Perfect holiday spot for relaxing by the pool!

Beautiful hotel, pool, gardens. The room was lovely and the breakfast was fantastic. Staff were super helpful with anything you needed.

This isn’t a huge down side but if you want to get to the closes town with restaurants and a pharmacy etc it’s about a half hour walk. Just worth being aware if you have kids etc.

Where to start?! Interconnecting rooms not at all like pictured. For €2300 plus having seen the pictures we were expecting lovely bright rooms with four poster bed and a traditional but clean bathroom set in a modern hotel. We now know they have pictured one of their “nicer” interconnecting rooms and have heavily applied filters to make it look nicer! This hotel was disgusting. The rooms were dank, dingy, and dirty. The four poster bed non existent (clearly used to be one but had since been half dismantled). Furniture was cheap and chipped. The television was so tiny it was actually comical. The room stank of sewage as soon as we entered. The shower was minuscule with a plastic curtain that stuck to you every time you moved. One of our bathrooms was infested with flies. It was incredibly noisy with zero sound insulation. Us and our young children were consistently woken up at 2am by the couple above us having loud sex. The breakfast food was average and the food we ordered the couple of days we stayed at the pool was sub par - soggy chips and stale bread. They also attempted to serve us Prosecco in white wine glasses. Pool itself was ok however the views pictured on their website and on booking.com misrepresent it. The sea view from the pool and hotel are now obscured by a partial building site. Also, when playing in it with the kids on one of the days we actually spent at the hotel we were at 1pm asked to keep it down as other guests were napping. Apparently the sound of children laughing is offensive but the bar music was ok?! I cannot fathom the positive reviews. This hotel was a massive con - how they get away with charging over £2k for what is essentially a glorified hostel with a nice enough pool is beyond me. They have described it as modern when in actuality half of it seems to be refurbished and the half we were staying it was hideous and decrepit. We complained to booking.

The best choice at Naxos

I would highly recommend this place! Everything was above our expectations! All people are extremely polite, helpful at any point of time. Amazing view, the pool and rooms are perfectly clean, the breakfast was great. Thank you to all personnel for making our vacation so perfect!

Didn’t want to leave!!

We didn’t want to leave! This stay was beautiful and so welcoming. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. The bedroom we had was very comfortable for two people and had a little patio with seating. The pool area was beautiful and over looked the southwest side of the island. Overall would come back and stay there again!!

We were NOT bothered by this but it is a few miles outside of town.

Wonderful

The Lianos Village has the perfect location. It is 5 min away from one of the best beaches in Naxos. The staff were very kind, always willing to help, give tips and explain about the island. The room was very clean and well maintained. The cleaning was done every day. The pool was surrounded by a beautiful garden. The food menu was consequently enough and food quality was high. The whole hotel has a very nice style.

Excellent hotel and great service and close to best beach on Naxos.

Loved the pool area and the staff were so friendly and excellent service. The buffet breakfast was lovely with nice homemade Greek treats.

The superior room did not have a covered balcony and although lovely view we couldn’t use it in 40 degree heat.

Relaxing amazing time and a must stay in Naxos

-Lovely Breakfast -Very welcoming and helpful staff -Good choice of sun beds around the pool throughout the day -Drinks by the pool -Free bottle of wine and fruit on arrival was lovely - Lovely modern room

-It is a 20mins walk into the nearest village(which is lovely with a good range of bars and restaurants) but it is an easy walk

Perfect with awesome Greek hospitality

This property was warm and inviting. it’s a family run hotel and their hospitality was impeccable. it was a short walk to beach and if you want that personal touch please stay here. if you don’t want the beach the pool was so clean and sun beds so comfy. highly recommend this beautiful property

Wonderfull family owned and managed cosy hotel for family and romantic stay on the Naxos island.

Very cousy, calm location. Fantastic view. Very well distributed rooms. Constant feeling of independence. Comfortable pool with the view. Extremely friendly personnel and exeptionally home made breakfast!

Very hard to say. Even after some consideration. You might find a little uncomfortable the 20 minutes walking distance to town with tavernas and shops. But this creates feeling of intimacy, calmness, without touristic crowd.

Wonderful hotel

In one word, amazing! It is a beautiful, new, modern and clean hotel. Great location, one of the best beaches of Naxos is only a walk away. You have great beach and sunset views from te pool and rooms. There is a beautiful pool with nice sunbeds, a bar where you can order drinks, cocktails and really delicious food. The breakfast area is outside or inside, but with an amazing seaview. The breakfast is amazing, everything you need is there, they even have homemade jams, eggs, tyropita,... The room is very spacious, modern, new and perfectly clean with great beds. And last but not least, you get a very warm welcome from the staff, and they are all very friendly and helpfull. It's a real family vibe!

A wonderful week in a beautiful location on the island of Naxos

Everything was just perfect! It is a small resort managed by members of one Greek family - Lianos. Everyone looks after the guests wonderfully, keeping the hotel in perfect condition. In fact, the hotel looks better than the pictures on the internet. The whole was made and finished with good quality materials and decorated in good taste. The hotel looks new, nothing damaged or dirty. We were accommodated in a sea view bungalow on the first floor. Each cottage has four small apartments - two on the ground floor, two on the first floor (room + bathroom + balcony or a small terrace - if it is on the ground floor). The common area is beautifully decorated. Breakfast is served on the spacious terrace by the pool overlooking the sea and with a pleasant breeze. The breakfast food (buffet style) everyday is pretty much the same but with lots of choice, all fresh and baked on site. There is no typical restaurant, however you can order food during the day (for lunch or dinner): salads, pasta. etc. There is also a bar (open until midnight) where a very nice bartendress serves all kinds of drinks, cocktails, beer etc. Despite the full occupancy in the hotel, you do not feel the presence of other guests at all.

The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast - the food was delicious but there were times salads or cookies (such as mini croissants) were missing. Perhaps some dishes should be served on larger plates or bowls and refilled more frequently.

Fantastic service, great location, beautiful property

The staff was absolutely amazing. So kind and very helpful. They helped us schedule transportation and activities on multiple occasions. The pool area is beautiful (with bar service!) The location can’t be beat - just a couple minutes walk to Agios Prokopios. Rooms are comfortable and pristinely clean. The breakfast is amazing!!! We can’t wait to stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay in Naxos

Lianos is a wonderful place that perfectly combines intimate houses with very beautiful gardens; really friendly and helpful staff (they introduce us to the main attractions of the island, also by giving us maps and informations, help with car rental and port/airport transfers); fabulous greekstyle breakfast that could be take in a nice area with panoramic view, also very relaxing pool area with beautiful view of the sea and at the sunset; clean and large pool; cozy room with nice terrace; 15 min walk from the bus station and 15-20 min walk to Ag. Prokopios beach (best in Naxos in our opinion).

Felt like perfect holiday topped with Greek hospitality

Lianos is very sweet, cosy and newly renovated. The complete staff is super nice, helpful and full of hospitality. The pool is good for a cool down and swim. The view down to the beach is pure holiday feeling. Breakfast is full of varieties and satisfying. Guest are from all over Europe which is unique for that part of Naxos. The position of Lianos is very good: 5 min walk to a calm part of the most beautiful beach from Naxos and 10 min more and you are at the beginning of a lively boulevard. To airport 5 min by car, to port 10 min.

The Bath and particularly the shower are old fashioned and the floor gets easily wet. But you can live with it. You have to be aware that this beautiful place is surrounded by big Italian hotels which will be fully booked in the high season.
