Beautiful property. Nice restaurant.
Couch was so dirty we put a sheet over it. The carpeting was so dirty we did not want to walk on it barefoot.
No breakfast. The store and restaurant should open earlier.

Room was expensive, but nice with kitchen. Very private, own beach, nice pool.
I think the restaurant next door, not owned by hotel, needs to be better. understaffed, not good menu.

That the staff was amazing...

The beach and pool area were nice. The rocks in the water made the beach unswimmable.
The bar staff was inattentive
The concierge was most unhelpful and trying hard to sell us on a timeshare. I believe she outright lied to us.

I loved the room and view of the ocean. easy access to the beach and on site restaurant was good
there are no room cleaning services or dirty towel pickup

The area was beautiful and calming. I slept very well.
There was no phone service in my room. This was not good for because I have a son on life sustaining equipment at home. I needed phone service at all times. Most of my time was spent outside on porch to get connection.

it was very clean, beautiful and peaceful
guess service was unavailable most times in the evening when we needed assistance to get a cart to go somewhere on property or even to ask a question about the tv

All the rooms have a view, which is awesome. We
also like that this is a smaller resort. It is more cozy and easy to navigate. The property is nicely kept with friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Plus, the resort’s duck at the pool is super cute and so nice to be greeted by. 😍
No hot tub or spa services. A massage would have been perfect.

I wish they had a breakfast restaurant

We had plans to go explore downtown and the island a bit more, but how could we when the pool was so exciting. The staff at the pool bar was exceptional and made our trip the best it could've been. Food and drinks were super affordable as well. Our room had a prime view of the beach, and the resort is easy to navigate.
The only complaint we had was that the property claimed to have a pool table and ping pong table, as shown in pictures, and they were not present when we went. Some staff mentioned that they probably didn't update the pictures on Booking because they had gotten rid of them when they did some remodeling.

Coziness and privacy
The small shop had very high prices

The resort was very clean and well maintained. The poolside bar and on-site restaurant were convenient. The (smallish) rooms were very efficient in their layout while still being aesthetically pleasing; there was a place for everything and plenty of drawer space. The mini-kitchen was useful for breakfast, coffee, and snacks.
The check-in process was too long. It was a time drain, and the concierge mostly told us things we already knew. Also, a lot of time was spent trying to sell us on buying a boat ride with their affiliated diving company, which we didn't want.

Didn’t know you had it

The beach and pool were excellent. The swim up bar was friendly and fun.
There are only two restaurants on the property. We paid $200 for two people at Denton’s and the food was not good. There was no room service while we stayed and we kept running out of things and had to keep asking the front desk for towels, shampoo, coffee, etc.

Very poor beach, no daily maintenance (fresh towels, garbage pickup or maid service)
Very late checkin 4:00, 2:00 would be much more reasonable.

Loved the rooms and the small kitchen, made all the difference. Fitness Center was perfect!
Everything was really great!

The property is very new and modern with food beach access. The beach is great for snorkeling and sun bathing, otherwise rock bottom (not the resorts fault). The pool is nice as is the pool bar. The room was pretty clean. The resort is well maintained and expect to see feral chickens, friendly cats, and many iguanas. The market is really nice and sells high quality cold cuts and desserts for a good price.
The staff is a bit rude. Before you stay, be advised this is a Wyndham timeshare property and it’s not a hotel. You are booking via a third party who is selling their days on Booking. We listened to the 90-min sales pitch for a gift, the senior salesman was extremely rude and insulting since we would buy and they practically force you to run your credit (hold out and refuse). The desk staff is somewhat helpful; we one received one beach towel and I asked for a second, they said house keeping would deliver, well, were at the airport and still waiting. Considering accommodations are difficult to find in St. Thomas, this is a decent deal, just remember to go into town and buy food to cook since the units have kitchens.

Taxi service was fast, the view and beach and bar was amazing.

The resort is beautiful and well maintained. Our room was clean and had all the amenities we needed like a kitchenette. The pool was beautiful and there was also the beach if wanted a true Caribbean feel. The on-site store was also surprisingly well stocked. Being able to text the front desk was also pretty cool. We texted to ask if they'd book a restaurant reservation outside of the resort and they had it booked in 10 minutes.
The food options all opened kind of late (10 a.m.) and the pool bar closed at 8 p.m. which seemed a little early. Those were very minor inconveniences though in the grand scheme of things.
