The view was very pretty, loved seeing the Sea and the Marina. The condo was comfortable, clean and pretty. I lived sitting on the balcony when not traveling. The neighbors were nice. Overall it was a very pretty place to stay.
The restaurant was closed due to the storm Ernesto and wasn't going to open the remainder of the season, which made getting meals a little difficult. The electric power went off 3 tines due to the recent storm which was beyond anyone's ability to control. The bathroom only had a shower and I would have loved to take a bath in my Epsom salts. Th terrain was a bit challenging as I am 72 yrs old and have a disabled hip.

Pool and bar
Dirty run down gross disgusting room. Out of date, stucco walls with dirt and blood on the wall, no headboard making sitting in bed to read difficult. Closet doors falling down, cockroach under the fridge, shower door allows water splash to drench the floor, and the unit smelled like a boy urinated all over it. Leftover gross dishes and cups that seemed to be dirty cast offs that no one wanted to take home. No broom to sweep floor as we brought in sand from the beach. This unit was a total misrepresentation on your website and not what we thought we were paying for. Will not be back to stay and we plan on returning to the island quarterly for the next 4 years as my daughter is a UVI student.

The view was beautiful
Sliding door was very hard to open and close. Air-conditioning was loud and didn't work properly. They didn't bring towels had to go and pay 8.00 to wash our own towels.

Walking distance to the beach, nice view of the marina, good restaurant in the vicinity, great staff who answer any concerns right away, and reasonable price.
The air conditioner is kinda noisy.

Everything, the sud’i’s bar is right next to the pool and sapphire beach is just a minute walk. People and staff are absolute friendly. Culture is different, taxis are accommodating and willing to assist.
Pool could’ve been open a little longer, music by the pool would’ve been much better. The Sudi’s bar could’ve been less pricey .

Nice to have shuttles taken you from the top of sapphire down to the beach. Other than that it was an awesome stay. My partner and I were pleased.

Location close to activities we were interested in. Cleanness of property, and Sudi’s restaurant.
Power went off a couple of days, but wasn’t a big inconvenience.

Sudi's was great, the pool and beach were a short easy walk!
Left message to add a day and was hard to get confirmed

Location was great, close to Sapphire Bay!
Our condo was convenient to beach, Sudi’s (bar restaurant) and pool. Comfy bed !
Being early in season, there were a few things that required attention from handyman and wifi provider, but Paradise Property management attended to these promptly and we thank them!!

The room had everything one would need! Check in and check out was exceptional. The location to the pools and Sapphire Beach was perfect. Going into Red Hook for groceries was effortless, and the kitchen is stocked with everything I needed to cook; all pots, pans, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave was in great shape. I didn’t want to leave and I will certainly be back.
I found nothing wrong with the condo. Staff is responsive, laundry facilities are clean and close by.
5.0
The condo was okay-ish in most respects (clean, cute decorations, good bed and shower, plenty of towels), fast and convenient check in, very responsive customer service.
Some important items that are very common to have in St. Thomas beach rentals were missing. Small and inexpensive things that would make a long-term stay so much more comfortable were not there. A hair dryer, a kettle (coffee maker was there but I don't drink coffee), even something to sweep the floor with in the kitchen from fallen food.
Most surprising was to not find even a small bottle of water on arrival. Tap water, even filtered, isn't drinkable for on St. Thomas. The only option for someone without a car is to go to a bar and pay $6 for 2 small bottles. The owner should have a bottle of water in the fridge for people arriving after a long journey.
Also unfortunately, both ceiling fans were broken, one of them not working at all the other making such an awful screeching noise you can't use it even during the day, let alone at night. Fans save a lot of electricity, instead I had to run a/c all the time. What a waste of money for the owner. Also, the fridge was making a constant clicking noise, which was ok during the day but woke me up at night. I have notified the customer service of both issues, they took note and said that will try to send someone to look at it. Over 6 days nobody came.
Bottom line, even though the condo wasn't very expensive, it wasn't a good value.

NO breakfast
The view of the ocean was actually a view of the marina, should have said that. I didn't appreciate being woken up every morning by a rooster, sometimes as early as 3am. The shower was broken and leaked all over the floor. The problem was half fixed by putting a new shower head on. It did not fix the shower control from leaking and almost flying off.
8.0
The convenience of the facilities. There was a cafe on site. the view was incredible.
There was an issue with electrical power being turned off, but we were offered a different room right away. The facilities were not close to ADA compliant - only one pool had a ramp, but we made do and were not expecting anything different than what we found.

LOCATION,
It was condo property which I stayed in. building Dominica unit 178 the unit above was 190 which made noise all night long by opening and closing patio door SLAMING and walking back and forth marching this
happened only at night . The condo are old and outdated meaning the kitchen had no dishwasher to sanitize
the kitchen ware if you wanted to use the owner dishes during COVID ! I experience a slight problem with getting inside unit which unit was supposed to be opened it wasn’t due to unit being service therefore; I went
to Office for keys . The assistant was very helpful and nice he was the most and only pleasant . When checking out I mistaken locked the door with keys inside unit I was supposed leave keys unlocked door however; I had go to Office to inform them what happened . The experience with the personnel was bad the elderly woman working there sits with her back turned she don’t greet you or even acknowledge that you
are there , another worker was there and he chose not to even acknowledge you and then I heard the assistant
Voice that helped me before and he assisted me . I am sorry I can’t remember his name he was so nice and professional he was a people person. The other personnel need to take some lessons from him I must say they
seem bias !

the view and a lot of clean towels, also the pool.
I liked everything.

The location was perfect. I stayed in room 178 which has a balcony with a great view. Taxis are always in the area and there is a beach bar within walking distance. There’s also a restaurant was near the pool but I heard to only go for drinks, not food. Room was clean and roomy for my stay.
Bed could have been softer and I noticed the sheets had stains on them.

Condo was really nice and very comfortable. Everything was very close using taxi’s. The food at Saudi restaurant was delicious. I will definitely book again next year.
I can’t think of anything

Good location with a nice view.
Where do I start? Every 30 or 40 years a condo needs to be completely remodeled! The only thing new in the unit was a flat screen TV that quit working the 2nd day. I contacted management but it was never fixed. The towel bar in the tub was completely rusted out on the bottom. The shower curtain rod wasn't much better. Several light switches did nothing. Two of the table lamps didn't work, one of those even had the cord cut off 6 inches from the lamp base. The kitchen cabinets were full of either expired food or ancient pots and pans. There were nik naks all over the condo that were just plan ugly and looked to be from the 60's, etc., etc., etc., etc. We peeked into a couple other units that had front doors open and they looked much nicer, but not unit 178 that we stayed in.
