Our home is located in the heart of Naples. It's only 1.5 miles from Naples famous beautiful white sand beaches. Our clean, non-smoking, 3 bedroom 2 bath home is surrounded by numerous local restaurants, entertainment and shopping centers. I hope you will enjoy!

Everything was great. location is central to everything you might need. pool was clean and warm. master bed was very comfortable. indoor and outdoor furniture was comfortable.. tvs in the living room and master bedroom were small, but we weren’t there to watch tv. (no tv in two of the bedrooms) we would definitely stay here again. we came for my husbands 60th birthday and had a family get together here. it was great.

Awesome stay at this house with our little kids. They had some fun things for the kids like Floaties and books that really helped. Beautiful nice pool, layout, and kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautifully appointed home, quiet neighborhood, child-proofed pool gates, basic kitchen. The owner is very welcoming and accessible. She does not subscribe to streaming services but these can be accessed via WiFi on personal devices and there is a RedBox nearby. Highly recommended: Corkscrew Sanctuary and the Naples Botanical Gardens.

Pros: nicely up dated ranch house with good appliances, utensils, etc. Screened in clean lanai and pool area - well maintained. Simona was responsive to our questions. Cons: Pool too cold to use at required setting. Back side neighbors partied loudly Friday and Saturday night until 3 AM (calling Collier Sheriff did not resolve this). Weekday nights were quiet. Owner cannot choose their neighbors.

We absolutely loved our stay at Simona’s property in Naples. With two teenagers (one boy and one girl) it was great to have three bedrooms so everyone had their own space. The property is EXACTLY like the pictures. Perfect amount of space. The pool was a bonus. Simona was so easy to work with and check in went smoothly. Simona’s has thought of everything including providing beach chairs and beach umbrellas! A huge plus! And my daughter who forgot her toothpaste was pleasantly surprised that each bathroom had a small tube of toothpaste provided. The beds were clearly new and super comfortable. My only one recommendation is to have an extra set of bath mats to be switched out between guests. I ended up washing them (I think they were just vacuumed). We would definitely stay here again. It’s less than a mile to the beach. Super convenient to the grocery store as well.

We would definitely stay here again!! Such a cute house!! The rooms are great sizes! The pool is amazing!! Highly recommend!! The owner was amazing at communicating and going above and beyond for us!

We really enjoyed this property! Our host Simona was very accommodating, responsive, available and easy to talk to. The property was recently updated and had a new kitchen that was stocked with many of the basics for guests to use. She even had a nice bottle of wine on the counter when we arrived! It was as if we were staying in a little boutique accommodation. You could tell that the mattresses were new as well; really firm and comfortable. Needless to say, we slept really well! The property is located close enough to downtown and shopping, if that’s your thing, and minutes from some decent restaurants. The kids really enjoyed the pool as well. There were plenty of pool toys and inflatables for them to play with. Our host also had loads of beach chairs , coolers, umbrellas and sand toys which made going to the beach a breeze. All in all a great little property that’s worth the stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for a month and enjoyed it very much. Property is very clean and comfortable and very well equipped. Location cannot be beat. The pool is lovely and beach chairs, umbrella and coolers are provided, nice touch. Our host, Simona, was very cordial, helpful and very responsive. We’ve booked for next year.

The house is newly renovated. The heated pool and lanai are perfect and so relaxing. Close drive to the beach and quaint little areas in Naples. Grocery store and pharmacy close by. The property manager Simona was so attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend this VRBo for your stay in Naples.

The home was very nice and listing photos were accurate. While the neighborhood was mediocre, the Central location was great. Home is convenient to 5th Ave, Vanderbilt Beach, Mercato, mall and great dining at Waterside . Kitchen had everything you could need. Coffee and wine were waiting for us which was very nice. Pool was wonderful, heated and had plenty of floats. We appreciated the small things such as aloe for sunburn (stubborn 19 yr old), detergent, and toothpaste. The owner was very responsive and even managed to get us into house by 2pm which was greatly appreciated given how early our flight arrived. This was a retirement trip for my husband and we really enjoyed our week. Only down side was the rather loud neighbors behind house with music and fireworks over New Years weekend until very wee hours, but we took it in stride given it was a holiday weekend. Certainly not something the owner could control.

Cute Pool House/Great Location

Very convenient location near Park Shore area in Naples. The home was very clean and well stocked with household and kitchen supplies. We had 6 adults and the 3 bedrooms were quite comfortable. Pool was heated which was nice as the nights were a bit cool during our stay. The owner was very nice and responsive.
