Property is conveniently located in a beautiful neighborhood close to downtown Hendersonville. Clean and well-maintained.

This house far exceeded our expectations! We have stayed at numerous VRBO homes over the years and this one had the most cookware, dishes, glasses etc. also more spices than I could count! We took coffee and they had more in case we ran out. Important to us is that they supply dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, trash bags, toilet paper & hand soap. I always take my own but did not need to use them! The bedrooms were so roomy and both beds very comfortable. Loved the front & back porches! House is so private yet close to a main road. 6 minutes to downtown Hendersonville. Close to wineries. Our fav is Burntshirt Winery. You can walk to Rhododendron Lake Park. Just walk down Spruce Pine Ln, opposite driveway. House was immaculate! I would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for us and our MTB weekend getaway. Very close to downtown Hendersonville and breweries for evening dinner and drinks. The house was full stocked and very comfortable. We both worked from the house Friday and had no issues. We would absolutely stay here again.

Walked into a very clean, very organized, well equipped house. Loved the labeling on everything, and the notebooks with restaurants and menus. The location was SO convenient.
The ONLY negative were the steps. I am a senior citizen - BUT luckily, I was with young people that carried everything in and out.
Would definitely stay there again.

By far the best home we’ve had the pleasure of staying in. The location was beautiful. Laurel Park is lovely. The home was immaculate, cozy and had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend in the mountains. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to have nice meals. We will definitely come back. Check out Jump Off Rock just 5 miles up the road from the home, Kanuga Resort and DuPont for bike rides and hikes and Postero for dinner. We had the best time ever!!

From the moment we walked into the unit, we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the unit is and how grateful we were to have it be pet friendly as well. The master bedroom king bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept on, although we did bring our own pillows.
The kitchen was beautifully stocked with more than everything we needed and we especially appreciated the recliners in the living room.
The only downside, and this really isn't a downside per se, but my husband and I are both seniors and the stairs unloading our car became extremely difficult just after the first trip. If we were younger, the stairs would have been fine, but I loved the layout of the staircases, providing landings in-between the flights of stairs.
Thanks to our hosts for an amazing property!

The best thing about this property is that you can tell that it is an actual home. It has very nice, solid, REAL furniture and also decor. It is nice to find a space that you can tell is well cared for, well decorated and well loved by someone. That truly makes this home very cozy. It is also quite spacious (2 adults and a small dog), is laid out well and has a fantastic fireplace. We very much enjoyed the fireplace, which is gas and turns off and on instantly.
We also liked that the bedding was firm with good quality linens and the kitchen was well-equipped for almost anything you can think of cooking and we made good use of the gas grill on the deck too.
We appreciated the ease of use with the TV and that it had not only apps like Netflix and Roku, but it also had regular cable. The wifi is not password protected. That was a drawback for a 2 week stay.
The neighborhood is very quiet and extremely pleasant for a short walk with doggie, or a short drive up to Jump Off Rocks for the sunset. It's also very close to downtown Hendersonville.
We will absolutely stay here again. We enjoyed it very much and found it very relaxing but with tons of stuff to do in and around town.
Stairs are definitely a thing at this property. We were ok with the stairs but some might not be. Our dog was ok too but again, some might not be. We brought a flashlight. Better lighting for the stairs would really be an excellent idea here!
5 🌟+++ stay!!!!

Perfect mountain house for family of four. Spacious home with nice porches - would be fantastic in the Fall given the screened French doors! Kitchen was well-equipped for cooking anything and grocery store was about 5 mins away. Bathrooms were spacious too and beds were firm. We didn’t find sheets for the futon but we may have overlooked them. Five minute drive to downtown Hendersonville. Would definitely stay again!

BIG while maintaining comfort
Beautiful home, minutes from just about everything. My friend was excited there was a large coffee pot. Both kitchens well equipped.
Only detraction was the pollen and spider webs BUT it’s the end of May…can’t really say they were unexpected.
Would definitely come back!

The house is as described and well appointed. The location is lovely, offering opportunities for walks to a nearby park or just though the neighborhood’s winding roads.
