Not real pleasant. A lot of people smoking right by my room. People were arguing loudly outside. on

No breakfast here

Shower faucet in my room didn't work and it was 108 degrees outside. Get my drift? Also the ice machine was out of order.

Yo llevo un tiempo hospedándome en ese motel y nunca me habían cobrado un depósito ayer me cobraron un depósito de 100 usd pero eso no es lo peor , lo peor es que aún no me lo han depositado en mi cuenta me dijeron en el motel q era 3 a 5 días de negocios

I will never go there again. You should be ashamed that you allow a property like that under you umbrella of sponsorship

Not a thing other than the shuttle

Exposed wiring, filthy carpets, kitchen sink coming apart, missing and broken tiles in the shower, I needn’t go any further. I have never stayed in anyplace as bad as that. I tried to arrange for other accommodations but couldn’t find a room. I was willing to pay $450 to get out of there but nothing available . I should also say that the night clerk of our art was really a condescending little man and should have slapped for his treatment of customers

Beware !!!

Nothing it was horrible. Awful do not recommend

It was the most horrible hotel stay ever. Disgusting. If you want a bed to sleep and that's it you're good. Even then, one of the beds was broken when we sat on it. Dirty. The employees were rude and uncaring. Found white substance on surfaces in the room. Door was literally falling off the hinges we couldn't close the bathroom door.

Terrible place - would not stay again!

The room was smelly and did not feel clean. Carpet dirty, stained and burns on furniture and bathroom floor filthy. Not many towels or plugs in room, not pet friendly grounds - no place to walk them. Lots of loud music and people outside. Can't park by your room so get ready to hike it with your stuff. Staff rude and seem very lazy.

Very uncomfortable and i am worried that they are not going to refund my deposit. It has been a week

Location was perfect to get on the highway and get anywhere i was working.

The rates were to high for the ac didnt work and no hot water to take a shower with.. also my deposit has yet to be returned even though my room was checked before i left the property..

Affordable, but you really get what you pay for.

Convenient location near Walmart and various restaurants and fast food dining options. I really appreciate that the AC was working well in the AZ heat!

The curtains were broken so I had a hard time closing them all the way for privacy. The room floor was dirty so I had to wash my feet after walking barefoot in the room. The tub was clogged so the water would each the bottom of my calves every time I showered. The pools were completely dried/drained out and the area was unkept so it was an eyesore (my room and many others had a view of the pool area outside our windows).

They make you feel at home.

I travel a lot so when I need a place to go to for a few days I come here. Staff has always been nice to me, from the front desk workers, to the security guards , to the lovely cleaning staff. I have never had a problem. Idk ppl expect a luxury studio but it’s live-able! Trust me and I’m very picky I definitely will be back in a few days.

Needs another elevator closer to the other side.

Had to book online and when I did my reservation was never shown I had to go to another hotel and pay just about double for what I paid and still have yet to receive my refund as of last week I will never book there ever again Paperwork was not current and the night clerk had no permission to access hotel emails

I WAS NOT SATISFIED. I WILL NOT STAY THERE ANYMORE AND WILL INFORM FRIENDS NOT TO STAY THERE.

NOT VERY MUCH.

I HAVE STAYED AT OTHER BOOKING.COM RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE LOW ROOM RATE AND FOUND THE ROOMS BETTER THAN AVERAGE FOR THAT COST. BUT, EXTEND-A-SUITES OUTDOOR AREAS WERE UNCLEAN AND ODOROUS. WIFI WENT OFF A COUPLE TIMES AND ON THE LAST DAY IT WAS COMPLETELY OUT. THE HOTEL LISTED A SWIMMING POOL BUT IT WAS CLOSED, FOR AN INDEFINITE TIME (NO WATER IN THE POOL). THE FURNITURE WAS OLD AND SCRATCHED. THERE WASN'T A TABLE LARGE ENOUGH FOR MY COMPUTER AND PAPERWORK. AIR CONDITIONER WORKED BUT SUCK IN CIGARETTE SMOKE FROM PEOPLE SMOKING IN PARKING LOT.

Good for a few days but no longer than that.

Location is close to stores, restaurant, and affordable pricing. Beds were nice and comfortable, security onsite.

The carpet in the rooms need to be replaced or cleaned. Elevator too far from front, only 1. Pool is down.

They went in my room that I rented for 7 days...when I returned from construction job..my key wasn't working...I was told I had to vacate the room..they found 2 cig butts on nightstand...which I smoke out side..pull them out of my pocket when I changed for bed.there was no arguing with them..they kept my weeks rent of 368..and 100 dollar deposit.the security guard said I was 1 of 5 that day.this is absurd.468 dollars..for one night in a dump.seems like they do this on regular basis.i work hard..was 98 to 118 degrees for 11 hours..to be kicked out for something I didn't do...I arrived at 5 pm 1st night..was asleep by 630 pm..I awake at 300 to drive 40 minutes to work site.is there anything I can do to get my money back at least.

Nothi worked ac half th time no working TV. Clogged sink. Tried moving to different room 4 different ones and they all had similar problems. Ended up staying in my original room at least it was a little cooler than the others. It's Phoenix after all its only119 degrees

they tried to give me a dirty room after I had already paid for my room and then when I went to go check how dirty the room was, there was a guest in that room already. we started him and we got started as well. it could have been a horrible situation. and then I went back to tell the staff and he acted like he didn’t know. then he wanted me to pay an extra $22 for another room. horrible experience would like a refund. couldn’t sleep all night with the worry of someone coming into my room.

The room had a little smell to it try to see was kind of burn but it was like didn't look right the wall next to the shower was corroded bottom of the vanity sink in the bathroom the trimming on it or whatever had duct tape on there the shower head was not working well and the bed was not comfortable at all because every time you move and made some noise
