Enjoy this travel haven on your next adventure! You'll have your own private home and enjoy a a king size bed in the master and a queen size bed in each of the other 2 bedrooms with a 3" memory foam topper and lots of comfy pillows! A full closet for all your items, ceiling fans and sitting area to make your stay feel more like home. Two full bathrooms and a powder room on the main level freshly stocked with clean towels and great WiFi throughout!

Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen along with a Keurig! Beautiful, clean, modern, and in a prime location, it's hard to beat this private home! We love American Fork because it is the central location for Utah Valley! We are only 20 minutes from Provo, 35 minutes to Sundance, 40 minutes to Salt Lake Airport, 60 minutes from Park City and we're only 2 minutes off the 15 freeway! Thanksgiving Point and The Outlets at Traverse Mtn are local hot spots that are just a 10 minute drive. We have hundreds of YELP worthy local eateries and tons of shopping located near our home. Ask us about our favorites places!

Lyft, Uber and Uber Eats are very active in our area.

You can park in the garage, in the driveway or on the street in front of our home.

Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services.

Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below

Pet Policy:

Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.

Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.

Our large family consisting of little ones grandparents and a great grandparent. The house was perfection we came up for my 12 year old grandsons baseball tournament- this house was everything we needed! The space is incredible, the pictures don’t do it justice! So much room for meals together AND THEY HAD EVERY DISH OR UTENSIL WE COULD POSSIBLY NEED! We ate home cooked dinners every night! The tv area had seating for everyone PLUS tons of floor space for the little ones to play. The split level gave everyone the opportunity to have personal space. The decor is downright adorable and they thought of everything! Extra linens in every room and several pillows per bed! I will actively seek out this property owner and any other rentals they may have- you feel the heart they put into their property and it makes a difference!! Thank you!!

We had three adults sharing the house. We each got our own room. It was very spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and simple. It was perfectly located to where we were attending a retreat. Close to restaurants, etc. Well decorated, felt like home. Well equipped. If we could give 6 stars we would. It is a great place to share with others or great for a big family.

This was our first experience renting a property through an online service like VRBO. Our family of four (mom, dad, two adult children) spent the week for a wedding. The house was perfect for us. Location was convenient. It was clean when we arrived. Appreciated pulling into a garage given the weather. We felt the online description/photos were very reflective of the property. We would highly recommend this house to anyone.

We stayed 4 nights at this property. The accommodations were exactly what was described, and fit our needs well. The few frustrations were the temperature of the house (stuffy and hot- trouble with the nest and no A/C), and the television did not allow for streaming due to internet blocks.

It’s hard to find a pet friendly place, where we have an entire house, and this was perfect! The yard is fenced so we can let the dogs out. There are a lot of stairs, but we didn’t mind. Close to many restaurants. It was strange we were asked to take the garbage down to the curb, yet charged an extra fee to check in an hour early, but this place is run by a rental company. They expect u to download an app for access info. I text them and asked they text me the lock code because I hate installing more apps, and they were fine w/texting it. $22/hr to check in early. Overall I’d recommend. There’s even a dog park walking distance!

This was an awesome rental in the heart of American Fork! It was very cozy for our family of 4 (and probably could have slept another family of 3-4 space wise). Anyway, check in/out was easy and the location is close to everything you’d need in the Happy Valley (amenities, restaurants, proximity to I-15 etc). Would definitely recommend this place for your next trip to Utah county/Provo/Alpine etc…

Loved this property and décor. Very clean. Great location. Nice area. Kitchen offered everything we needed and more. Livingroom was relaxing with a view of the breathtaking mountains. Bedrooms and beds were comfortable. Nice 2 car garage. We (son, grandma and myself) stayed for a baseball tournament and highly recommend this property. I will definitely book here again.

Really nice owners/ managers that worked with us on a special need. Great house that is well kept. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the freeway. Great open floor plan for the kitchen. Comfortable beds. Really clean. We’d absolutely stay here again and the place definitely gets best ratings from us on everything. Really glad we picked the house. The only downside is that the master bathroom did not have any window coverings or privacy - when in the shower you could look at the mirror and see straight out a window over the toilet into several neighbors windows. We put a sheet up over that window so we didn’t flash when showering or getting ready by the toilet. And if you’re tall your face will also pole out the windows above the shower. But really, great house.

Even though we only stayed a few nights it was worth it! The energy of the home was upbeat and bright! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed except for a coffee maker (Keurig only, no coffee pods). We had to go to the grocery store late upon our arrival to get some coffee pods. Other than this our stay was wonderful! There was an awesome dog park within 5 min walking distance for my pup! We would stay here again!

Wow! I really love this townhome. The layout is wonderful. Big spaces to gather together but plenty of room to spread out. Loved having an attached garage. They really cover all the basics plus more. I really appreciated the supplied coffee pods. The kitchen was well stocked with basics as well as cooking supplies. We also love the neighborhood. Great for taking a walk. There is a fun playground, pickleball courts and a dog park right around the corner. Everything was wonderful! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

We looked for a comfortable home to stay in with our family of 6 while visiting family and friends in Utah. We also brought our labradoodle. He loved the dog park that is close by. We loved the pickle ball courts and dog-friendly walk paths in the neighborhood. The home was the perfect fit for our family.
