Stepping through the front door of this seaside retreat, you will instantly feel at home. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo adorned in a soothing blue and white coastal color palette is the perfect space to relax and unwind.

The spacious living area offers a large brown sofa, two recliners, and a flat screen TV. Natural light streams in through the large window onto the coastal LVP flooring which runs throughout the entire first level. Palm themed décor along with many other coastal embellishments set the stage for the entire condo.

Continuing to the kitchen and dining area, you will find a glass top table with high back wicker chairs providing seating for four. The newly remodeled, farmhouse style kitchen, complete with shiplap walls, creates the perfect space to cook a tasty dish after a day by the sandy shoreline. Finished off with stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry and natural stone countertops, this kitchen has it all.

Exit through the slider to find a lovely patio space fenced in to provide the upmost privacy. Enjoy a glass of wine or dinner al fresco on this cozy lanai. Through the gate, a pathway will lead you to the pool and shower location perfect for rinsing off after a day of sand and sun.

Just off the dining area sits the downstairs full bathroom complete with a tiled walk in shower, vanity, and stackable washer and dryer.

Walking up the stairs you will discover the recently installed LVP flooring in both bedrooms and the hallway. The master bedroom is complete with white washed furniture, a queen sized bed, blue and white floral bedding, and a flat screen TV. The sliding glass doors open up to a private balcony overlooking the pool area.

Just across the hall lies the second bedroom furnished with a queen size bed as well as a twin bed and a flat screen TV. The shared bathroom down the hall offers a shower/tub combo and vanity.

I've stayed in this complex before, always liked it because it's fairly close to the beach and they have a nice pool. I also like staying in a complex like this because I'm off the road. Be aware that this particular unit is on the main road (Tarpon). It was never a problem, it's not like this is a very busy area anyway, so we had no trouble parking whatsoever (and I'm one of those people that likes to back into the parking space). PROS: The unit was well stocked, with plenty of towels etc for 4 people. Note that the bedrooms are both upstairs and share a bathroom. There is another full bath/laundry room downstairs. Management was very interactive, they even called me back when I did not leave a voice mail. When we arrived I noticed the storm door did not shut properly. However, shortly after we go there, before I even had a chance to call, someone was there to fix it. Check in/check out details were emailed to me prior to arrival, including the entry code to the pool (duh me for missing that the first time). CONS: The a/c is LOUD. I mean, can't hear the TV loud. You get used to it after a day or so though. Generally the place was very clean although the provided blankets did not seem to be. We washed them, took care of that.

Amelia Island is lovely. The AIG team are outstanding. They are quick to respond, professional and so pleasant. The townhouse was exactly as described- very enjoyable. We were five minutes from the beach, easy walk to downtown, close to restaurants. I also found an awesome yoga studio owned and operated by Lisa Waas. Lisa and her many students made the Island feel like home. Thank you AIG!!

This was our first pet friendly vacay rental and honestly we were worried it was going to smell like a pet friendly rental, but it was perfectly clean & fresh! A short walk to the beach and appointed with everything we needed. We would book again.

Had a great experience! We were running in a half marathon and the host were sweet enough to let us keep our cars parked in the spots even after checkout. The house was very clean, comfortable and welcoming!!

The condo was very clean and well decorated. I live on Amelia Island, but, my daughter and her family do not so I surprised my daughter for her birthday and rented the condo. My granddaughter brought a friend and they enjoyed the beach and also the nice large swimming pool. I would recommend your company to my friends. Judy

Very clean unit. Back 'patio' was dismal. Sand bags, ratty chairs, weeds everywhere. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Impossible to cook in kitchen, as the kitchen drawers were falling apart, and the only pots/pans and knives looked like they came from the Goodwill. Thankfully I brought my own kitchen knives, but we ended up having only toast and juice for breakfast. We went out for every other meal. Plenty of coffee mugs and glassware, but china & flatware for only 4 or 5 people. other wise a good stay. Nice TV.

It,s a nice and clean neighborhood but townhouse is not for us we need more windows ans no neighbors but we were at the last minute so it was that or going back to montreal so we stayed overthere, but the pool is clean freakin cold but clean nice tennis court , easy access, and WEstley came in a short time to fix the 2 tv upstairs

Great location, short walk to the beach, close to downtown (about 2 miles), very close to Ft. Clinch and Egans Creek Greenway. Pool is directly behind unit. Many dining options, store not too far for supplies. There are some beach chairs and umbrellas, but if you can bring your own. Coffee maker could use an upgrade, there is no iron. The tub upstairs drains very slow. Ample supplies in the kitchen for cooking. Overall a very nice stay. Thank you.

