Easy access and friendly staff.

They do have a nice and very well designed facility. Their staff is very friendly. I didn’t have the breakfast but seems decent. Lots of parking spots and covered garage.

I didn’t like the noise from their ac unit. Super loud. I don’t think the parking fee is necessary - specially in Arizona.

Clean facility with friendly staff! Recommended!

Loved their staff. The hotel is new and clean. Close to several places to eat are in walkable distance.

Parking isn’t free, the fee isn’t too bad but shouldn’t charge for. AC is also very loud - it isn’t the airflow it is a vibration on the walls that can keep you up all night.

Our stay was great and we would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Our room was very clean. The breakfast had a lot of variety. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I think the property could have an area for the dogs to do their business. It was not very comfortable having to walk him around parking lots.

Nice room layout, very nice shower. Quiet room, heater made perfect white noise. Breakfast was nice. One minute walk to Starbucks for favorite coffee.

It was really clean and the staff was very nice. We loved the option to check-in early without a fee. The room was cozy and the amenities were very convenient. The breakfast buffet was definitely a nice bonus in the morning!

More shade around the pool area would’ve been great as it was 110 degrees.

Very comfortable room. Bed was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious, pool area very comfortable. Towels at the pool were a nice touch. Lots of room around the foyer both inside and out to sit and relax. Wonderful hotel.

Our room didn’t get straightened or refreshed at all during our 3-day stay and we finally ran out of toilet paper and had to use Kleenex. Also I called the front desk with a couple of questions that no one could every seem to answer for me. They are young and not very informed.

Great location, comfortable room.

The room was clean and in good repair and extremely comfortable and well appointed--small kitchenette, island to eat or work on, couch and separated bedroom and bath. Plenty of closet space and drawer space. Love the shelf underneath the sink in the bathroom to store necessities. Bed and linens were great. The property is very close to the 101 Loop which made getting around easy.

One of the elevators was down and the HVAC system in the room was loud and rattled.

good but overpriced for what you get

clean room and comfy space. close to lots of Scottsdale attractions and not far from hiking. free parking and breakfast was good.

the pet fee was too much and was not clear on booking. also no cleaning service in our room. there was a large club having a training onsite by the pool which made it difficult for us to hang out and enjoy the facilities. they should host their training off site or in a meeting room.
