Cosy little apartment

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Easy to access. The location was perfect, as this was a business trip, and the event was held in Auditorio Alfredo Kraus. Diana was a very helpful host, quick responses to all questions before and during the trip, and possible issues were solved really quickly. Everything went smoothly, would recommend staying here!

The apartment is next to a road, so there are some noises coming during the night. For me, it wasn't too disturbing, but however, this can be solved by either sleeping in the bedroom, which is not next to the road, or using earplugs.

Diana and her father were extremely nice Everything was in the right order, and very clear. They were handling the problems we had in a professional way, and very fast. The place itself is very good for 2 adults, each one with his own room. The location is the best in Las Palmas. I highly recommend you to stay there.

If you are looking for a reasonably priced, good apt for surfing in LPA, look no further!

- location: right next to the surfing beach of Las Palmas, La Cicer - you do not have to cross any street and are right on the paseo. The bedroom to the back is next to Calle Numancia and you have traffic until 9 pm and from 7 am or so, but during the night it is reasonably quiet. The other bedroom is facing the patio and is very quiet. In the same building but facing the outside is a very good burger joint (200 grs./ Back to burger) and the shopping mall Las Arenas is just 200 ms away. Taxi stand is in front of Las Arenas or hail one directly on Calle Numancia. Surf shops and rental are just 150 ms away. - building: very quiet and clean building from 2002 with a huge patio and very good security. - apartment: has all that you need, including washing machine, but no oven, but do not expect luxury. Balcony is small, but enough to dry your beach stuff and put 1 or 2 surfboards - host: very responsive and very good, efficient communication. The host was very forthcoming in reimbursing part of one night stay, because we had to rebook and stayed one night less, but could not change the duration on the platform.

A little bit noisy in the morning, there was a new building in construction over the street and they were starting working very early every morning. With the window closed the noice was acceptable.

It was a disappointing stay at the property.

The location of the propery is awesome - next to the beach and the convention centre.

The property needs car parking Euro 11 per day and security deposit of Euro 150. After my departure, the security money returned to me was only Euro 103. The property manager informed me that Euro 47 money was charged during transmission. When I tranmittted security money, the transmission money was paid by me while the property manager transmitted only Euro 103 out of Euro 150 paid by me. So it is an extra cost I encured along with Euro 66 for car parking during my stay of 6 days. During property booking - these extra cost was not informed to me. The propery manager does not know English at all. The only way of communication is by whatsapp.

Happy to rent it again when visiting the city next time

Excellent location just by the beach, surf break and shopping center. Very good communication with the owner. No unexpected major issues regarding the apartment or renting process.

Kitchen oven didn’t work, but happy to see that the owner began to fix the issue when we were leaving.

there would be amazing if there was a hoover in the property as after a few days it is nice to clean for yourself (and for the landlord after leaving the property)

Friendly host, great location

Beds were comfortable. Apartment building relatively new. Location is great; quiet but right at the beach front.

Kitchen could have been better equipped. Because we were with 2 people, one of the bedrooms remained locked.

Cheap but has shortcomings. TBA of deposit rules. Great location and clean.

Host was prompt to contact me and contactable via watsapp. I used to live in Las Palmas so I didn’t need any advice during the stay. The apartment was very clean on arrival. Has a washing machine, fridge and cooking utensils but very limited cutlery. Location is great as it’s in front of the beach and there is a large shopping centre across the road, including a big supermarket. If you like surfing, this area is also ideal as there are several surfing rental shops nearby.

Be aware that there is a €300 deposit to pay prior to arrival and I didn’t realise this until after booking. It is written at the bottom of the site in the policies section and not seen easily. Also, I recommend you read the additional charges written behind the door carefully. I stupidly relied on the hosts’ introductory watsapp message only so I had an additional charge for not emptying the bins prior to check-out, which I still think should be part of the overall service but those are the rules. The apartment had a faulty hob (two out of four not working) and the host offered to fix it after I highlighted this to him. I declined as I didn’t need four, but this should’ve been fixed prior to our arrival. Also, fixing this during my holiday stay would’ve been unacceptable anyways. The oven is also faulty if this is something you need, but I wasn’t bothered. The apartment has cooking utensils but very little cutlery, little more than a spoon. The apartment is no-smoking but occasionally smoke from the neighbours gets into the apartment, especially in the toilet. I think it comes through the air ventilation pipes for the whole building. We are non-smokers so this did bother us and I highlighted this to the host after our stay so it can be remedied.

The place is by the beach (South end) and a convenient shopping center. Spacious, clean and working apartment with all the needed appliances. The owner is ready to help if anything is needed. Lots of services available nearby. The bus to old town leaves just outside, among other routes.
