stunning property, delicious a la carte breakfast, very friendly and kind staff
a bit pricey. the views from our room on the pictures when we booked were different from what we got

we had absolute pleasure to stay with them,
every member of staff has been so helpful and welcoming,
the place was peaceful and unbelievably beautiful!

The staff was amazing. It was very clean.
I was not thrilled about the location, the fact that it did not have it's own swimable beach. But we had a car so it became a non issue.

Modern and efficient. Delicious breakfasts. Helpful staff. Quiet & elegant resort. Not far from Noussa.
Be aware that with the signature pool suites - the pool size and privacy can vary from room to room within the category from that shown on the website.

Everything was great form the facilities, the room and breakfast. Pool area was a highlight.
The concierge staff aren’t very helpful and let down the whole experience. Very lazy attitude to requests for beach club and restaurants. Didn’t tell us you need to book beach clubs so we ended missing out on the best one they recommended.

the hotel has an amazing architecture, interior design, very comfortable rooms with all details, and each witha huge terrace, the breakfast -dining space is ultra chic and delicious foods are served. Vegan and glutenfree choices are available, ultra elegant managers created a very kind team, who assist you for every need....., you feel like in a famous city hotel on an island..., but small and a boutique version off course......
there is nothing to unlike about the hotel....., in Greece hotels mostly dont have a private beach, and if you want a quiet comfort, you have to be ready to be a bit far from center, and ready to drive on unpaved roads....

Beautiful hotel rooms, great value for money in terms of the room. Big bathroom and nicely furnished. The staff, especially at the pool bar, who make the coffee are delightful.
The general atmosphere, location and pool facility. I don’t think this is a luxury property and shouldn’t be advertised this way.

The chic, minimalistic Cycladic architecture provides a relaxing space to unwind and enjoy the unobstructed sea view. I particularly liked the gardens with their variety of native flowers and shrubs. The staff were extremely competent, friendly and helpful.

staff were incredible, breakfast was brilliant and facilities were fantastic especially for the price of the rooms

- The pool area was very beautiful, this alone makes the hotel enjoyable but sadly not for such a steep price
- breakfast was good but didn't blow us away compared to other 5-star resort offerings in greece
- Free bottle of wine and box of candies was a nice touch in the room
- most of the staff take great pride in working here and were very wonderful to interact with
- The lady working the spa was very nice, but they only had 1 lady for a couples massage that we booked well in advance. Why offer a couples massage when you are aware you only have 1 employee?
We booked the more expensive suite with a private heated outdoor jacuzzi, the weather was a bit cold so we thought spending the extra money was worth it. Bottom line is that the jacuzzi never felt more than 36/37 celcius (less than 98-100 f). We notified the staff and they were very eager to help. They sent maintenance up to fix the tub and make it hotter. They tried to fix the issue, although the tub was never warm enough to get in. We just came from staying in a true 5-star hotel in Oia, Santorini where the weather was just as cold and we spent hours in our private outdoor jacuzzi. When notifying the staff of the issue at checkout to try and get refunded for the amenity we were unable to use, they called the 'illusive manager' in their secretive office and we were challenged that they overrode the temp of our temp and made it 40 degrees C so we were wrong. In my opinion it is not our duty to purchase and bring a portable thermometer on a trip to a 5-star resort just so we can challenge the word of the manager. A true 5-star experience would recognize that there was an issue with their equipment and ensure our experience was compensated somehow. If the tub was hot, we would have been in it - not a very complicated idea. If this was a 3 or 4 star hotel, no problem - but this seemed like a rip off.
I understand the hot tub issue is likely only a problem for those traveling in early May or October, and that in the heat of the summer this probably wouldn't bother anyone. It was a sad feeling that we spent so much money for something that was not up to an acceptable level of 5-star service.
Many other things around the property made for more of a 4-star feeling, from things like unfinished paint on walls to construction happening all over the property, to the welcome drink honestly being very unwelcoming.

Absolutely loved everything about the hotel - we stayed for 5 nights on our honeymoon. The staff were so welcoming and our room and the whole hotel was just beautifully designed. Impeccably clean and the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had with everything from traditional Greek pastries to avocado on toast and green juice. The hotel is remote enough to be amazingly peaceful but only a 20 minute drive to the local towns which the hotel were very helpful and quick to organise. The hotel also has its own private beach which was lovely and secluded. The pool was beautiful with lovely double bed cabanas and the spa was fantastic. There’s about 6 restaurants a 10 min walk away which were all absolutely delicious. Really lived up to its 5 star rating and more :)
Nothing - it was perfect!

The hotel was modern and well equipped. Our room was very comfortable and clean with a great view. Unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy the pool but this area was lovely. The spa was fantastic with great services and staff. The breakfast was brilliant with lots of options.
It may be because we visited at the end of the season but the service was very slow, which was disappointing as we were some of the only guests there. The terrace could do with being a bit more private as it is open to the road and right next to another rooms windows.

The staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful. I was initially given the wrong room (which happens), but they fixed this very quickly, which I appreciated. They dealt with things very efficiently, which impressed me. I also had an amazing massage in the spa. The staff there went out of their way to accommodate me, which I was thankful for. The area, though a bit off the beaten path, has amazing beaches. Some of them feel private, and are incredible. Would recommend that you try to catch the sunrise !
I would’ve liked some additional vegan/vegetarian healthy meal options.

Clean and comfortable rooms with incredible views (especially with a hot tub), exceptional staff (they were available 24-7 via what’s app if we needed any help at all even when we were not at the hotel), beautiful outside areas for breakfast/bar/pool, and delicious breakfast. Close proximity by car (I would rent a car) to cute towns and beautiful beaches.

Our suite with the pool was great. Staff was exceptional— cheerful and friendly, always helpful. Breakfast has many options including eggs and other a la carte choices. Two decent restaurants down the beach for people who don’t have a car. Gym is very small but air conditioned with two good treadmills and free weights.
Housekeeping was outstanding.
17€ Negronis at the pool.
Also, please add a brighter area for makeup application.

The best value for money and the most friendly and helpful staff!!!
Very clean, awesome hotel amenities, great food, perfect location. The best sleep I had in years on the most comfortable mattress Highly recommend!!!!

we had a room with the great views of the sea. the breakfast was fantastic! bed and pillows were very comfy
room had a private hot tub on our balcony, which was large enough to comfortably seat two and admire the views. the location was quiet, spacious, with beautiful garden. easy spacious parking.
the check-in, welcome drink at arrival and some small treats in the room were a great gesture and gave our stay a great vibe!
service staff was correct but not overly welcoming, for example did not greet guests when passing by. the hotel is relatively new, therefore small things are not yet up to 5 star hotel level, such as no restaurant/spa/bar menu in the room. although property is brand new, some small wear and tear is already noticeable.

Perfect place to relax. ALL staff is super friendly and helpful. While not perfectly polished, they aim to please and help in any situation. Rooms are well kept and immaculately cleaned daily.
Breakfast is prepared by a great french cook. You must try his French Toast. Best ever!!
All was perfect.

Everything. Beautiful space, decoration, and views. Incredibly nice and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Super comfortable rooms, spacious, and clean. Cannot wait to go back next year. The spa has amazing massage services and the ladies were great at it.
There were some technical difficulties with the heating so the indoor pool wasn't warm and steam room wasn't working.
