About this house rental
This beautiful Yachats home is filled with light and space and you will "shorely" be blessed by the sights and sounds of the sea when you stay at this four-bedroom, three-bath home that sleeps nine. This newly built home is just a minute's drive to the heart of Yachats, and a short walk to the natural wonders of the Yachats River inlet and beach. This walk is one of the most scenic on the coast! Enjoy access to the beach, tide pools, blowholes, sunsets, and whale watching.
Shorely Blessed has a spacious open floor plan on the second floor with a clean modern aesthetic. The well-stocked kitchen flows into the dining area and living room which is perfect for family and friends to gather. The lovely kitchen and gas BBQ on the deck will make meal times unforgettable. Grab the window seat lounge and relax with a good book, watch the moods of the sea, or take a nap after a day of exploring. In the evening, enjoy the gas fireplace after a day at the beach. The ocean view master bedroom with a beautiful ensuite bath with a walk-in tiled shower and Jacuzzi tub is located just off of the living room. On the entry-level, there is another bedroom with an ensuite bath, ocean views, and a private deck to sit and sip some morning coffee. An additional two bedrooms, one with an ocean view, share a bathroom in the hallway. This home is equipped with a smart TV in the living room where you can access apps such as netflix and hulu- bring your passwords! The bedrooms all are hooked up to Appletv which you will need your own account in order to use.
In addition to being situated in a protected wetland area, you'll be in the south end of Yachats where the location is the perfect spot for your coastal adventures. Hunt for agates, hike old-growth forests, visit Heceta Head Lighthouse or the Sea Lion Caves, all of it is close to you!

Great space for a large group, we had seven. Very comfy couch, enough seating for everyone. Comfortable beds. Had lots of stuff in the kitchen for cooking.
Lots of windows with ocean view. Has houses in front of the ocean so can’t see the shore line, but it’s up on a hill so you do have a view. Had lots of nice walks along the ocean drive to the beach. Very quiet and chill place to take the dog on walks.
The owner was super accommodating when my in laws flight didn’t get into town until late and they didn’t want to drive over late at night. He took off the price for that night, which it was past the cancel window, so that was very nice of him!
The only complaint I have was not enough paper towels for how long we stayed and the amount of people. Contacted the rental company, but they didn’t have anyone to bring us some and said it was our responsibility to buy more. Not a biggie, but they did text earlier and said if we needed anything to let them know and they would bring it. So just need to be clearer about expectations.
Overall, was very impressed and would stay here again!

Well designed home, kitchen was stocked with plenty of gadgets, plateware, and pots/bowls, etc. All rooms were spacious. Small deck was nice to get fresh air and set up telescope to watch birds out on the ocean. Super location, walking distance to town. Everything was clean upon arrival. We had some overhead kitchen lights go out that the rental management folks were able to replace in a timely manner. Appreciate that. Only suggestion would be the option for a larger bed in the two smaller bedrooms downstairs. Great that dogs are invited. Thank you for making our vacation wonderful!

We thought the house was very nice. It worked for our family. There was plenty of room for meals, for entertainment, and for privacy. It was a pretty walk to the beach, although the picture we saw placed the house much closer to the beach than it really was. As far as the kitchen and the bathrooms it was very well supplied.

We loved the house! Only gave three stars for cleanliness because the carpets could use a cleaning. Very comfortable home, we had plenty of things to do inside while it rained. There were only four of us plus two dogs but the house is roomy and would be perfect for a larger group. We would definitely stay there again.

This placed worked great for our small business leadership retreat. The large table was great for our team to sit around and accomplish our work. We aren't a fan of memory foam mattresses so there were a couple complaints in this regard but overall the place was super clean, well stocked, and convenient.

This is a beautiful modern mid century vibe home which I love!!! Full master on upper level. Another on suite on bottom level minus a tub. Perfect for two couples with kids!! Lovely view of the ocean from both levels. This home sits back from the beach just a bit but it’s a couple of minutes walk to the shore. I use the term shore as it’s all very rocky with a great water show as the waves crash. There are not any sandy beaches at this location but drive a little bit and you will find them. This is a beautiful little town. Our best place to eat was the Luna Sea Fish House. Not in the least bit fancy - but great service and excellent seafood!!!

