The property was very nice, but the rental agent was terrible. When we arrived there were leaves in the pool and it was dirty. When I contacted the rental agency, the person was not helpful and unpleasant. It is a saltwater pool that has a brown tint, but when we rubbed the side it became cloudy. When we asked them to take a look, he said the pool was cleaned on Thursdays and if we wanted it checked out we would have to pay for it. The family decided to swim in the ocean. Much better. Also, we had great difficulty getting the oven to work. We informed them of the problem but once again they won’t help solve the problem. The dryer didn’t get hot, but after playing with it, we were able to change it over to a higher temperature. It would have been helpful for an instruction sheet since it is somewhat complicated. I own rental property of my own and mostly couldn’t get over how rude the agent was. Good house but I suggest you get someone else to watch over your lovely property.

This house is so convenient to the beaches, Publix, and several restaurants! Cap’s was the best on Vilano Beach. The house has 5 bedrooms so everyone had a room or couch. The kitchen is a chef’s kitchen and we needed nothing to prepare wonderful meals at home. I would recommend to anyone who wants to visit St. Augustine, Fl.

This was by far one of our favorite trips! The communication was above and beyond with the manager and they had everything we needed to cook, chill, play and enjoy our time. Kitchen had everything we needed for big family meals and the walk to the beach area was AMAZING!!! We loved every minute!!!

Jordan and Tom were nothing but amazing. They were super responsive and great hosts. We had accidentally left some things behind, and they were very accommodating and we were able to coordinate getting everything back. The house itself was huge!! It was very clean and had everything we needed (including a good stash of spices/cooking oil). My friends and I really enjoyed staying here. I would highly recommend staying here, and if I’m ever in St. Augustine again, I would 100% stay here.

This property was fantastic. I already looked to see if we could book it for two weeks next summer!
Ideal location for walking to the beach and shops. Nice perk was being able to grab snacks and beverages at gas station on route to beach! We didn’t do half of the stuff we wanted to because property was so great and relaxing.

We arrived on Saturday afternoon and stayed 9 days. The home was perfect for our family with plenty of beds and room for all. The rooms were big and had plenty of linens and towels. There were bathrooms on all levels and a bathroom off the pool that made it very convenient. There is a covered deck with chairs and overlooking the pool. We loved the large kitchen and TV area. It also has a bar and dining area that was perfect for meals and playing games, cards, etc.We had small kids in our group so we climbed the stairs to the third floor to watch fireworks. There are windows that have a 360 view of the beach and St. Augustine fireworks! it is walking distance to the beach and grocery shopping is very close. The home is also across the bridge to St. Augustine and lots of activities! This was a very fun and enjoyable family vacation!

Enjoyed our stay for our family of 7 including children and grandparents. Easy walk to the beach and the pool with covered porch was the favorite spot. The kitchen was spacious and great for cooking breakfast. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with exception of one downstairs bedroom that has a different mattress from others. Is on a quiet street and walking distance to a playground and easy drive to restaurants etc. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the location of this home . It is walking distance to the beach and a short ride to historic district . It is great for a large family or multigenerational get away .

Family of 6 stayed quite comfortably with plenty of space. Short walk to the beach. Had some beach items. We bought two boogie boards and left them behind for the next guests. Property manager was quite responsive to questions. The pool was cleaned/chemicals added our first full day onsite. Wish we would have known they were coming (would have adjusted our schedule a bit to not be swimming in the pool at that time but not a big deal). A member of the cleaning crew returned the second day we were there with some starter items. Much appreciated. She did enter the home on her own initiative when only our kids were there (adults ran to the store). Overall, enjoyed the stay and would definitely return and recommend to others.

We had a really nice time in the house with our extended family to celebrate a milestone birthday. Great proximity to beach and downtown.
Feedback for property:
1. Checkout procedures are a bit extreme given the hefty cleaning fee! There was inconsistency with the directions as well depending on where you review checkout policies.
2. Downstairs bed (queen) was really lumpy and soft. Recommend getting a new mattress!
Overall it was a great home and a great visit. Thank you!

This property was perfect for our Bridal Party. We were able to have 10 adults staying in the home without feeling cramped or overwhelmed.
The 3rd floor was absolutely perfect for hair & makeup for bride & bridesmaids!
Beds were all comfortable and not worn out.
Kitchen is so fun and more like a professional kitchen with its quality of appliances.
It’s 15 minutes from downtown & 5 from Publix which is great.
Overall, we ready enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend it to another wedding party.

A beautiful home in a fantastic location. We had some difficult circumstances with the hurricane and they worked with us every step of the way.

The property was absolutely ideal. The location to the beach was in walking distance. The Publix food store is in walking as well. The house was roomy and kitchen appliances well stocked. Not able to get connected to TV the first day. Finally start working the day before we checked out. The two pull out beds did not have any bedding available. Went to Walmarts to purchase sheets no problem. The pool was relaxing water temperature great and plenty of pool gadgets. I loved this location was able to walk through neighborhood in morning and people were friendly. Definitely recommend for a family vacation.

We stayed for six nights with a group of ten. While the space and outdoor area was nice overall, we ran into issues upon arrival. The freezer was making a reoccurring beeping noise for our first day. I called management and they said someone from housekeeping would be out the next day. They never arrived. On day two we had issues with multiple toilets not running and the light being out in one bathroom. Someone did come out to fix the toilets, but we were told someone would come back to fix the light, which never happened. There were goldfish, crackers and other food items we did not eat or bring to the property in the couch cushions. Wet towels were also in the dryer upon our arrival. It should not be on someone renting the property. The space was nice, but there was a lot to be desired for the cost.

