An exceptional stay with great service, comfort and location.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. I also loved the rooftop bar with its beautiful view. Looking forward to my next visit!

The experience, the location and the staff made our stay and will be staying at the Brix again

Liked everything about our Brix stay the comfort and the communication, I received on arrival from the staff. Customer service was very helpful and accommodating. The service is exceptional, and the hotel was well maintained. Cleanliness and being treated well was memorable. I would love to stay at the Brix again and that would be the plan on my next visit to the area.

The elevator was a bit confusing to work at first. But after learning how to use the elevator to get to various floors, it was very good experience.

We were a family of 3 celebrating a milestone for my son and they gave us a lovely room upgrade which was much appreciat

A memorable stay

The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was hospitable and friendly not forgetting how accomodating the service was; our room was spacious and clean and the food was good.

The fact that the menu didn't cater much for a rice lover like me

Formidable séjour tout comme la 1 ère fois , hâte de revenir

Personnel très accueillant et à l’écoute Un merci particulier à Joshua , toujours souriant et très disponible . Et à Malaua pour l’entretien de notre chambre avec ses petites attentions. Overall great location and hospitality only issue was with housing keeping

The location The accommodation (room size and layout) General facilities are great General hospitality was good The willingness of the management to go all out to rectify any problems we were having (and we did have a problem with the house keeping)

The house keeping was not up to standard,the regular house keeper for our floor was out and his fill in or back up staff just did not do their jobs, it was terrible, he did come in the next day and did a excellent job and apologize

Quality hotel perhaps better suited to business stays.

The staff were excellent throughout. The breakfast was superb with a selection of fresh fruit that was changed daily. There was also a selection of cold cuts, local dishes, eggs and bacon etc.

The location was quite far out from the town centre and there are no shops or restaurants near by. The pool was great however it didn't get much sun after lunchtime due to its orientation.

The staff were always friendly and helpful. We stayed 10 days and would happily have stayed longer.

Breakfast was great especially sitting outside on the balcony and having an omelette cooked right there

Its been enjoyable

The staff at hotel was really helpful and friendly

During breakfast, some foods ran out and was not restock. At times the coffee was cold.

The staff was very warm and accommodating. The food and drinks are all amazing and worth every penny. The ambiance and the overall feeling of being in the hotel was truly wonderful.