This place was great. A large kitchen enabled all of us to work in it. Bathroom tubs and showers were amazing. Great front room for everyone to visit without being crowded. Short walk to ocean. Can't wait to come again.

Location and furnishings were as advertised. This house had the best group living area of any VRBO I've ever stayed in, and it had a fantastic view. Dining table seats 10 adults comfortably. Plenty of cupboards and dishes and silverware and pots and pans for feeding a large crew (we had 7 adults). Didn't feel like we lacked for anything!

Great place for a surprise family birthday
It was a great place to get together for a family birthday celebration. The property is great but some repairs are needed and some furniture replaced. We gave a list to Sweet Homes who will pass it on to the owners. They were great to work with. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Family birthday celebration
We loved our time at Yachats and the house. It was just as pictured on the website, spacious, clean, comfortable. Well appointed, great kitchen with everything you could want for preparing meals. We even baked a birthday cake and there was a hand electric mixer which was just what we needed!
Personally, my husband and I prefer a firmer mattress than memory foam offers but I guess you can’t have everything.
We would definitely stay at this rental again and have recommended it to friends.

Shorely Blessed in Yachats - great place
We loved the house, very comfortable for 6 people and a couple dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for 6 people. Sweet Homes, the managers, were very considerate. They reimbursed us for a take out dinner we had to get because the propane company had not refilled the tank and we could not cook our last dinner. We appreciated that gesture of good will. Yachats is a fun place, good grocery (C&K) a few blocks away.

Great place for a family vacation
Nice place with great view (living room/ kitchen / master on second floor) . Lots of bedrooms. New construction, everything is clean and nice . Lots of natural light. Well equipped kitchen (all new kitchen aid appliances) . Plenty parking space. Ideal for a couple of families with kids.
House was very clean, well stocked with fresh towels, blankets and shampoo/ body wash/ conditioner and enough cleaning supplies for the kitchen area. Sweet Homes we’re very easy to work with . Check- in and out was very easy. When we were on the way they called us and confirmed that place was cleaned and we could check in a bit earlier. It was quite nice since 5:00 check in time during winter is rather late ( it is getting dark already). So we were able to check in as soon as we arrived. ( it was not far from 5:00 but still nice).
Overall great place in a good location. Walking distance to Yachats shopping area and restaurants.

The house is amazing clean, updated, and well maintained. We enjoyed the location, being able to walk to the beach and to town. We appreciated the smart TVs and kitchen gadgets. There's no clutter. It's dog friendly. The neighborhood is quiet. Close to great hiking. We had a great time. Thank you.

Terrific location and home
A mix of friends and family comprised our group of 8. We loved hearing the ocean waves and watching whale movement with spouts. We ate all but one meal in and took a picnic with us on our day trip to Newport. The kitchen was well appointed and the spacious layout suited multiple cooks! The one item these Asian Foodies suggested was adding a nice large wok.
The mattresses were comfortable. One of our members liked the thick mattresses on the bunk beds but was worried about bumping her head on either the upper bed or ceiling. This petite lady suggested a thinner mattress on one of the bunks. The 4 rating on cleanliness was due to minor items over looked by the cleaning crew.
Shorely Blessed West is high on our list for next year’s gathering!

A beautiful and spacious home close to the ocean
We loved staying at this home. It was an easy walk to the ocean (we particularly loved checking out the tides) and a short drive to the town. The property itself was very spacious, bright and well-equipped. We'd definitely stay there again!

Delightful! Exactly What We Needed
This house is wonderfully located with just a minute walk by paved road to the coast. We saw seals just hanging out every morning while walking the dog. The younger crew found amazing tide treasures and had a ball every morning when the tide was out. Sand dollars for days!
The house is fantastically clean, well-stocked, and sufficiently laid out for sociable down-days and family time.
The check in and out process couldn’t be easier. We had no reason to call, as the process was a breeze and nothing was needed in the home.
I am so thankful that we were able to reserve this home and finally introduce the Oregon Coast to our out-of-state family.
Thank you for offering your place! We are familiar with OBX as well and hope to stay in the sister “Shorely Blessed” home someday!

We had an amazing couple of days staying at this home in Yachats. This house is perfect for large groups (or our smaller one) and wonderful for our trip with the dogs. Great views, a well equipped kitchen and spacious baths. Will be booking this home again soon!
