Completely renovated three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo with deck overlooking the condominium shared pool. Park your car in one of the two parking spaces and walk to the beach, harbor, Washington Street mall and many fabulous Cape May restaurants. Beach box provided in season on the Jefferson Street beach to store your beach gear during your stay. Four seasonal beach tags also provided.

PRIME SEASON - June through August (weekly rentals only - Saturday to Saturday.)

This unit was perfect, close to everything, beach tags provided, and the locker on the beach was an added bonus! We had a great trip. My only issue is that linens/towels are not provided, which seems to be Cape May specific, but an inconvenience for us as we were flying and could not bring our own.

The condo was more than what we expected based on the listing. Comfortable lay out, very clean and stocked with what we needed. Enjoyed relaxing on the balcony overlooking the pool. Very kid friendly and the beds where very comfortable.

This is one of the best places I've stayed. It was very well appointed and spotless. Tom and Carol got back to us immediately if we had any questions. The stairs were a little problematic with one of our group but I'd stay there any time.

We visited Cape May in what is essentially off-season(mid-September). Columbia Gardens was not crowded. In fact, we were only one unit of about three or four that were occupied. Our only complaint is the steep and numerous stairs that were required for walking to the first level and to the second bedroom level. Otherwise, the unit is comfortable and adequate for a stay in this lovely city.

If you are staying at Cape May this is where you want to be! Only minuets from the beach. I was simply amazing on how nice this condo was. We loved our stay here highly recommended.

This property was perfect for our needs with 3 bedrooms, 2+ baths and pool. The grounds and gardens surrounding the buildings are beautiful. We enjoy walking, so we were able to walk to most everything we enjoy doing.

My family just stayed here for a week beach vacation. We loved the location -- its about a 0.5 mile - 1.0 mile walk to stores / restaurants / beach, so its super convenient! The condo is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. You can tell the owners have outfitted the condo with care -- they have a ton of books, toys, games, child and infant needs (ie: mini crib, outlet covers, baby gates, baby seats!). This was so helpful for us since were traveling with a toddler. We loved having the pool right out front and a secure parking lot. We did run into a technical issue with the key code for the unit, however, the owners were very responsive and got it fixed ASAP. We will definitely be returning next year!

My family (with two young kids) really enjoyed staying at this property. It had absolutely everything we needed, including a baby gate for the steps, which was clutch because my 20 month old loves steps. The pool was perfect, the house was very clean and stocked, and the owners couldn't have been more responsive and accommodating. I hope to be back!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and the overall appearance of the place, very well appointed. Bedrooms were very comfortable. One of the best aspects is the location, easy walk to Washington Street with shops and restaurants, easy walk to the beach. Also very quiet. Definitely recommend highly.

Good location and great amenities. The home was clean, and the kitchen had all the necessary items for basic cooking. The area was quiet, and the neighbors were friendly and helpful. Minor quibbles; early check-out and the cleaning instructions didn't match the original documentation provided. Still, overall a 5-star stay.

The property is in a great location. We were in Cape May for the holiday parade and Christmas tree lighting. We were able to walk to the Washington Street mall and most everything we needed to attend. The property is perfect and was up to date and clean.

Absolutely fantastic! Easy walk to the beach. Having access to the pool was great after a long day at the beach. Everything you need, other than linens and towels, was provided. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook there. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags etc. including items to clean with. Even had a first aid kit! Would absolutely recommend and looking forward to going back!!

Perfect for our weekend. Hosts were super responsive. I missed the note about no linens and towels but we were able to borrow from other families that were renting. Great location. Condo worked out perfectly, we thoroughly enjoyed the bikes, wish we had more time. Absolutely recommend.

Wonderful family spring break!

We came to Cape May for my sons spring break off from pre-school (off season). This was our first time in cape may and we had an absolutely perfect time. This condo exceeded expectations for our family with two small children, 4 and 1.5. There were gates for the stairs, a portable crib, many toys and games and a perfect bedroom with 3 twin beds so my 4 year old could pick whichever bed he wanted! The location was unbeatable- walkable to Washington Street mall, two playgrounds, congress hall, etc. and less than 10 minute drives to the lighthouse, sunset beach, beach plum farm and more. We even ventured out to cape may brewing which was only about 15 minutes away. Overall I would highly recommend this condo to anyone, but esp to families with young kids as you don’t need to bring a whole lot from home! We will be back for sure!!
