Bi-fold doors lead out onto the fully-enclosed terrace and garden. This superb space has been beautifully designed by the owners and the games room and outdoor eating and dining area is an extension of your living space. Perfect for lazy lunches after returning from the beach, or evening sundowners and barbecues, you can snuggle down even on cooler evenings, as this area is both heated and lit.
Back inside, the large sitting room boasts a stunning feature fireplace with wood burning stove and feature staircase which takes you up to the first floor. Downstairs you'll find two luxury en-suite bedrooms, one of which is mobility friendly. Whilst upstairs there are four more sumptuous bedroom suites, all of which offer modern comfort and luxurious high quality bed linen. With one of the bedrooms boasting a large sun deck with views of the sea; and another an indulgent egg-shaped bath, it will be hard for you to pick a favourite.
This house certainly delivers on entertainment; with ultra-fast fibre broadband, a wireless sound system and smart televisions. There are gadgets to shut the blinds, make you a coffee in the morning and pretty much most things. The ambient and mood lighting is a special feature of this property. However. if you want a break from all that technology, there is always a selection of games and books to enjoy too.
