We were in town to play golf and attend concerts. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house other than when we were sleeping, but if was a very nice, remodeled, older home with a variety of nice features and lots of places to sleep. It was very clean and there was a lot of information about features and instructions posted around the kitchen and elsewhere. We enjoyed our stay!

We had 12 of us from our 1989-91 gang meet and had fun with old stories. We rented a 12 person van and did various things away from rental and stayed at rental and hung out. Our contact was very timely and worked with us on a few details. Good stay, as we were from all parts of the country. Worked well for a gathering.

Me, my husband, and our wedding party all stayed here the night before, and the night of, our wedding. Super convenient, amazing and efficient communication with the owner, and the place was perfect. Everyone loved the themed bedrooms and it was the perfect place for us all to gather.

Our family celebrated an early Christmas here and it was absolutely perfect. Lots of space for lounging around and well stocked kitchen (utensils and such). This house has everything we needed. Host was quick to respond to any questions we had of her.

Beautiful well-maintained home with ample space for a group. We had a great stay here. Plenty of dining room space to sit and talk over breakfast in the morning. A kitchen stocked with cookware and utensils. Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the green line train. Good pub nearby (Sweeney’s). Highly recommend this place for a friends or family in town for an event in the Twin Cities.

The house was the perfect place for our bachelorette that we hosted over the weekend. The place was decorated so well and fit our theme/vibe. We also really appreciated how easy it was to communicate with the host and how easy communication! Would highly recommend and come back!

Everything was thought about in this space. It was the perfect location to host a girls weekend. Tanya was responsive, helpful and kind! From the themed rooms, to the deck and outdoor seating, we were all so comfortable and able to gather together without anyone feeling like they were not included. Cannot wait until we can use this space again!

The lovely house was a great spot for our Minnesota weekend. This VRBO is a nice place for a family and is well set up. There is enough dishes for the number of guests that are allowed, which was super nice to not have to run the dishwasher all the time. Great location---close to lots of great restaurants!

One couples plane ride to MN. was canceled, another couple could only stay one night because of weather related road conditions. Became expensive to divide between 3 rather than 5 as planned.

We enjoyed the space during our visit for a family function. House was just as listed. Had all necessities and more. There was plenty of space for everyone to gather together. We had an infant and a 5 yrar old. The feeling of home was a plus for the kids. Tanya was very responsive and professional. We did not experience any issues during our stay. Definitely would stay there again and would highly recommend this property.

My daughter and I came to town to visit her friends from rural MN. It was just what we needed to have a cozy place to chill and catch up. The house had everything needed, was very clean. The beds were nice and comfortable too! We only used a couple of the beds but there were plenty of needed. Would come back again for sure!

I'll start with the positives. The house was more than adequate for the four of us. There was plenty of room for us and the cabinets were stocked with all of the necessary items we needed. The beds were super comfortable. The house has a lot of potential. And one of the coolest things was a white squirrel that lives in the back yard. :) The house does need some love. It is an older home so there is some quirkiness about showers, etc. The neighborhood is transitioning so there are some nice homes and some questionable homes all around. Overall it feels safe but I could see how some may not feel that initially.

The property was as described . It was very clean and my family felt safe in the neighborhood. A highlight was the property’s central location to downtown St. Paul and the surrounding vicinity. It made access to our event venues super easy. From the onset Tanya, the host , was efficient, responsive and very accommodating. Highly recommend the property .

If you’re looking for a stay rental that accommodates a large group, this one is perfect, lots of beds and three bathrooms. We had beautiful weather so we enjoyed our morning on the back deck. We loved all the old charm about the house and the house also had nice modern updates. We had all the tools/appliances needed for us that we didn’t have to bring much for our weekend stay. Location is very close to Grand Ave where you can walk to enjoy all the restaurants and shops in the area.

We stayed here for a family girls weekend. The house is large and fit all 10 of us adults very comfortably. Beautifully updated. Kitchen is well organized with necessities. The owners were very responsive to the few small questions we had. The house is located in a convenient location. Overall great place to stay!
