About this house rental
We are thrilled to share our gorgeous lakefront property with you! 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with TVs in every bedroom, upper and lower decks with grill, hot tub, fire pits, screened-in porch with outdoor flatscreen TV, 2 large living areas with flatscreen TVs, a massive theater room with 120-inch projector screen and 10 reclining theater seats, 2 kitchens fully stocked with cooking equipment, kayaks and a paddle boat, 2-stall boat dock and swimming area… There is something for everyone!

We had an incredible time at Camelot Place. The furnishings were very comfortable, the amenities were plentiful (including an amazing theater room), and the view was spectacular. There were no surprises and Monica made the entire process a breeze. We'll be back!!

The host always promptly replied to questions before we arrived and during our stay.
The bedroom beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. It was a very nice stay, but not exceptional. I'm listing the items we noticed not as a negative review, but because they could impact your decision to stay.
Occupancy is realistically 10-12. The pull outs in the media room are uncomfortable & not sleep-worthy.
No bathroom in the common areas really is an issue, especially for those whose bedrooms are not on the 1st floor.
The "railings" going to the upper and lower level are ropes. While aestetically pleasing, they offer no support and I contend would be worse than nothing if you needed to grab for balance. Some of our family members with aging knees rely on railings for support.
The kayaks were "well loved" and could have used new cloth seats to replaced the ripped ones.
We were a group of 11-14 people. We like to play family games and eat as a group. The upstairs table could squish 8 [6 comfortably] and the breakfast bar sat 4, which meant we couldn't eat or play as a group.
The hot tub is older. Most of the jets didn't work, although it was clean and warm.
The windows in the main living areas were painted shut. Check-in instructions said not to prop the doors open, but it was a sauna even with outside air temps in the high 70s, especially when cooking. Check-in instructions said AC would kick in if it was 95!
We did have a very nice family reunion here.

The house and view was amazing, we were all very comfortable and able to enjoy some peace and quiet. The kids enjoyed the theater room and we all enjoyed sitting by the fire and playing board games. It was great to unwind from the world and technology.

Went to visit relatives living I. Arkansas for Christmas and the other members travel some stay with us and the house was a point of reunion due my family of 10 is really difficult to find a place this one it was just perfect and it was as described

Property and house are very impressive. Very clean. There is very easily room for 10 people (or more). We rented the pontoon boat, used it all day and motored to Fishers Wharf restaurant for dinner (food was EXCELLENT! We highly recommend Deluca's pizza in town too.) Kitchen was well stocked but bring your own baggies, foil, Tupperware, etc.

This property has 3 levels with 2 well equipped full kitchens and gathering areas. It has 5 beautifully decorated bedrooms, each having a private full bathroom. It appeared to have been recently remodeled. We enjoyed the wonderful wrap-around deck overlooking the peaceful setting.

Lovely and fun lake vacation home. The bedroom situation was excellent. Everyone was happy with their set up. Each bedroom has comfy beds, some privacy and its own bathroom. There are two king beds and three queen beds. Beds are comfortable, plenty of hot shower water, and everything was cutely decorated and clean. There is a pac n play for babies and a blow-up mattress. I think there are a couple of pull-out sofas, which we did not use. The owners have made an effort to offer many amenities. Kayaks, hanging hammocks and chairs, hot tub, ice machine, two kitchens, and the movie theatre room. If you are an experienced boat driver, I think you really need to rent a boat, which we did from Hot Springs marina. We had the boat for two days. That was the most fun of all, esp for the seven grand children. Our entire group was very happy with this home!

The house was lovely, well kept, nicely furnished and updated. The details list 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms which are all ensuite. However there is NO 1/2 bath for common use which we found inconvenient. There are 2 full size sleeper sofas in the upstairs theatre room which is above the garage and has NO bathroom access. You have to go down a flight of stairs, thru a garage, thru a screened in porch, outside on a deck into the house thru the living room to utilize a bathroom IN someone's bedroom. The mattresses in the sleeper sofas were so uncomfortable over the springs that we had to place them on the floor and double them up for comfort.
We were a party of 14 and we don't know how it could sleep 16.

My family loved this house. The rooms were so cute and everything was provided. I woke up missing this vacation spot. I highly recommend booking. Who knew kayaking could be so fun!

We celebrated mom’s 80th birthday and it was a blast. The home was very spacious yet cozy for our group of 10 adults and 3 teens. Everything we needed was provided, only thing we had to provide were our groceries. The kids and a couple of the adults were able to experience jet skiing for the first time. We made wonderful memories at this lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood.

Four generations gather each year on the same weekend. It was our first time to visit Hot Springs and the house was perfect! Something for everyone! We will be back.

The home and views were fantastic!! Boat house and access to the Lake were easy to access!! Properly was well equipped and maintained!! If I could rate it above 5 stars I would!! Owners are very friendly and super helpful!!