Great location to walk to the beach. Very quiet beach area. House was very clean and up to date; decorated very cute. (Carpet on stairs needs cleaning). Supplies were plentiful and great starter pack of supplies. Would definitely stay here again!

You cannot beat this location! A short, less than 5 minute walk to the beach. The condo is right next to pool - a quick walk out of the back patio takes you to the pool and tennis courts. This area of the island is quiet and family friendly. The condo was comfortable and quiet. The property management company was responsive - we had an issue with condo cleaning and they responded within hours. We would stay there again!

We stayed last August and everything about the trip was wonderful. The property was in a quiet, peaceful location, accurately described, and we loved the decor. It was a very comfortable place to stay, and we had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was quick, we easily walked back for lunch. I only needed to message the host once, but got a quick response. We would definitely come back again!

Very clean, nicely decorated townhome. Easy access to the beach, quick walk. Also easy walk to two restaurants, convenience store and surf shop. Kitchen table was perfect for playing board games and cards. Discovered a closet full of activities, tennis rackets, pickleball rackets, cornhole boards, and much more. Did not discover this closet until the last day. Would have used everything available if we knew about it when we arrived. Highly recommend this town home in the area for a relaxing family vacation.

The property was clean and a great location to beach and downtown. The online description of the property was perfect and i a quiet neighborhood. The beds where comfortable and had all good utensils for cooking. The only thing is that if you have small children the steps on one side does not have railing. Have to keep an eye on them going up and down the stairs. But I would definetly rent this townhouse again.

The location of the property is great. It is very close to the beach and the community pool; it is also a 10 minute drive to the downtown area which has great shops and restaurants.. The property itself was not clean upon our arrival but was taken care of when addressed with the property manager (they were very professional and quickly responded). The upstairs to the unit has old, worn carpet. There are noticeable stains which made the overall bedroom(s) experience feel gross. The upstairs patio furniture is rusted so we chose not to sit on it due to not wanted to ruin our clothing. The downstairs patio area was covered in leaves and gave no appeal to make you want to sit outside. There were random nails in the walls throughout the home (my shirt got caught on one) which made me think that the new owner was just to lazy to stucco where the previous owner had photos. So if you’re looking for location it’s great. If you’re looking for an updated, clean, beach feel this is not for you. We will not be back.

The property was perfect for our family of 5 and small dog. It was just as pictured online and the proximity to the beach was super convenient. Kitchen was well stocked (although with so many great places to eat nearby we didn't cook much!). We will definitely be back in the future!

Cute decor. Proximity to amenities was great! The front door is very difficult to open. Definitely needs attention. The main floor bathroom light is too dim. Difficult to sufficientlyntly cool the upstairs without running the air continuously. Please add something slip proof in the upstairs bathtub.

We had a great experience at Fernandina beach. The beach was beautiful and an amazing place to haunting shark teeth! You can walk 10 min to two beach restaurants. One has a nice terrace where you can enjoy the breeze of the ocean and the other restaurant is just at the beach with friendly staff and fun alive music events. We did not bring a car but it is easy to get an Uber or a taxi guy from Fernandina who was our private driver. We did a lot of field trips to state natural parks and we rented a car to visit San Agustina town, it is only 1h and a half but we forgot to check the weather and it was a rainy day all day long!!! The house was perfect for the three of us. The pool was kind of small but never crowded and very clean with a warm temperature. The beds very comfortable and the kitchen has all the essentials. We had a great time :-)

This townhouse unit was perfect for us. It was an easy 2 minute walk to a nice quiet area of the beach and a 5 minute walk to main beach. It’s in the front of a townhouse complex and backs up to the community pool and tennis court. The unit was updated and had everything we needed for a lovey beach getaway. We would definitely recommend it and would stay here again!

My son, daughter in-law and I just needed a quiet relaxing few days and this was the perfect place for just that! Sloan and Summer were great! Sloan called beforehand to check if I had any questions or needs and again after we arrived. I had left a package behind and Summer made sure it was sent to my home.
