- Chefs Kitchen with Wolf Double Oven and Range, built in Sub-zero, wine fridge, ice maker, Keurig and drip Coffee Maker, and wet bar
- Dining area with seating for 10, Breakfast bar seating for 4
- Spacious Living Room with large flatscreen TV and French door entrances to the courtyard and front porch (fireplace not available for guests)
- Multiple balconies, including a balcony with cushioned bench swing and rocking chairs
- Screened in porch off 1st floor King Deluxe Suite.
- Laundry room with HE Washer and Dryer
- Workspace with desk and chair next to dining table on 1st floor
- Cable and WIFI
- Concierge services including beach setup (advanced reservations encouraged), baby equipment rentals, and grocery delivery available
- Access to Watercolor Beach Club, Camp Watercolor, and Watercolor Community Pools included with your reservation for 12 guests ages 5 and up. Watercolor pools heated seasonally (subject to change by the HOA)
- At least one mid-stay clean is required for any reservation 10 days or longer and this cost is included in your reservation. Extra cleans can be scheduled for an additional fee

- 2nd Floor King Suite 3: TV, private entry to screened in balcony, en-suite bath with walk-in shower
- 2nd Floor Bunk Area: sleeping for 4 in two twin bunks, ladders, and railing on top bunks for safety, open entrance to bunk area, private TV for each bunk, hallway access to shared full bath
- Carriage House King Suite 4: TV, private full bath with vanity sinks and walk-in shower
