Guest Access:

The entire house, including the spacious garage, pool, laundry area, and front and back yards are exclusively available to you. You will enjoy complete privacy throughout the property.

Interaction with guests:

We value your privacy and offer a flexible and convenient self check-in process. Keypad entry codes and check-in instructions are given 24 hours before your arrival date. We are available by phone or through the app 24/7 for any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay.

Other details to note:

-We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.
-The home has central HVAC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.
-Please note that this is a family-friendly neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.
-The pool/spa can be heated for an extra fee, based on fluctuating SDGE gas prices. Please inquire about pricing prior to booking.
-A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs. Cats are only permitted with pre-approval.
-There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 10 guests.
-Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedule to accommodate these requests.
Check-in starts at 4:00 pm or later. Early check-in may be available upon request; please inquire about any associated fees. Check-out is by 10:00 am, with a $100 fee for every 20 minutes past this time. After 1:00 pm, an additional night’s fee plus the applicable late fee will be charged.

The pool technician will perform weekly maintenance on Thursdays. If you have a pet, please ensure they are securely inside during this time.

Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property unless prior approval is obtained from the host. Additional fees apply for extra guests. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, and violations may result in termination of the reservation and possible penalties.

Security cameras are placed around the exterior of the property, and NoiseAware sensors are used to monitor noise levels without recording audio. Normal conversation will not trigger alerts.

Smoking is prohibited inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside, with all windows/doors closed and cigarette butts disposed of properly. Any vomit, stool, or blood on the property is considered a biohazard and will incur extra cleaning fees.

Contact us before booking if you plan to host an event, as extra fees and guest limits apply. A $100 pet fee covers up to two pets, all of which must be authorized before check-in.

Pool Rules: No lifeguard is on duty. Swim at your own risk. Glass is not allowed in the pool area. The pool can be heated upon request; fees may vary with market prices for natural gas. Please notify us in advance if you want heating, as it can take up to ten hours to reach 82 degrees. Fees must be paid before heating begins.

Do not tamper with pool equipment. The pool is cleaned every Friday, and the technician will knock before entering the backyard. Please avoid burning objects or dropping food on the outdoor fire table.
