A three-bedroom house with a completely separate apartment. The apartment has a queen-size bed and bath, refrigerator, and microwave with outside access only. The apartment is located on the lakeside of the carport. This home has 3 decks located on a bluff where eagles fly overlooking Lake Taney Como and Pointe Royale Golf Course. This oasis offers parking for your vehicles and plenty of room for a boat with a boat launch just one mile down the road. Great location to access all your Branson activities! Downtown Branson is 10 minutes away.
The home has 4 flat screen smart TVs with high-speed internet and WiFi. There are games and books for your enjoyment as well.
There is a fully stocked kitchen with all utensils and appliances. Grocery store 4 miles away. There is a good selection of spices plus we include shampoo, body wash, dish washing soap, cloths soap and paper products.
There is a fireplace that is for looks only. No fires allowed due to insurance requirements.

Pros- Location is great. Fast communication with owner. Great view. Plenty of overall space. Accurate pictures. Ample parking. Easy check in and out. Cons- third bedroom upstairs is the only hallway to the master suite. Also has the laundry room. So little privacy. Apartment toilet has no door - so it is an intimate space -even for a couple.

This home was everything we needed for our family of 8 vacation. Everything was very clean and labeled. The host Phil was quick to respond to our texts when we had any issues. The instructions for check in and check out were clear and easy to understand. We loved the view from the back deck and getting to watch the eagle flying overhead in the evenings. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

We were a group of six women. The accommodations were perfect. The space, the location, the property itself. Everything. The place is so homey and cozy. You start to relax the minute you walk in the door. The location overlooking the lake is so serene and quiet and beautiful. You can be in downtown Branson, The Strip, the outlet mall or anywhere else in less than 15 minutes. The hosts were very nice. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies. I could go on and on but I’ll just say, all the 5 star reviews pretty much sums it up

It was my first trip to Branson and I came with my kids and family. We enjoyed the house! The view was fantastic! The accessibility to things in Branson was good! The house has an odd layout but it fit everyone (8 people) quite nicely; I liked it a lot! It was a great choice for us and I’m so happy with it. My kids loved the massage chair! I loved sitting on the decks, admiring the view! Also, the king bed was very comfy!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was great. The view was great. We enjoyed watching the Eagles. The house was well stocked and roomy. I would recommend this home and would love to stay again.

All was as listed, communication with host excellent, view breathtaking! Wanted the whole family together under one roof for the holidays and wanted to see the lights at SDC. House very homey and welcoming with only one small drawback… when the temperature dropped the house didn’t warm up. The thermostats didn’t seem to work except for in living room. But we were prepared with warm clothes and pajamas! All in all excellent stay and would definitely return!!

Six senior ladies that enjoy going to Branson, seeing some shows and enjoying the good food. A piece of heaven is perfect for us. Spacious, clean, well equipped and beautiful scenery. The neighborhood is well situated and quiet just perfect for crafts, games and cards.

We really enjoyed staying in this house on our recent trip to Branson. The house was on a quiet road. It was far enough away from all of the rush of Branson, but close enough to get to most of our favorite spots in about 15 minutes or less. The house was very comfortable and had plenty of room for my family, my parents and my sister. We especially loved the massage chair after a long day of exploring Branson. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The owners were very nice and quick to respond any time we reached out to them.

This property has an amazing view of the lake with two balcony’s. The sunrise and sunsets are amazing. The home is spacious with plenty of seating. The master bed is one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in using VRBOs. My girls said the other beds were comfortable as well. The kitchen was fully stocked with every kitchen gadget you could imagine. We did have a few negatives which is usual with VRBOs. When we got to the house the cleaning folks were still there, we waited in our car for 30 min until they were done. No big deal to us but may be to others. Once we got inside I thought the house smelled bad and it was super hot inside. There are a lot of trinkets and decor with tons of dust. Removing all the extras would look cleaner and de clutter the home. The home was clean but felt like it wasn’t due to all the dusty items and smell. There is a barn door on a track that falls off one side off the track that could be unsafe. Other than a few negatives over all our stay was great. We’d stay here again!

The house is close enough to attractions yet far enough for peace and quiet. 15-20 minutes gets you to anywhere in Branson and Hollister. Dining room, living room and master bedroom very spacious.

This property easily accommodated 4 adult women in town for a conference. We appreciated the separate sleeping areas and multiple bathrooms. The property was clean. The only downside for me is that I usually walk 2-3 miles every morning, and with the narrow mountain roads, I could not find a place where I was comfortable doing that. This was just my own ignorance about the area. If you have no desire to get out and walk, this is great!
