Everything was nice

This was a very nice room that had a few things that could have been better. Overall it was good value.

Very well suited for a getaway to a great place to unwind and have some fun.

Great Place

I would recommend this accommodation for it's reasonable pricing, cleanliness and location. It is walking distance to Alchemist brewery and many other restaurants and breweries. It has a nice view and comfortable couches. As you can see by the pictures, the bedrooms are very tight.
There were no coffee cups so you have to use tea cups. We wish we were able to use the deck more. Overall we had a great weekend staying in a great locatoin, and I would consider these condos again if in Stowe.
3.8
great location in between downtown Stowe, and the mountain
3.8
everything was great with one exception. There were no pots larger than a 3 quart pan, plenty of coffee cups but only 1 water glass, 6 4oz juice cups and 13 dinner plates, seems odd.
3.8
The condo is dated but the owner has made many upgrades. New appliances, new floors, new couch, new cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms. Needs to upgrade shower. Only 2 large mugs for coffee. Rest are very small. I had asked a couple of questions of property manager but never heard back on one of them.

Unit was spotless. Comfortable beds and couch. Could use some kitchen items. Stock pot, strainer, good frying pans, serving bowls and more cups, silverware and dishes. I will definitely be back next year.
3.8
Really great spot with easy access to the town and the mountain.

The location is very convenient for getting to town and ski resort. The unit was ok. We had some issues with inconsistent heat in the bedrooms - some stayed very cold. The gas fireplace also gave us some issues but we’re addressed by maintenance. The beds were not comfortable but the sectional was.

Running water, heat

The sectional sofa is very comfortable, the table and chairs is great for dining and playing games.

Leaving this review because I had seen a few complaints from other guests that the place was not clean so just wanted to let VRBOers know it was perfectly clean for us in October 2023! Only complaint is that there were no coffee filters and the salt and pepper shakers were alll empty!

Property is ok great location, kinda tight bedrooms and bathrooms could have used upgrades water doesn’t get hot for a while. Had salt no pepper or anything else
3.8
These units are very great location but some of them are worn and not well maintained The refrigerator ran excessively with some noise and not every electrical outlet worked. Stains on furniture. Small things at many of the units

Definitely not the most glamourous. Everything is simple. It was clean enough, kitchen wasn't super well stocked but had the basics to cook breakfast and dinners, not a super optimal layout but did have a decent hangout space for the group. Rooms were TIGHT so luggage mostly lived in the common space vs in any of the actual rooms. Community hot tub a bit of a walk up the street. I will note that the property is up a pretty decent hill - when we arrived (given, in the middle of the night during a storm), we were not able to get up the hill to the unit and had to park at a rental shop just down the street and trek up. We planned to shuttle to/from Stowe resort, but the walk would have been fairly long and uphill to do so, so we ended up driving to the ski slopes instead (a quick 10 minute drive and luckily free parking with 4+ people in the car). Overall would consider returning for a budget-conscious ski trip with friends.

Clean neat and easy access. There was a problem with the hot water (lack thereof) that you may want to have looked at.

- toilette flush pas bien, devrait enlever les tapis

We walked in at 4:00 on Aug 12. The whole house was in disarray . The dining room table & chairs were in the kitchen. Beds were apart . TVs were in the hall all apart.
Couch was filthy when pulled out.
Theresa cleaned. And was very good.
TVs didn’t work in LR & Hall BR.
It worked out but not sure I would rent with either Vacasa or Vrbo ever again.

Can’t beat the location. Right by everything u need and only 10 mins from the mountain. Beds are unbearable so don’t expect to get your needed rest after skiing. I ended up sleeping on the couch. Place smelled like mold and some of the bathroom fixtures were hanging and barely mounted. Only gave 3 stars because of the location.
3.8
Looks like it was rushed to be cleaned to turn it over. Dirty clothes under beds and trash behind the couch. Almost every room had physical damage also - towel bars and hinges ripped out of walls and poorly draining on almost all sink/toilets. I personally wouldn’t choose a vascasa property again but I am sure this place will continue to rent back to back to back due to the price and the won’t make any repairs

The condo was everything we needed. We had 4 adults and 2 children and we had plenty of space. Kitchen was convenient for us to make meals as needed especially as restaurants were very busy or not open on slower days. The pool/spa was just a bonus to a great condo. Beautiful views and awesome deck! Would definitely stay again!

Fall getaway
Great location. Quiet and comfortable.

The primary bedroom, kitchen, dining area, living room and deck were wonderful. The bedroom with a double bed was so small we could only get in on one side of the bed. The wall mounted TV blocked the passage way. Kudos to the cleaning crew... everything was very clean when we checked in. The view is great.

Overall a great place. The unit itself was clean with beautiful mountain views. The grounds were well maintained. However, communication was very slow and the office was not open any of the three days we stayed there (even though the sign with hrs of operation was posted). The pool and hot tub are in the building with the laundry room. The sign on the glass door says "Laundry" and is otherwise not clearly marked. It also closes at 4. This was a bit of a disappointment. Since we couldn't find it and the office was not open/slow to communicate via email (didn't see any number on any signs) we did miss out on it. Having said that, I would recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.
