Eine besondere Erfahrung

Das Frühstück war vielfältig und reichlich, der Kaffee gut. Es gab frisches Obst und warmen Porridge, der Raum war eine besondere Erfahrung. Das Licht und der Ausblick auf die Stadt wirkten, als hätte Edward Hopper hier gefrühstückt. St. Paul ist eine interessante und sympathische Stadt mit spannender Geschichte, lohnt mehr als eine Übernachtung. Das Hotel aus den 1930er Jahren ist eine gelungene Mischung aus großer alter Zeit und der Moderne.

Rude and non communicative staff

They came in my room unannounced before check out time and after a late check out was granted. They didn’t release my deposit immediately as every other place I’ve stayed has done.

Great location

I like the location, it was my first trip and I found it easy to get around though it s a walk to find a convenient store. My purpose was a concert it was easy to get to and get from. It is a turn away from the airport and the mall. I liked the pool but I wished it had a view like the one in Minneapolis and a hot tub. I like the privacy and the breakfast buffet. After seeing several front desk people...at the end Brenda was the best. I was glad they let me check in earlier and stay an extra hour. I like my coach facing the window.

The first lady who checked me... totally dry. I m a visitor...welcome to Minnesota would have been nice. Is this your first time? Ask me anything... I m here to help. None of that. My bed was uncomfortable so the pillows. No view in the pool.

You are on your own, sucker

Spacious room; high ceilings; close to Union Depot.

Ridiculous arrangements to check-in. No signage! Only one pull over place labeled Custom House Valet Parking. If missed, no next right turn was One Way and next left turn was approximately a mile away. No signage to ring bell and no one responded to attempt to open locked doors. Disinterested to rude staff. A year of dust on the light fixture over the pull out sofa.

Perfect weekend getaway

Everything was very clean, the breakfast was delicious and changed each day while keeping all the classics! I really loved everything about my stay here but the absolute best thing is the staff!! Brenda especially went out of her way to help us with everything and make sure everything went smoothly. She is the best receptionist I’ve ever chatted with at a hotel, and I travel a lot! Will definitely be coming back

Good value in a convenient location

Close to the event we were in town for, clean, spacious room, good breakfast with nice dining/sitting area, pool wasn’t big or deep which was perfect for the toddler we were tracing with.

Parking was difficult-either pay extra for valet of lug your stuff from parking garage down the street. No hot tub.

Huge and comfortable room.

Free breakfast was mediocre at best. Mystery meat was un marked. Toaster left toast pale after two cycles.

Exceptional

Its an old post office and the rooms are amazing, almost 30ft ceilings. Location to baseball field and downtown.

Not the hotels fault, but area seems shifty at night. Lot of homeless people in area. Security of hotel was great, so during the day the area seemed good. I would still stay here again.

St. Paul is rough

Neat hotel. Great breakfast. Valet was super nice and quick. Room was pretty. Bed was comfortable. Check in was quick. Walked to and from a concert. HUGE room.

Rough area. We came for a concert and the walk was sketchy. Broken glass, rotting food, drug use on the streets. Some deep cleaning is due. Extremely disappointed by our room. Picked this hotel for the windows and views and our view from room 511 was a wall

This was a great place to stay, lovely rooms, convenient to where I needed to be.

breakfast was awesome, dinner the night before was very good. Nicely outfitted rooms. My goal was to get two individuals with special needs to Union Depot and was thrilled with it being so close so everything went without a hitch.

nice facilty to stay at with great rooms.. but for $240 a night I wasn’t even there long enough to fall asleep.

rooms were nice and spacious. clean

Window shade didn’t close all the way letting light into the room.
