a pleasurable stay. The view looking towards Lincoln is worth the price of admission itself. Great price and will look to stay again.
The only two things that I would say need improvement is the TV set-up. It was very limiting as a "guest" login. Also the 10:00am check-out time is a little ridiculous.

Location to the beach was great, house was really clean, had a lot provided. Only items that I would say had opportunity would be there were only 2 half rolls of toilet paper, so we had to buy our own and no instructions on what to do at checkout. Shower downstairs trickled and we couldnt get the pressure to come on stronger.

The house is very spacious and well maintained. Some supplies were low or missing - paper towels, TP. The lock box was almost impossible to open. It would have been nice to have two sets of keys, since there were more than one of us.

We had a great stay. I've stayed on the Oregon coast many times and this property had by far the best view of any place I've stayed. Close to the beach. Wouldn't hesitate to come back again

Awesome Vaycay spot!
The property was accurate according to the listing. It has a great view of the ocean. Very clean and everything worked in the facility. Great location near shopping and dine out (Althought we cooked our own meals). Highly recommended stay and we might book the same house again soon.

Comfortable gathering space for a family
We loved the view of course, the nice beds, the great room layout which allowed us to cook and "hang" together in one large space. Since it was cold and rainy, the gas fireplace was a wonderful addition -- a cozy note for playing games and chatting. A fun side note -- the place is across the street from a comedy club venue / bar that was a LOT of fun, and no designated driver needed!

Loved the house and the view was awesome. Nice big kitchen was great. Coffee maker we couldn’t get to brew properly so bought instant. Other coffee maker moldy.
Didn’t realize no tv but your Netflix, we made due but could have brought our laptop to hook up had we known. Definitely would stay again great location.

End of summer family vacation
The open floor plan with the big windows gave us a gorgeous view of the coast. It was a very relaxing getaway. Family played card games on the big table together.

We have gone to a few places on the oregon coast the last few years and stayed in different places, but I can honestly say this was our favorite.
The home was...peaceful. It was comfortable and homey and the view was worth every penny. The living room with the gorgeous ocean views, comfortable seating and nice kitchen was so enjoyable.
The beds were very comfortable and not old and bendy, which my back appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking necessities. We stayed here 10 days and I cooked about half the time. The crock pot was great. Nice appliances, from the fridge to the dishwasher to the washer and dryer.
Very clean, spacious and pleasant home.. Basically we are asking ourselves when we can come back.
Location is great, right in the middle of Lincoln City. We had fun day trips doing a Depoe Bay whale tour one day and an aquarium trip to Newport another day. Beautiful and clean beaches here.
We did not walk to the beach but by car there are two public accesses within about 2 minutes drive. It was nice to park in the garage and unload the kids when the door was down. The utility sink in the laundry room was useful after a busy day out and about.
I will say, if you have small children then bring a baby gate, as there are stairs and our one year old kept trying to escape. We are a family of four with a 3 year old and one year old, plenty of space. We didn't really use the second room upstairs. Very comfortable for six adults to sleep in this house. Or more, if your kids are in a pack n play like ours.
Also, pretty backyard and nice deck. Someone loves this home and has done a great job. Thank you for sharing with us, God bless.