This was a fantastic house! It is very spacious. Very short walk to the beach. The house was very clean and well stocked with the basics. Very quiet neighborhood which we enjoy very much. Would definitely recommend. The only things that would improve this house would be better internet service and a gas grill along with the house being ready for check in at four PM. We would definitely stay her again if we would return to St. Augustine.

We had a great time! Our kids and grandchildren want to return!

Two blocks gets you to a house/condo on the beach. One more block south gets you to a very dirty narrow path to the beach. You have to go 6 blocks north to reasonable beach access.
We paid $400 for a cleaning fee and if you do not take the sheets off the beds and then take sheets and used towels to the laundry (which is 2 or 3 floors down) they will charge an additional $45.
We saw a few roaches. Had problems with one of the back doors had issues with the handle. We just locked it and used the other. House is in nice condition, just a little dated (this did not determine how we enjoyed our vacation).
The kids loved the pool and the back veranda was amazing and surprisingly cool throughout the day.
Overall a great house.

House for family reunion
House was great and had lots of rooms to allow separation of 4 families, with only 1 group sharing bathroom. Only bad thing, is the stairs, for folks having issue going up/down every day.. but that was only bad thing ..house was good to host our whole family.

Great Location
We were down in the middle of June. We had a great time. Very nice house with lots of room. Close to beach and short drive to all of the attractions. Grandkids loved the pool. Pool could use a little more shock treatment, but it did get cleaned on Tuesday during our stay. Back porch was fantastic. I would stay here again.

Great time
We all enjoyed our stay. The house was wonderful, the beach was not crowded and the town was fun. The only drawback was the lack of any internet. My daughter and daughter-in-law had planned to do a little work while on vacation. With the internet down the entire week it made things a little more complicated. Lots of hotspots from their phones and trips to Starbucks to use their internet. We really didn't miss the lack of tv. If you have kids that can't live without their devices, you're in for a rough week.

Great spot for our annual girls weekend!

Good but could be better
Overall the house is very nice but a bit farther from the beach than we had anticipated but it was still a walkable distance. The tile floors downstairs were filthy, which, is surprising seeing how shoes are to be left at the door. If barefoot your feet were black by the time you walked to the back door. It is not high speed internet and with the poor channel choices two people could not be streaming content at the same time. It is nice that the basics were supplied such as paper towels and toiletries, however, the toilet paper is department store quality, which, it should not be for the price you are paying.

Excellent home
Beautiful home! Big tvs, comfy couches, everything like new. Excellent location. Close to the beach with free parking within 2 blocks. Kitchen was fabulous and made cooking for 12 easy! Massive fridge and freezers. Comfortable beds. Plenty of cooking supplies. Keurig and regular coffee pot. Easy quick 10min drive to downtown St. Augustine. AC worked beautifully and house stayed cool. Outdoor shower to rinse off beach chairs and feet before coming inside. Large driveway - fit 7 cars!
Some minor issues but did not make or break stay and would still rent this home again. Needed more shower and beach towels (not enough for what the house says it sleeps). No blankets/comforters supplied for the 2 pull out couches either only sheets. Fridge needed to be turned off Ecomode in order to keep our groceries cold. No instructions on this and it was tricky to figure out. Pool is just as green as the pictures and would not recommend using.
Overall gorgeous home and great for a large group! Would definitely recommend!

Great House, Great Location, A Little Short on Amenities
Overall we had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and more than accommodated three families with six children total. It was clean and updated, and the pool with perfect for six kids under seven years old. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was more than a block back from the main road. Still, it was only 2 blocks from the beach, or 5 blocks if you wanted to walk to where there were public restrooms, showers, and public parking.
Our only issues with the house were the following. It did not have much in the way of serving bowls, serving plates, or cooking sheets. We mostly cooked at home, so we had to buy disposable pans to make it work. The property also didn’t have beach chairs available for guests to use. The biggest thing it didn’t have was a grill. Again, we like to cook and grill on vacation, and it’s usually something we expect from a vacation home. For the amount we paid, we think these are basic amenities that should be available.
Still, overall we had a great experience. Everything worked, and the kids had a blast!

Amazing Stay!
Absolutely stunning property on Vilano. It's close to the beaches, restaurants, Publix and not too far from downtown St. Augustine. We rented a car to drive around for our wedding weekend which wasn't bad, downtown St. Augustine is known to have really bad parking but we lucked out. Uber/Lyft is also very spotty in all of St. Augustine/Vilano but people had luck scheduling rides (plan to wait 20+ mins to get a ride on average). We booked van transport to our wedding through Scooter Shuttle which went smoothly.
The house itself is amazing, slept everyone comfortably and was very clean. The pool was a little bit dirty leaf-wise but not a big deal. Overall highly recommend staying here!

Overall very satisfying;; needed a couple extra hours to depart because of flight schedule and property manager never returned our call before cleaning crew arrived! Also shortage of towels!!

Amazing property
This house is stunning. Only 3 of us stayed since it was a last minute trip and only this house was available. It can definitely fit a large family and even extended family. Kitchen is stocked with everything you will need! The house is decorated beautifully and extremely clean. We actually want to buy this house if it ever goes on the market!!

Xmas Gateway
Everything was perfect. The location , the property conditions. You have everything you need to have a fun vacation. My only suggestion is the air conditioner, we couldn’t put the air below 69 degrees. There are some room hotter than others. Other than that is the perfect home for a perfect vacations.

Great Spot in Vilano Beach
I booked this property for a guys weekend and we had a great experience. The property is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, Publix and a short 2 mile drive to downtown St. Augustine. Check-in and check-out was extremely simple. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms nice. Communication with the management company was responsive. While it rained the entire weekend my group was there, the backyard pool area was a really great feature of the house. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a beach experience in St. Augustine!
