Balconies in every room, this recent remodeled property (January 2021) with Florida coastal feel will make your vacation so good you won't want to leave. The amenities at Naples Cay include heated pool, jacuzzi, a fully equipped exercise room with steam room and sauna. Two outdoor grills on the premise along with clay tennis courts. We provide beach chairs, beach towels and a beach wagon. This condo has been upgraded Wi-Fi internet service. Enjoy fine dining at nearby The Village Shops on Venetian Bay or other options along Tamiami Trail. Close to Waterside Shops. 100 yards to the beach and views of the Gulf are awaiting you!

My wife, 14yo, 4yo, and my wife’s parents enjoy a lovely week at this excellent condo. The unit had everything we needed. The pool area was fantastic, and the short walk to the beach is scenic. The condo’s storage unit in the basement had an abundance of beach items — toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. — plus a wagon to haul everything. And then Annie was a great host; when the ice machine in the refrigerator/freezer malfunctioned, she immediately preemptively offered to reimburse us to buy bags of us. We would definitely come back here to vacation again.

A beautiful fully equipped apartment in a perfect location. There is a nice big heated pool and only a 2 minute walk to the white sandy beach. Communication with the host was just perfect. We would definitely return.

My wife and I truly enjoyed the convenience of staying at this property. Our Host Annie was awesome! Very responsive and the description of our unit was spot on. We enjoyed the ease of staying on a first floor unit while still having beautiful views of the gulf, pool and hot tub. Short walks to the pool, beach, gym and getting exercise walking around the surrounding neighborhoods. Great location for short drives to great restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended when traveling to Naples!

This condo was a great place for us to vacation with our young adult children. The five of us had plenty of space and its proximity to the beach was perfect. The condo is also a short drive from Tamiami Trail where you’ll find grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment.

This property was absolutely GORGEOUS. Beautifully decorated. Well stocked with everything needed for a relaxing week. Comfy beds and VERY CLEAN! The views were breathtaking and we slept every night with the sliding doir open to the lanai to hear the soothing sounds of ocean waves. Pool was wonderful and quick beach access. Grounds were well kept and condo was conveniently located. Host was exceptional and very responsive. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Hoping to return again!!

This condo and owner do not disappoint! The unit was fully furnished with every amenity to make our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Not too far from the beach, but also near The Villages for fun shopping and yummy food. Highly recommend!!

This condo is in a fantastic location to everything, and is very convenient to the beach. It was very quiet and peaceful. After Hurricane Ian we did not know what to expect but Naples is bouncing back and by this time next year will be back to pre-hurricane status. We had a lovely time and would recommend this condo, and as well we would stay here again.

We loved our week at this property. All the details made it easy, the unit is lovely and comfortable, the view gorgeous, and the beach is stunning. The walk from the unit to the beach is easy and pretty, and there is so much to do in Naples if you want a beach break. It’s on our list of places to return to, and we’d definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful time !!

We stayed a little over a week and all of us really enjoyed the condo and the close proximity to one of the nicest beaches I have ever seen in the contiguous U.S. Powder white sand, clear water and hardly no one around on the beach; felt like we had our own private beach. This property is also close to many good restaurants and just down the street from a Publix grocery store. We loved our stay and would definitely book this property again.

And they provided almost everything we needed for the beach or house (no need to buy coffee- they have it)We will definitely stay there again!

We loved everything about the condo! The location with the beach access was especially great and having the wagon and beach chairs was convenient. Annie was always quick to respond if we ever had questions before or during our stay. The condo is decorated really nice and our family of 6 could all sleep comfortably. We recently traveled to SW Florida to spend time near our college age son. As my wife spent lots of time in this area with her family growing up, we had a list of non-negotiable amenities we were seeking out. The usual stuff like beach access, gulf coast sunsets, a beautiful pool and a well maintained property all hit the mark on Park Shore. However, it was all of the little extras/experiences that seal the deal for us and already have us inquiring about our next stay! The narrow, private neighborhood drive into the condo sets the stage for relaxation! While being close to every imaginable restaurant and store around was convenient, it was just far enough away to remind us that time off was the key to our visit. Also, the grounds around this condominium are so well kept. Everything is spotless! It's stunning and as beautiful as the priciest of resorts. It's a quick walk to the private beach access and a stop back by the pool seemed to always be in the cards for us. The owner also made beach chairs, a wagon, etc available. The condo itself was bright and airy. The decor was not the laughable beach vibe we've seen in so many places. The owners let the views take center stage instead and allowed the decorator touches here to work more subtlety in the background. Whites, beiges and comfortable furniture contrasted with metal, stone and great mirrors. Very tasteful and completely up-to-date! Lastly, our communication with Annie was superb! She answered quickly when we had a question, but also kept it professional all the while. We were never "bothered" by this owner. With the one small problem we had with a fire alarm, she was on it quickly and resolved things well. I highly recommend that you make this your home-away-from-home! You can't go wrong!

This condo was a joy in every way. We arrived to find it spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The owner communicated with us clearly and frequently, answering every question we had and going out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The community itself is private, family-oriented, and on a beautiful uncrowded stretch of beach. Please keep this great place a secret… we cannot wait to come back and don’t want to find it too booked up!