Monica and Daniel's property was the perfect setting for our 50th Anniversary Celebration with our entire family. The bedrooms and baths were excellent, cool and comfortable on a record setting hot weekend. Our teen boys made the media room their "Man Cave" for the entire stay. Kitchens worked great..we brought all our food.. we never left the property except to restock! 5 boys! It's hard to find activities that entertain age ranges from 5 to 75 but this wonderful house did it all. The little one's were up early swimming, kayaking while the teens slept. By nap time, the littles were fed and watching a movie in the media room while the teens and adults were jet skiing, swimming and lounging on the dock. Hot late afternoons were spent playing games at the big dining room table. After a hard day of tubing, the hot tub and porch swing were great. Monica and Daniel were immediately responsive to the questions and worked everything out to make our celebration so memorable. They are exceptional hosts and we will certainly entertain ideas for a reunion here in the future.

The house was absolutely perfect for us and our two sons and their family. The girls had their own bedroom and bathroom and we all know how teenage girls need their own space. The house was poor than stocked, it was overly stocked and we needed nothing. To top it off, the ice machines was a BIG PLUS!

Great for large group of friends and/or family. We found every kitchen tool, pots and pans, that we needed to cook large dinner meals. The home even had a second kitchen on the bottom level. Loved the hot tub and bed sized swing!

This house was great. We came down to enjoy the weekend at Oaklawn. This is 5 minutes away.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is great. The only problem we had was in the theatre room. Monica was right on with problem and had it fixed before we left. Had a great weekend here and would rent this house again.

Problems in beginning becsuse the house shown on internet was dated back to 2005. Our house was perfect when we saw the correct renovated current house . So many amenities we did not use half of them

Amazing stay. This house has everything and was perfect for our family. Easy check-in. Hot Tub with fresh towels ready for your arrival. Plenty of camping chairs. Kitchen has everything you need. We loved the 2 big ice making machines. Incredible views from every room. Main master is upstairs with plenty of room. Two bedrooms on the house level and 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Beds were comfortable with clean linens. Lots of stairs but worth it. Beautiful wrap around porch in a quiet neighborhood. We made a fire by the boat dock. Plenty of wood stocked for use and kindling all around. The movie room is spectacular and fully equipped. My favorite place to hang was the floating bed on the bottom porch. We loved staying here.

Such a beautiful property! Owners are great and we could reach them easily if needed. Theater room was amazing! We enjoyed our stay very very much. The kitchen was well stocked, rooms were beautifully appointed. Lots of room to spread out for our group of 12.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Monica was amazing host she helped us through our booking process and replied to all our queries. This house is prefect for large group. You don’t need to carry anything with you even spices we found in this place. It’s listed as primer host and they do qualify for this listing. We will surely come back again. Whatever is listed or pic’s posted , property is exactly same.

The house was great, very attentive to details. The luxury items to us were the movie room and all the outside space with adequate seating and shade. For once in 4 years of Lake Hamilton VRBO spots, this one had plenty of room for my growing family.

The only things I would like changed are the ant population - they were all over the deck and came through the kitchen window - and a banister of some sort on the stairs leading to the top floor. It was hard for us old folks!

Multi-generation family vacation
Great house, great lake, great amenities. We had a group of 14, ranging in age from 7 to 82, and everyone had a great time. Comfortable beds, a bathroom for each bedroom, enough seating inside and outside for everyone. The kayaks were in great condition, the pontoon was big enough for everyone, the lake was big and fun to explore. Owners were very responsive and friendly. We had a great trip!

Fun Filled Family Vacation
Wonderful lakehouse with great amenities.
Our family vacation (including a birthday celebration) was fun filled and perfect for July 4th memories. Enjoyed having a convenient dock for our boat. Most in our group were out on the lake once or twice a day for surfing tubing etc. Kayaks were a hit also. The theater room was awesome especially during the heat of the day. Thank you Monica and Daniel for being so helpful and also for sharing your beautiful and spacious home!

This lakehouse was amazing and had it ALL for our family of 10! The owners really thought of it all when designing this house! Every amenity you could imagine-hammocks, relaxing bed swing on the porch overlooking the lake, firepits, hot tub, jet skis right there on the lake to rent, two full kitchens, gorgeous spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. This place had a fabulous layout for family time, but plenty of levels and porch space for much needed quiet time to yourself! Monica was super attentive and always responded quickly! This was a much needed escape we needed! The property is simply gorgeous! We were so sad to leave! Even a rainy day didn’t ruin our stay. We embraced it by relaxing on the covered patio! The movie theatre was phenomenal and a great place for the teens to hang and sleep! However, the property and home was so awesome- we rarely spent any time up there! We will definitely be back again! Love love love!❤️❤️
