A modern villa conveniently located near beaches, restaurants, shopping centers.
Welcome to the Seashell Villa. The villa is located very close to Bonita Beach (1.3miles), Barefoot Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park Beach, one of the best beaches in the USA. The Lovers Key beach is within 10 minutes drive. You will enjoy picking up shells, watching dolphins-if you are lucky, and playing in the sand.
At Bonita Beach Park, there is Doc's Beach House where you can have lunch on the beach or rent some beach equipment like jet ski, beach chairs, sail boats, paddle boards and more.
The house is also conveniently located close to many stores and shopping centers, like The Promenade at Bonita Bay, Coconut Point shopping center and Miromar Outlet Mall in Estero and Waterside premier shopping and dining in Naples.
The Fort Myer's International Airport is just a short 30 minutes drive from our home or 2 hours to Fort Lauderdale International Airport.
The fully renovated home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
The family room is open to the kitchen, dining area and the pool/lanai. The pool is screened with a large deck, dining table with six chairs, 2 sun loungers and a seating area for 6 people The pool can be used all year round, with an electric heater for cooler days. There is also propane burning grill.
The primary bedroom has a king bed and a wall mounted TV. The primary bathroom has a soaking tub, two separate vanities and an oversize shower/and built-in seat. The sliding door from primary bedroom will take you right to the pool area.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. The 3rd bedroom has also a queen bed.
All of the room have ceiling fans.
Enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the private lanai where you can watch the morning news at the same time. The new kitchen is equipped with the most modern accessories and contains everything that you need to prepare a meal, including brand new small appliances like Keurig and tradition drip coffee maker, juice maker, food processor, waffle maker, and toaster oven.
The dining room can comfortably sit 6-8 people, a perfect area for meals, games, and group conversations. The main/family room features a 65" flat screen TV!
This home also has a washer and dryer and you can park one car in the garage for your convenience. There is a plenty of room to park additional cars on the driveway. In the garage, you will find 4 bikes, 5 beach chairs, 2 coolers, two beach umbrellas, and some beach toys for your children's enjoyment.
The home is equipped with 3 TVs, Cable and Wi-Fi.
Linens, towels, and blankets are provided.
Our rates include all utilities and pool heater as well as Xfinity broadband internet with wireless access.
There are restaurants and bars conveniently located blocks from the house. The Leoni’s pizza is right behind our back fence.
There are too many attractions in the neighborhood to list, but just to name a few: Everglades Wonder Gardens, Flamingo Island Flea Market, kayaking, jet ski and parasail, boat rentals, fishing charters, 18-hole golf courses and mini golf, farmers markets, dinning and shopping or just watch the amazing sunsets.

You can tell this property has been fully renovated. It is modern and beautiful. The house has everything you would ever need for your stay. We loved having bikes available. We rode around the neighborhood and down Vanderbilt. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. It’s close to multiple beaches and shopping. We have rented many homes in this area and this has been the best one. We would love to rent this house again for our next stay.

Our family was in town for our son's wedding at St. Leo Church and reception at the Bonita Bay Club. This house was just the right size for five of us and close to the venues.
Everything was incredibly clean and the host was responsive to our needs. The pool and spa were nice for a bit of relaxation at night, all screened in to keep out the bugs. Wish we had more time to use the bikes.

The house was immaculately clean and decorated so nice. Everything was fantastic from the pool and patio to the kitchen and living space, and the very comfy beds. They have everything you can possibly need and more. We will never stay anywhere else when we visit this area…can’t wait to return again.

This house was perfect. Beautiful inside. The layout worked so well and the outdoor space was amazing. My elderly parents and young kids had a blast and we cannot wait to return. Great location too, so close to all the beaches and shops.

We call the house the pool house and we love it!!!!!
Simply everything about house is fabulous. We want to rent again. If we had one complaint it would be that the second bedroom does not have a king bed. We love the place. EVERYTHING is there for the crew staying.

We have stayed at this house a couple of times this past year. The home is beautiful and well equipped. The back-yard patio, pool and spa create a private resort. Location is super convenient to the beaches, shopping and dining.

Loved our time staying at this property. Very well maintained, updated, and extremely clean. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and in a great location for the beaches, golf, restaurants, shopping and biking. The kitchen was so nice and well equipped. We really enjoyed the outside pool area and lanai. It is so relaxing and private. Eileen (prop. manager) was professional and friendly. She met us at the property to show us around and answer any questions. We would love to stay here again!

This beautiful updated house had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. Nice furnishings, gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen, beach supplies, bikes, big screened outdoor lanai with plenty of seating for relaxing, dining, and a heated pool. They didn't skip a thing in regard to starter supplies, they covered it all, which was very thoughtful and accomodating. A coffee and tea station better than a nice hotel. The house is tucked in a neighborhood off Vanderbilt Rd, where the sidewalk goes for miles, great for daily walking and biking. Eileen the property Mgr was very nice and helpful. We would stay here again.

We have been coming to this area for many years, totally love Southwest FL. This house is beautifully done, very comfortable, and welcoming. And its proximity to so many different choices is excellent. There is a bit of a noise factor being directly behind some businesses and so close to main road. But, we totally enjoyed our stay, and Andy could not have been more accommodating. It's definitely a gem, and worth checking out !! Enjoy !!

We had an amazing time, the house was so clean and nice. The pool was fantastic. There were little touches throughout the home that made our stay even better. Communication with the owner was also great. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to come again.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool area was beautiful and had many toys to play with. Really all you needed to Brin g was your clothes, everything else was ready for you. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

This property is WONDERFUL!! We stayed here for 10 days and had such a great time. The house is perfect - very clean and well-stocked. The pool area is beautiful! It is exceptionally private despite there being homes and businesses close by because the pool area is almost completely shielded from view. My family and I spent hours in the pool! The location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. There were beautiful beaches, wonderful activities, and great restaurants. And when we weren't busy doing those things, the home itself was a relaxing place to rest, play games, get meals, and watch some TV. We have very fond memories of our time here and would definitely stay again. Book it! You won't regret it!!

We loved this property. We holiday in Naples every year and have stayed in some lovely homes but this one is now our favourite. It is modern, clean, spacious and has every amenity we required. We particularly enjoyed the large outdoor area with the gorgeous pool, hot tub and relaxing seating areas. The photos online don’t do this justice and we will definitely be returning here. We miss it already!

I will say, that there is some road noise when sitting outside, but that's also a positive. You are 1 block off of Bonita Beach Rd, and have very easy access to everything SW Florida has to offer! Super easy access to many different beaches, shopping is close, and tons of eating choices within minutes. The patio doors and windows are amazing, so once it's time to close up for the night, you won't hear a single thing outside. We keep a small storage unit in Florida with our personal items and things we have been missing frequently in rental homes, we hardly used any of those items this trip. I can't think of a single thing this house was missing. Thank you for the great 10 day stay! Hope to be back soon!
